Super friendly staff, very straightforward fix. Offered to do a tuneup (starting at $80), but I decided to just stick with the quick fix (part replacement, tires, and steering grip) for $23.Will definitely be coming back when I inevitably need a tuneup in the future.

Had a full tune up for a bike that was sitting in my friends garage for about 10 years! Its like brand new now and I couldnt be more excited to ride it! Really appreciate how John explained the cost of each component and allowed me to customize a service package to fit my budget. My bike was completed on the exact day it was promised. I was notified by text and was able to pick it up within hours! We are so lucky to have such a top notch bike shop right here in Lake Zurich!! I give the Cyclery 5 stars and then some! :))

There was great assistance in selecting an e-bike. The store limits customers down to two inside at a time so I felt very safe. Purchases come with free adjustments for a year.

John was fantastic! I am a novice at best and John made the process very educational and fun. I love my new Trek and will be bringing my son in soon for his new bike. This is a great shop!

I have used this shop for numerous things including flat tires to overall adjustments. They get the job done right the first time for a fair price. Everyone I have encountered here is pleasant and courteous. During Covid19 they explain the wipe down procedure and cleanliness of the shop for everyone’s protection.

I am more than happy with George Garner Cyclery. This year was the first time I purchased bikes from a bike store rather than a large retailer. I will purchase all future bikes from them. They are accomodating, honest and personable. They give you options and explanations on every repair. My sons love stopping in there to steal their bike knowledge. I have bought two adult Trek bikes and one childs bike. A great car bike carrier, type that goes where a trailer would go, plus it tilts and an array of odds and ends, lights locks etc. This Lake Zurich store has helped with everything!!! In short Great Store, Greater People.

I cant say enough good things about Andrew and Chris and Lake Zurich Cyclery! I brought in an old bike to have tuned up and ended up purchasing a brand new bike! Both Chris and Andrew were tremendously helpful in explaining to me all the differences between the bike models. I could tell that they were both extremely knowledgeable in their store products and truly cared about getting me into the right bike for my needs. This place is a rip-off! One employee told me $25 for a new tire then charged me $44. Avoid this place and go to any other bike shop for better prices, and honest staff.

I think one star is too much for this place, they had my bike for three weeks, picked up last Friday, the bike still has the same issues. I just called the place, they are asking to bring the bike and they would need a few days to check what is wrong with it. Horrible service and technicians.

The people are nice enough, but the prices are astronomical. For example, they want $5 (with tax) for ONE threaded CO2. Other places charge $2. Extremely slow service too. Wouldnt recommend this place.
