This is the only place I will use for my changer needs. The owner Scott is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers. I like that he usually is the one that answers the phone, and he is also the one that does the repair work. Im not talking to some kid who doesnt know what they are doing, or doesnt care whether or not Im happy. Over the years I have used Suncoast Changer several times, and have never had to send anything back. Everything is fixed correctly the first time, which is very important for my being a business owner. Also the turn around time is usually pretty good too! For example on a Monday I priority shipped my two change hoppers to Scott to be repaired. I was in a rush to get them back. Tracking showed that they arrived around 10:30am two days later on Wednesday. Three hours later I called Suncoast to make sure they received everything correctly. The owner Scott came to the phone, and said he was just about done fixing both, and they would be ready to ship that afternoon!! He said he noticed that I paid $65 for shipping and figured I was in a rush to get them back. I got them back a couple days later, and everything worked correctly. I am so pleased with the service he gives. Sometimes he may sound a little rushed on the phone during busy times, but he obviously cares about his customers and wants to do a good job for them. Thats the stuff that matters the most. Highly recommend!

I called to inquire about service to my Hamilton validator. The owner was rude and appeared to be irritated by my call. After a minute or so I asked him if I was calling at a bad time. He said yeah but he said go ahead. I stated that I would appreciate that he be a little more courteous and perhaps I should call someone else. He said maybe I should and hung up. Definetly wont be calling him again.
