The customer service is awesome! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. We have been buying parts from here for years. Not only can they tell us what part we need based on what we tell them is going on, they also walk us through how to replace the part. My ac was out and we were suffering, I tested all the parts found what was bad and repaired it myself. If your handy and you need help they will help you afford the repair....

They had my Samsung clothes dryer heating element in stock for $45 ish. It is an aftermarket part but has a year long warranty. They were able to test my heating element and thermal fuses so I knew it was only the element that died. They were knowledgeable and helpful and quick. My over the counter microwave lost all power one day. I took it apart the find the part that I thought had gone bad. I took it to them and they tested it for me and said it was still good but the connector needed to be replaced. He gave me what I needed then explained what I needed to do and made sure I understood. I did what he said and it worked. I am only as handy as a good YouTube video so their explanation was very much appreciated. Will go there in the future if I need anything.

I needed a new fan motor for my air conditioner and they had the part in stock. It was my first time trying to replace my fan motor on my own, so Ron took his time and went over the process with me step by step. He showed me the difference between a 3 wire and a 4 wire hook up. I went home and did exactly what Ron told me to do and my air conditioner was up and running in no time. Thanks Ron youre the best .

Always had the part I needed or could order those less than common parts. Very helpful to ensure that I got the right part the first time. As a DIY homeowner, I realize I do not bring the bulk of their business to them every week- thankfully! But, I have NEVER felt any less valuable of a customer.I can know enough to be dangerous sometimes but Ron has always explained the necessary information and answered my questions in laymans terms. Its obvious he knows a lot, he just doesnt have the need to make it appear that way by talking over my head.
