Ummm... just wondering if when people return things if you actually check the boxes? and if it is normal practice to give customers that buy $225.00 new machines to give them old used ones in boxes that dont even match what they buy??? i purchase NEW / PEACOCK COLOR received OLD/ BROKE/ WHITE/ TWO FRIENDS STICKERS!! I need someone to do better!!! but my cashier was very sweet!!!!

If youre looking for a sale item theyre probably out of it. Its been this way for years. I dont know if they intentionally dont order sale items or they just dont know how to order properly but I often leave without anything.

Who doesnt love Michaels! This store is always clean and well organized. The staff is always friendly. Even if there is a line at checkout the cashier is apologetic and efficient. Prices are amazing.

I only saw one employee, he was friendly and greeted me when I entered. A whole lot of empty shelves here. The sign says this area being improved, I hope so. No price on the paints so I left empty handed. It’s like upper level management has forgotten about this store. Plenty of parking.

Great sales on art supplies and now carry Princeton brushes, Winsor & Newton watercolors and plenty of good watercolor paper which seems to be always on sale.

Had a great burger there. I asked for a burger that wasnt one the menu. The waiter told me no problem. It came out just as I ordered. Very tasty. Fries were bottomless and good. Had a great lunch!

The store is clean and the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. My issue with this particular store though has to do with online curbside pickup orders. They advertise online and on television that any orders placed before four pm will be available for pickup the same day. I have placed at least three orders now utilizing this method. On two of those occasions,my orders werent ready for pickup for days . Even after a couple calls and an in person trip to the store. More recently I placed an order at around 11 am. and received a text a 8 pm. that it was ready. This order had one item in it. A pack of markers.

Meh, not impressed. A lot of things are out of stock....CONTINUOUSLY. Better off driving to another location.

They have a lot of stuff in a good selection, they just need more in the other stuff such as the carving knives the the prismacolor verithin individual just to name a couple. But all in all it was very nice, covid up-to-date, and friendly service

The women in my life simply enjoy crafting. This place is like the Walmart of crafts a one stop shop. Their employees are very diligently in all that they do ; for example Willow busy wiping down the carts to have them covid ready for each and every customer. Store is kept in immaculate conditions floors each and every shelve is clean and kept stock full of items. Associates there to answer all of your questions and or point you in the right direction so that you can locate what it is that you might be looking for. Parking is plentiful easy access in and out of this strip mall.

Great for small scale crafts or specialty crafts. Can be very pricy depending on the project you are working on. I suggest looking for coupons on RetailMeNot or signing up on their website for coupons before shopping here or wait for a promotion on the specific items you need. I purchased 2 medium sized custom frames with matting and it was over $400... About a month later they ran a 40% off custom frames...

I always love shopping at Michaels. They have such an amazing variety of everything you can imagine. I bought these beads during one of their fantastic sales, as well as some foam and magnets and googly eyes for a potty training chart for my toddler and a model wooden car and a paddle ball he can color himself! They have so many gorgeous already crafted items as well and I always look forward to shopping there.

GREAT selection of crafts stuff, but not always someone roaming the aisles asking to assist.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 50% OFF??? Not worth the covid youll catch because the majority of folks didnt wear a mask and NO ONE distanced themselves at all. The lines werent distanced at all. Walked right out despite all the cute items we were going to purchase before seeing the mass covid petri-dish in this store. Please do not come here, it is not safe.

This large craft store has a good variety of supplies for different needs. To me, this is the best art store for painters, lots of selection for paint brushes and canvas, even sketch books. Their supplies for bakers, jewelry makers, and scrapbookers are also extensive. The Michaels app provides useful coupons.

This store is definitely more geared to decoration and crafts than fine arts. Some items in fine arts are available, but choices are scarce.I do like the variety of yarn. Im a personal fan of their charisma line.Customer service is good here, and they do their very best to prevent long lines.In my experience, when there is a hold up, it is usually due to the customer, not the cashier.

Compared t what it used to be Michaels doesnt have much in stock. Not a single basket in the store, none of the decorative storage boxes, vey little home decor or wall art, generally slim pickings.

Michaels is my 2nd choice hobby store. They are well organized, very good customer service and habe allot to offer for most anything your into.

Over priced compared to comprable stores like Hobby Lobby and especially a Walmart.

Ive always been an artist so of course I love any art supply store the Lakeland Michaels is especially good because theres a lot of floor manager and regular manager there that will do whatever they can to make your experience a better experience. Ive also seen many times and work with you to attempt to get your prices as low as possible. Great selection and you get way more help than at Hobby Lobby

There purchase online is terrible. Every time I order something online I get an email hours later that purchase is not available.
