A friend had a good experience so I went there as well. On my first visit I needed the hood of my car repainted. They were very friendly and I had an estimate in five minutes. They took the car in immediately and I had it back by the end of the next day. It looked great. So I took second vehicle in for another hood repaint. Same good experience. I will use them again.

Check your oil if you have service here. They drained my oil and left it dry upon returning it to me. Luckily i caught it in time before there was any damage. They were hired to fix a fender collision. My oil should never have been touched and neglected. Situations like this is why people take matters into their own hands..

My daughter had a fender bender and the tow truck driver said he would take it to Franciscos because they worked with most insurances. Due to a few things with our insurance, we didnt think they would pay to repair it. We called to get the car from them and they charged us $790 for storing it for 2 days and they said they paid the tow truck, so they charged us $104 just for writing a check to them. The towing went from $406 to $510 because thats how they do business. We didnt get one thing from them, but got charged almost $800. Once the insurance adjuster came to look at the car to see damages, he commented how crooked they were in their estimate and broke things on the car that shouldnt have even been touched. They wound up costing us even more money in repairs. This is why insurance premiums are so high because places like this cheat to make more money. I personally do not want to do business with unethical people that lack morals and integrity.

My experience with April was incredible

I had my front end repaired a few months ago and I tell you I have no complaints at all. The service was very friendly and everything was thoroughly explained. Very reasonably priced and they will work with you. This was my first auto repair experience in Lakeland and I will tell everyone to check them out.

An accident can be a nightmare, and having to deal with whatever follows. These guys are so helpful and understand the predicament and still try hard to help... highly recommended...

Car looked like new after the repairs they performed on it!

I had acid damage paint on an rx7 done there and it was a great job so when my wife had a fender bender bender a few years ago we had that repaired there also. The paint started peeling from any door ding about 3 years later. They wouldnt eve look at it. Other side original paint still looks like new when waxed. Thumbs down.

Franciscos is the only body shop I will ever use again, they use only the best material money can buy, the job they did for me was the best job Ive ever had done, thanks to all the people that Franciscos
