Ben made the deal perfectly fit my need. He listened after asking the key questions and delivered a truck that checked all the boxes.Lacey, in finance,, was truly a pleasure to deal with. She was lovely, funny, educated and quickly moved through the details at a pace I could follow. For the the first time, I was sad to end my time in the back office.I bought a truck that will last for years and years, but, should a next time arise, I will be heading back to Lakeland, Ben and (hopefully) Lacey.5 stars, all day!

I got a call stating my car was ready for pick up from the service department. I’ve been here for 45 minutes and it turns out my car is blocked in. They haven’t moved a single car in trying to get my car out. The service department is terrible. I’m not sure about sales but never come here for service.Update: waited for an hour. The manager only said “I understand” don’t call me and tell me that my car is ready if you’re going to make me wait an hour to give it to me. They said the drove my car 20 miles to try to recreate my transmission issue. It’s funny that the transmission was doing the exact thing I was telling them about on my 3 mile ride home.

I dont typically leave reviews or comment on services. I believe the exchange of funds for service is review enough. However after my recent experience at the dealership I feel there is more to be communicated.The scheduling process impressed me, with the ease in which I was able to schedule my needed maintenance. The online interface was a pleasant experience and easy to use and/or modify. The associated pricing on services made it easy to choose what I wanted to have done.The morning of drop off was simple, convenient and timely. Service work was seemingly fast and of expected quality.However, during the pickup is where the communication process took a terrible turn. The final pricing was no where near the listed pricing. It was approximately $200 more than expected. In questioning the service advisor about the charges I was met with disbelief about the online pricing I received and dismissed when I tried to communicate my desire to understand where the additional charge stem from. Ultimately I was given a subtle discount in effort to shuffle me out the door.My days tight schedule is why I made the choice to go there. I took the discount because being late to pick my child up was not an option. I cannot foresee myself returning to Lakeland Dodge for any of my service needs.

The service department is sub par to say the least. They do not communicate with the customer. All information I received is because I was persistent and called to find out the status of me vehicle. Took it in on Thursday night so they would have first thing Friday morning for noise coming from engine. Did not get a diagnosis of the issue until the next week Wednesday mid morning. The only good thing is that they were able to repair it Wednesday as well and I got my Jeep back that evening. My opinion, but seemed like a ridiculous amount of time to find out the issue. Meanwhile, I was without transportation the whole time. They dont do loaner vehicles and the warranty company wont authorize a rental until the issue is known and covered under warranty. If I have any other issues I will seek help from. Dodge dealership outside of Lakeland.

Great experience! I didn’t feel pressured to purchase a vehicle at all. Received a great price for my trade-in that almost matched the Kelly Blue Book estimate. I believe I will keep this vehicle for a long time, but should I need another vehicle, it will be purchased at this store.

It was an amazing experience. From the time we arrived on property till we left in our new car. The salesman meet us In the parking lot and was very polite and well mannered.I would suggest this dealership to anyone who asked me because they were very accommodating. I have never bought a new car until now. And glad I picked Lakeland Chrysler, Dodge a great company and all the staff was excellent.

Ive been dealing with this dealership for 3 years. I purchased a truck brand new. And Ive been using their service dept throughout my 36k warranty. My warranty is up now and Ill NEVER do any business here ever again. You have to scratch and claw for everything. No one ever does what they say they will do. No calls back, when your part comes in they dont inform you. When you call up there you can never get ahold of your advisor. Your wasting your time making an appointment. Your truck still wont be getting worked on anywhere near your appointment time. Then when they have your vehicle it takes way longer to get it back then they say 4 days longer in my case. I feel like Im bothering them every time I call for status updates. This is the worst dealership Ive ever seen. I dont recommend. And of course they blame everything on COVID.

Well first off I showed up at my 11 AM appointment only to be told that it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait. So I then asked for a shuttle to Walmart to do some grocery shopping while we waited. We were done in about an hour and a half and called for the shuttle to come back and pick us up. We waited another hour and a half for the shuttle to get there. I called several times online to get no answer or to be transferred and mostly between departments. Every time I ask for a manager I was sent to a voicemail. Supposedly the sales advisor had written my number down wrong so when the driver did come, which we never saw him drive through the parking lot, he was calling the wrong phone number. And left. So then I called again and spoke with someone who said that he was on the way again. He finally showed up 10 to 15 minutes later and took us back to the dealership. Upon arrival to the dealership they can no longer for my keys as they were in a wrong slot somewhere. My experience was less than desirable. I would rather go to a quick lube place and pay for an oil change rather than go through the hassle of all of that again. What is the point of having an appointment at 11 AM for an oil change Justin be told it was going to be a 2 to 3 hour wait? 11 AM means you put me in at 11 AM.

Called Friday night purchased a $800 part. Drove all the way from East Orlando to pick up. Part was broken, “manager” said nothing he could do except me another one for $1200. Service department is as inept as you can get. Took year old truck in because it failed to start and had a check engine light on. Before I went there we took it to OReilly and had battery tested and codes read (battery was OK and codes cleared but we took pic so dealer could check).Took to dealer on Monday and by Wednesday no calls despite several attempts by myself and wife. Finally Fri we got call it was ready and on Mon we go pick it up. Kid goes to get truck and surprise it needed jumped to start (service guy said it was working fine just a rusty connection). Wife and I leave it again and over course of a week and a half of calling them we get no calls back.Finally today wife got hold of someone and said truck was ready so she goes and picks it up but guess what, it needed jumped. Theynsaid the dash cam I have plugged in drained the new battery Ive had that cam plugged in for a year with no issues. Wife is bringing truck home and well try and find a different dealer.

After finding the vehicle, he negotiated a price and trade in value that made our financing payments meet the budget we needed. My husband and I went into purchases a car for our daughter. They had a car that was in our budget and mileage that we were looking for. The car was at another location so they needed to bring it to the location we were at. We scheduled it for Wednesday. We called the Sales rep 3 times on Wednesday morning to ask additional questions about payment and we even asked if he had the car. Now we are located 1 hour and 30 minutes away. The Sales rep said yes the car was there and Everything was all set. My husband and daughter drive the hour and 39 minutes to pick up the car. The sales rep is no where to be found and then after waiting for about 1 hour they were told the car never made it to the dealership there was some transmission problems. I would not recommend this place at all and customer service is not great.

Charlie provided timely communication throughout the process of our car repair and kept us up to date on the timeline. Unfortunately, the part needed to repair our vehicle took weeks to arrive and delayed our repair. Thank goodness for Charlie and his exceptional customer relation skills. The front desk employees need some customer relation training and phone etiquette training, so don’t be put off by them. Once you get scheduled with a representative, you will be well taken care of.

I was looking at Jeep’s by me but they weren’t budging much off sticker around me.I went on Jeep Wrangler fourm n found there were a lot of good deals but there out of state. I’m in Tampa fl suburbs. Than I came across a post from mike p at Lakeland Jeep.. he offered me a deal that was competitive with the out of state dealers.if I ordered and had the thread lightly discount.I took a little while to make a decision when I finally did he still honored the deal he told me even though with the chip shortage the deals weren’t as good anymore. It was a pleasure working with mike and when it came in they even delivered it to my house which was about an hour and a half away.if your in fl and looking to buy a Jeep I would contact mike p he can probably save u some money with great customer service

I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and the sales manager Chris did not follow through with promises made on the deal. I asked for it to be detailed and for a new cabin air filter because the car had been smoked in. He agreed to these terms. When I picked it up, there were still trash in the car and still had stains on the seats. They said they would take care of that, and did not. I dont expect perfection on a used vehicle, but dont lie to your customers and say youll do something. Definitely not a man of his word. Will not be going back.

Horrible horrible horrible experience with the service department. Made an appointment to get a diagnostic Wednesday. When I got there as scheduled, I was asked if I was okay with leavening the car and I agreed so they scheduled a rental for me. Thursday i tried reaching out to the service department with no luck. I tried again Friday and was transferred around until i was finally able to reach someone. The response was that theyre short staffed and that theyre running on a ghost ship so they offered to extend my car rental. Saturday i call to get an update and at that point my car was barely assigned to a technician. Around 1 pm i finally have a diagnostic. I go in to pick up my car and when I receive my bill i was charged for the car rental because i did not receive any services. I ended up paying $120 more than i shouldve for the rental which i thought was covered. When I questioned the bill i was asked to hand the keys of my car back as if i was a thief! If they knew they were so short staffed and that it would take four days for a simple diagnostic customers need to be made aware from the get go.

Ive been a customer since 2006. Always had a great experience. This time it wasnt as it used to be. It took 3 weeks to fix my car because the parts were on back order? Couldnt the parts be fedexd? Also, the calling system is not usable. Every person I spoke with is that they are overwhelmed by not having enough mechanics or customer service associates.Please get this fixed!

My truck was checked in quickly, and I got a ride back home. Everyone was friendly and polite despite it being a rainy day! A salesman even gently suggested that I might upgrade my 2007 Ram 1500, but chuckled when I said I couldn’t afford $40K for a truck. He just said there are some less expensive models on the lot. No pressure and friendly sales people are a pleasure to experienced. Overall a good experience to take care of the airbag recall! Coffee was good, but no snacks. :)

Unfortunately, this has not been a pleasant experience. My car is older and the parts are no longer being make so this was not their fault. However, I spend many days trying to speak to someone and not able to or to get a call back. They did not fix my car but I still had to pay for a diagnostic test. Which is fine but I do not think they spend as much time on my car as I had to pay. Today I spent most of the day trying to speak to someone to pay. I think they are trying but most people may have a tough time dealing with this organization.

Moe treated us great. Did majority of the deal over the phone/text, and there wasn’t any back and forth when we got to the dealer. He appreciated what kind of buyer I was. Hands down some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Leasing my new Jeep was easy and my salesperson - Josh - was awesome. After the deal was done, it has been a total nightmare working with the title team. I leased the Jeep in March of 2021 and the dealership needed to register it for me in Colorado. It took 5 months for anything to even be sent to CO and it was sent incorrectly. Were now at six months, and CO has still not received the proper paperwork. I have sent several emails to the dealership - including up to the GM, and emails just go unanswered. When they are answered by the title team, they are often quick, rude, and lacking detail. Ive had to go directly to Jeep to get help and even that hasnt made a difference. I would never recommend someone use this dealership in the future.

Arturo Simons is not a stand up sales representative. Bad follow up and is all about the sale. Should have followed my instinct so I take part of the blame. I was told I would get a 60 day grace period on finance . I called Arturo about the due date discrepancy. He told me he would handle it with finance manager. He stalled for 4 days. I text messaged him again and he of course stalled so I went to the dealership. The next thing I know Arturo comes back with another manager ( not the one who made the discrepancy ) and admitted the mistake but didn’t rectify the situation. The sale was only closed based on the 60 day grace. Needless to say I will go through the alternative complaint channels so other people will be skeptical and prepared if they go to Lakeland Dodge. They will say anything to get a sale.

After 3h of waiting my truck got no service. Was told this was a quick fix and would be just 2h at that by the service desk advisor Justin V. After 3h I was given nothing but invalid excuses as of why it was taking long. Simply unacceptable to be wasting ones time. My truck didnt get moved in for service til 1.5h of moving to the line. 3h later I get in my truck and well... Look at the pic below.When I got the truck, I was told it would come with the towing package and it didn’t. Was also given invalid excuses as of why it was not on the truck. Days of it being home and I get a nice snip to my arm by one of the lights that it is still today not on right. Took it in for service and it got returned to me the same. Now my husband and I have matching scars.My advice to anyone reading this. Be smart, read everything no matter how long it may be or if this place has wasted your whole day with empty promises. Read it all! Once you buy your vehicle you are in it for more wasted time and possibly more issues to have to deal with.**Advice for any Mommas with ADHD, and or Anxiety** Just be mentally prepared to deal with a lot. I know it is not easy and sometimes we must do what we need. If possible, don’t go there alone. Best of luck!

I would really like to leave a good review however, overall I did not have a good experience. I went to the dealership on a Thursday to look at one specific car & everything was awesome about the car!Angel was super nice and kept good conversation while I was waiting for my new car. I signed paperwork and the financing they offered is FANTASTIC!! Angel even sent me my old license plate in the mail when I realized I forgot to take it off my trade in!However, the car was not ready until that Monday after, which is four days later... I was driving the car I had traded in & found a nail in my tire. Unfortunately the tire was not able to be repaired so it needed to be replaced & the dealership reimbursed me for the cost of the new tire on the trade in I was still driving!However, the check bounced several days after it was deposited & I was charged extra from my bank because of the check bouncing. The reason from the bank was “refer to maker,” so I called but was unable to reach costumer service and had to leave a message. This situation just happened today, so I’m still waiting for a response from them.The sales reps are awesome & the financing I managed to get was awesome, but I would not go here again & if I could redo my decisions I would not buy from here again.

Wish I could give this place a -5 star. The service department is an absolute JOKE! The service department manger DOES NOT RETURN CALLS!! I left 5 voicemail and had a receptionist walk to him and ask him to call, was promised a return call and nothing! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. My vehicle was there 3 days and sat behind the building. Absolutely nothing was done for 3 days! Service staff is rude and good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. I had to drive 40 mins there to be able to speak to anyone. Worst experience dealing with a dealer in my life. Ive used shady used car lots in Tampa for quick repairs that treated me better than this place. AVOID AT ALL COST! If a department head wont return your calls and treats you like garbage, what do you think those he leads will do? I took my jeep over to Action Gator in South Lakeland and what a difference! First time hearing about this place through my insurance adjustment for the claim. So I had decided to go with them. Repairs took around 3 weeks to complete due to waiting on parts, but the whole time I was consistently being updated on the status of my vehicle by Amanda. She had been great throughout the entire process of my vehicle being in their care. Her attention to detail made me feel comfortable about the work that was being preformed. After the work was complete my vehicle seemed as though I bought it from the dealership again! It looked great! Im was very happy with the work that was done to my baby. Highly recommend!

We found the Cherokee we wanted online and called for its availability since we live 2 hours away. Amy T. was very friendly and quick to respond that the vehicle was on the lot. We traveled over that afternoon and were paired with Angel for a test drive. He was very personable and knowledgeable and never high pressure during the whole process. Noelle at Jeep Chrysler on Mall Hill was so helpful. I was one day away from my limited warranty to expire when my radio screen glitched. She made sure to call the warranty company for me so they were aware they had my vehicle with date and time stamped. Thankfully the issue is covered. She kept me up to date on everything that was happening and all this took place almost immediately after I dropped the vehicle off with no appointment scheduled. I took my car into the Service Center, and I was impressed with the customer service there. I had an early morning appointment and they needed to keep my car for a few hours, so they got me a rental car for the day and fixed my car. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended.

This has got to be one of the WORST dealers when it comes to any kind of service. We have always had Ford trucks and top notch service at all Ford Dealers maybe this Dealer should take notes. I love my Dodge Durango but because of the ridiculously poor service from this dealer I WILL NEVER buy a Dodge again. The first time we took my vehicle in for service they said it wasnt in their system (um we bought the vehicle here). We wanted to put a hitch on it, getting anyone to return calls was a joke. My husband took it in for another oil change and the service tech NEVER even spoke to him about things on the check list. When he called the service tech was rude and even called my husband back to be petty about him pronouncing a dang word wrong on the report. How very professional. Through other people we have found this is normal for this dealer. It is obvious they could care less about the people who buy their vehicles. NEVER AGAIN.

Mitch at this location was so nice when I went in. The transition from start to finish was one of the best experiences I have had at a garage. My car was not recognizing that my key fob was inside. I went there they told me to have it towed which I did not have to be present for so it did not take up my whole day off. Once they got to my car they went over everything for me. (I had put the battery in backwards in my fob)! Once done I was able to pick it up and with squeezing me in they the car was done in less than 24 hours.

This is by far the worst car dealership I’ve ever worked with, you can never get ahold of anyone, they’ve had my car for two days in warranty work I haven’t even received a diagnosis yet. When I had a problem with the rental they set me up in, I was told I can take my car to a different dealership, & what I get charged for my rental car, (which is part of my warranty) is not there problem. They have no sense of customer service, for as much money as I’ve spent at the dealership the customer service should be a lot better!

I cant say enough bad things about the customer service. I had my vehicle tow in because it wouldnt start. I let them know prior to having it towed that It was coming 1. The service advisor did not call to say the car came in it and what was needed 2. No one answers the phone until after 4pm 3. Day 3 I called all day, didnt speak to anyone until after 4 and was advised that the ticket was closed out and no one had looked at the car. Then I was told that the person who transports the vehicle laid the keys on the advisor desk by mistake??? Day 4 contacted the shop again was told my advisor was a Greg and there was noone there by that name. Spoke with some one who said they were unable to find the car???? No further follow up was given until after 4 again when I was told that the car just needed a battery. I arrived at the shop at 6pm and the advisor Scott greeted me by saying I didnt call you??? . I questioned why the dont answer their phones was told that they are not working ( bu they work after 4 ) . It took a total of 10 min to put in a battery. This is the worse experience I have had with a dealership that when I was asked on the way out by a customer about to purchase the same type of vehicle told them how horrible an experience that I just had . Causing her to question if she wanted to business with this dealership.

The part I called about was sitting on the counter waiting for me!! They Asked me before hand for my vin to verify it fits.... they even let me take it outside to prove it was the correct fit before buying.... highly recommend!!! Only reason for 4 stars is because the wait was just a little time consuming....

Before that I had called was told wouldn’t be charged to have it looked at. But if I needed a diagnostic it would be A cost of 135. Now when I go pick up my car the cost is now 189 &

I got an oil change, tire rotation and inspection done in the service center. Everyone was friendly and the waiting area was nice and clean. Giving 3 stars because I sat there for 3 HOURS, my car was done being serviced for awhile and they couldnt bother to literally turn around from where they were sitting to let me know my service was finished. I only found out because I had to go ask them why it was taking so long.

I finally picked up my car today from Lakeland Collision Center. My accident was 6/27/21 and my car was towed to them 8/2/21. Gary has stayed in touch with me the whole way through. The insurance of who hit me is terrible and he fought to get what was needed in order to have my car taken care of and fixed. It got so bad his frustration was as if he took it personally, like it was his vehicle! Amidst all the other stress, I was relieved to know my car was in good hands. The dealership as a whole is nice to work with. I willingly drive from the Hillsborough area everytime knowing I’ll get good service.
