Walked in for an axle for my car and i wish that i remembered the guys name because the lazyness and arrogance was amazing! He just looked like he did want to be there just everywhere you go where people just dont want to do what they sign up for. He never even let me finish speaking cut me off saying he doesnt have anything that can help me as if i was being a bother to him. This all happened in less that 1 min for sure i was in and out the store in about 2 min. He is just helpless and cant work with people. Go to autozone across the street much better service!!

Use your AAA card for a discount. I drove 20 minutes extra just so I can get the discount and because this store stayed open till 6:00 on a Saturday and the price was better than any of the other discount Auto parts places.

Had an amazing sale going on and scored a 2ton jack with stands and roller seat set, some reusable diffuser bag for the car or house or whatever, a wet/dry bag that keeps everything dry, a 9 piece wench set, a power bank for the kiddos and I only spent 63 bucks

I went in to purchase a headlight for my car. The customer rep at the front told me that they had a light that would work for $40. When I asked about how it would compare and brightness and color to my current bulb she only then told me that there was another model that she could offer me for $25. When I asked why she didn’t give me both options at the beginning she said that she always just offers the first product she sees and said they both would work the same. I was really disappointed and drove across the street to AutoZone where I purchased a comparable headlight for $12.

Not a parts pro. Called to confirm part. Part was improperly boxed. A waste of my time & fuel. But thats what his catalog called for. NOT! Probably will not use again. Just order on line from reliable source. Pay the shipping. At least it will be the correct components.

Very helpful people. They also loaned me tools to take off and put on a new hose for my radiator.

Bill and Gary are on the counter, and you couldnt ask for anyone else with as much experience as these guys have. And if your a technician, you know what a good parts person means. Could not help me with a warranty battery issue.Napa Nationwide Warranties are a false claim.75101 battery from 09/17 with a 75 month warranty only 27 months old could not be backed by Napa.This is a Corporate Store not a jober.Good luck if you move or have a battery issue when you are not around the store you purchased it from.

Lots of variety and choices

The employees here have been incredibly helpful finding me odd parts and components. I’m not working on a vehicle as much as converting a van into a camper so it hasn’t been easy. Thank you so much for your help and patience.

I had to return my part .very nice about it .and very friendly .

They always have the parts that I need. And if for some reason they dont, they give me the number to the location that does have it.

Needed front suspension parts for my truck, on Sunday. Had one, ordered the other, it was in Monday by about 1 PM. Cost was fair, cheap parts are no bargain. These guys are much more knowledgeable than other places I could mention. Real mechanics go here, Im a DIYer.

They are helpful, if you arent sure what you are looking for, they will help you.
