I have been going to Case Automotive for years always have had great work at a fair price.

My family has been going to Case Auto for years. They treat you like family. There is no better place to have your car repaired. My 88 year old mom when to have oil change and repair last week. Richard went above and beyond to take care of her car. I didnt have to worry one bit if someone would take advantage of an older person. Case and the whole team family themselves are GOOD PEOPLE.

The team couldn’t have been more helpful and nice. I was treated like family from the very first phone call. Rich took the time out of his busy day to help me figure out a noise my truck was making and pointed me in the right direction as to what I should do. My family has been bringing their cars to Case for years, but this was my first experience and I too will be bringing my cars to Case for many years to come.

Dropped my truck off on a Tuesday night and they called Wednesday before lunch with a diagnosis of what was wrong and pricing was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to use and recommend this repair shop in the future.

I bought a 2008 Cadillac DTS. The front turn signal bulb went out. I was stunned to find out from the Cadillac dealer, the bumper had to be removed to replace it. Quoted $374.00... ouch! Rich was able to replace both turn signal bulbs in 20 minutes without removing the bumper at a very reasonable rate! Thanks Rich, cant wait to break something else for you! Highly recommend.

Richard and the good people at Case automotive repaired my cooling system (water pump, thermostat, and radiator) for me. When I expressed my concern that I might have done serious damage to the motor after pinning the gauge in the red when my overheating issue occurred, they took the time to not only do the repairs but make sure I didnt do any serious damage to the motor. The price was fair and the turn around time was very quick. (No one likes having to wait on repairs). I would definitely recommend Case Automotive to the people of Lakeland/Mulberry area.
