I have been to this Kia several times. When Mario is handling the service, it goes so smoothly. He is helpful, compassionate, considerate of my time and he is always honest. Mario is honestly the reason I continue to bring my car to Kia. There were two occasions that Mario wasnt there when I had brought my car in, and it was very different (long wait times, had to come back multiple times to fix the issue). If this review reaches the corporate office, Mario is a valuable asset to your company. He keeps me coming back and hes the only reason Im getting a new car here soon. I really appreciate how professional he is. I feel comfortable knowing my vehicle is in good hands.

Our oil change was done incredibly fast, under 40 minutes! The lobby is clean and all of the employees we encountered were friendly. Jeremy serviced our car and he was amazing. We had such a good experience here, and we almost never go to dealerships because of how weve been treated previously, but Kia has gone above and beyond to service our car with fairness and kindness.

Normally I am more than satisfied with Regal Kia. When I bought my vehicle I purchased the Eco Block coverage to hopefully prolong the life of the paint on my car because I had had an issue with that on my previous Kia. I have faithfully taken it in every 6 months for 5 years to have the reapply done. When I took it in in June of 2020, I asked how many more reapplies I had and was told one. When I made the appointment for the reapply for December 2020, I asked again how many reapplies I had and was told one. When I was checking out from my December 2020 reapply, I asked again if this was the last reapply. The lady left the desk and went to ask someone. When she came back, she said it was the last reapply. Well, now I have an issue with the clear coat peeling off my rearview windows, my door handles and a two places on the roof. I was told it may not be covered because I did not bring it in for a reapply in June 2021. Now why would I bring it in when I was told by several people at Regal and the last reply was in December 2020? I am awaiting a call from a gentlemen who is in charge of the Eco Block for a final decision.I was also very disappointed with the vacuuming of my car yesterday. I always take everything out of my car before I bring it in, so that they can get to all areas to vacuum. This is quite a job for me as my husband is disabled and I have to take out all of his equipment and then put it back in when I get home. When I was putting everything back in, I had to clean out the back of the car. There were two leaves in the back when I took it up there and the two leaves were still there when I picked it up. The console was not cleaned properly and the dash was covered with dust.This is not the normal service I get from Regal. I have a friend who is about the purchase two vehicles and I had recommended Regal, but I told him this story this morning.I sincerely hope that this matter can be rectified. Thanks.

Took me in quickly, told me what they needed to do (3000mi oil change and recall repair), said it would be between 1.5 and 2 hours. Got me a shuttle so I could take care of some other business while they worked on the car. Two hours later, got the call the car was ready. Car wash left a bit to be desired (but it always does) and not interior vac or glass cleaning, Oh well. Over all better than good experience.

The 2021 vehicle I bought 7/27 has been at the dealership for 16 of the 32 days Ive owned it, and is currently still there, attempting to repair a steering/suspension issue. I still don’t know what is ACTUALLY wrong with the car. Ive asked for someone to call me multiple times. The service department supervisor called me to let me know the initial repair didn’t fix the problem (replacing the front cross member), and I was told had ordered a rear axle and were waiting for it to come in to be installed. When I called on day 7, I was told that part wasnt needed and the car had been sent to sales to have the leather interior installed. However, sales didnt have the car either. I asked for someone to call me Friday 8/27 to let me know where the car was and what part of actually needed. I got a call today Monday 8/30 from sales telling me they had been “trying to reach me” and the car might be ready on Wednesday. No one has contacted me during this entire process. I dropped the vehicle off and I have made four phone calls to check the status of the vehicle. I still don’t know what was replaced on the vehicle, what was wrong with the vehicle. I just know I purchased a car a month ago and it’s been at the dealership more than it’s been in my driveway. I financed a used car inspection and it appears nothing was ever inspected. The staff is polite and has been accommodating, the overall experience has been miserable.

They replaced a part that did not need replacing. Then after to having to bring car back for same issue it was repaired. I still ended up paying for repairs not needed just did not charge labor to fix it the second time. I feel that they should NOT charge be for the repairs since there mechanic did not diagnose it correctly they first time. I receive a text from service manager I replied back was not happy and still had same issue.never heard one word from him. No care or pride in customer service!

While the service attendant was wonderful, there were issues. I called and scheduled an appointment for a recall on the HECU sensor. Brought my car in for the appointment and found that the wrong part had been ordered for my car. We were assured it would be overnighted and that the part would be there in the morning and put it in as quickly as possible. My car wasnt ready until 3:00 p.m.

Took car in 30 minutes before scheduled appointment. Offered ride home. Completed evaluation faster than expected.One drawback:. Several dashboard settings were changed and not changed back like rearview mirror retraction, all windows lock and lights were on instead of in auto. Id prefer a notation or returning settings to customer preference when giving back car.Other than that, Jeremy and Regal maintenance performed well.

Well I purchased my 2022 stinger a couple months ago and it had faulty wiper system yall ordered the parts and was to call me in for the repair that call never came so I called months later to finally get a appointment to come in and when I did yell were or had sent the part back so I told the service guy to take one off of another car or I was leaving you the car so in less. Than 30 minutes they had my car fixed and ready but they did not wash it or vacuum it out and I purchased the protection plan that you wash and vacuum it every two weeks and protective coating once a year. Im not at all impressed with your service department.

This was my first experience using the service department at Regal Kia in Lakeland for my new Kia K-5 GT. It was a very positive experience. The service personnel were very helpful and friendly, the service was done promptly, and the waiting room was clean and well lit. It was delightful walking around the beautiful show room and talking to my sales person. All in all, it was a very good experience.

Had my battery replaced, but apparently the wires/tubes were not connected properly and after 1 month the car would not start again. I had to take time off of work and all the related stress to bring the car back to the dealership to find out it was their poor quality service and lack of double checking their work and/or rushing too quick that resulted in this issue. Severely deteriorates my trust in bringing my car back for additional service since replacing a battery should be a very simple basic repair.

The people are nice and friendly and my issues arent personal. My engine was shot and was going to cost over 5k easily. Decided to look into a new car instead. My last car was a Kia and wanted another one. Problem was that the salesperson talked to me for 5 minutes and with not the best credit and nocosigner was pretty much just sent over to Chevy. Felt like because I didnt have lots of money I wasnt worth the time. The Chevy salesperson spent 3 days working on helping and was successful. And the irony is, Chevy salesperson sold me a kia. After I had the new car and the rental was returned, 50 dollars taken out of my account. Was for a security deposit. Taken out without knowledge a day after the car was returned. Now its been the 3rd day of trying to get that money back with over 10 calls to kia who still hasnt fixed this yet. Again, perception to me, whether true or not, 50 dollars isnt the priority with people buying cars, even though I got 28,000 kia at the end. They are nice people and Im sure many have amazing experiences, my just was not and still havent been contacted about the deposit.

I tried calling to speak to a manager twice, with no luck and after submitting my survey to them, all I received back was a generic follow up email that appeared to be auto generated.

My car wouldnt start. I called Kia and they told me I had complimentary roadside assistance. Tow truck came within the hour and brought my car to Kia. They checked my battery, found it failing, and fixed it that day. Service was done quick and efficiently, and I had my car back that afternoon.

The one and only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because Kia, the manufacturer, not the dealership, does not transfer their 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warranty to the new owner when one of their vehicles is purchased used, which means I am responsible for paying for any and all transmission and/or engine repairs, even if my car is under 100,000 miles and shouldnt really be having engine or transmission problems if the car is being properly maintained. Aside from this, my experience at Regal Kia was absolutely wonderful. Nothing but great things to say about my service advisor Phillip, who helped me get my car fixed in a timely manner and assisted me in applying for financing so I didnt have to dish a bunch of money out of my own pocket. In addition, they did a complete inspection on my car and informed me of services that will need to be completed soon, and washed and vacuumed my car with the service. Also, I will be purchasing a brand new Kia through Edward Box in the coming months to get the lifetime powertrain warranty. It is an extra $3299 on top of the purchase price, but well worth it, as transmission and/or engine repairs or swaps can cost the same or more over the lifetime of the vehicle.

I’ve never had an issue here. The folks are very professional and everyone I have encountered has had an extraordinarily pleasant attitude. I normally don’t recommend any car dealers to anyone. Cause everyone’s experiences are different due to every individuals personal perspective and presenting attitude. I see it as you treat others the way you want to be treated,so if you have a bad experience I tend to believe your attitude brought the other individual down. With that said from my personal experience I would recommend close friends and family to them. Considering my close friends and my family are like minded and see things usually the same as I do.

I went there to get my oil change remind you I have an appointment on a Tuesday at 12:30pm. I made it to my appointment at 12:20pm. 1 guy looked over when I pulled up and didnt not acknowledge me so he continued to talk to the customer who was there before me. I get that.. however about 3 other people came out and no one acknowledged me. So by this time I was there at 12:26pm. I got out the car and went inside was greeted and told someone who be right with me. 3 guys stood around and I said I have a 12:30 appointment and I need to be gone because I have a doctors appointment to 3:30pm. 1 guy stepped out to help. Ok, that went well. He was good with his customer service. He did ask me what I came for I said a oil change. He asked would I also like to get my tires rotated this time. I asked how much it was he told me I said sure why not. I asked him how long would this take because I have an appointment to go too. He said NO LONGER THAN AN HOUR. I stated that was awesome. I stayed at Regal Kia until 2:20pm - 2:30pm. I had to go ask them about my car. Other people that came well after me came and gone. I could not even get my car wash by them due to the time I was pressed for. And the guy said I apologize and I gave you a discount. A $10.00 discount on my bill. I paid it but I dont think Im going back for oil changes because this is the 2nd time that happened to me at this place. And in top of everything I brought my car from them. I just had my car a little over a year. All customers should be treated the same.
