I honestly felt I was dealing with a nitwit. I ordered a Husqvarna mower deck belt. I provide the Part Number and pertinent information. They sent me a belt for a Ariens/Gravely. I contacted them and gave them my order #, along with the order number and gentlemans name for the incorrect belt which I received. A lady named Jo kept asking be to provide her what belt I received. I explained in emails, that SKU and information was there with the order for the other man and she should look it up. Apparently the company does not have a way to quality check what parts they are sending out, or how to look up an order number if it is shipped out incomplete or incorrectly. My recommendation, is dont waste your time waiting on this company to send out correct parts.Owner answered the question herself: They have no clue what parts they are sending out, they dont take the time to confirm accurate shipments. I didnt refuse, I asked them to verify on their side what they sent. The belt I received had no SKU or Part number. It is a 18-24 inch belt. The one I ordered was a 40 inch mower deck belt. Judge for yourself if these people are thorough.

A professional and extremely knowledgeable sales staff. Oh yeah... did I mention friendly? I have ordered online and on phone from them on several occasions and have always been treated as if I were at the store counter. Their prices are very competitive and their products are top grade. What puts them top tier is their customer service!!

They have a great selection of bearings but their shipping is excessive which is how they make up for selling bearings so cheap. They charge a large handling fee. I placed an order for two small $5.00 bearings and they wanted to charge me $20.00 shipping for standard USPS shipping to Baltimore Md. when those two bearings could would have fit in a small Priority Flat Rate box for under $6.00 shipping! When I asked why the shipping was so high, she said well, we need to make money on packing and that She has to be able to put food in her mouth her exact words!So I asked to speak to a manager, and the girl on the phone got a major attitude and told me there was no manager and that if there was, I wasnt Allowed speak to one! So I won;t be doing any business with them any time soon!

Seriously folks, this place is only interested in making a sale whether it be online or in house. Bought a mower deck belt that failed only after 3 cuttings. The belt was of poor quality and should never have been sold. Several attempts were made to resolve the issue but USA Bearings and Belts refused to offer any assistance. A total waste of time and money. Never again.

Nothing good to say about the 2 orders Ive placed here. The bearings I bought to repair spindles on my BadBoy mower lasted less than 50 hours. I ended up replacing the spindles. The idler pulleys I bought a few weeks ago were guaranteed to be exact factory replicas of my Badboy pulley but in fact they were more than .5 thicker which meant the custom shoulder bolt wasnt long enough and the self locking nut would barely catch. These people dont give a hoot. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Great place to buy bearings. Great and friendly staff. You can walk in off the street and buy what you need. The website is not really clear about that.

Been using them since they opened the Lakeland Branch. They have always had what I needed in stock and at a price that is WAY better than everyone else in town. Sometimes they are less than 1/2 of the others and I think their products are just as good!

Terrible support. Bought some bearings on Ebay from them, usps lost them so had to file a claim to get my money back. A month and a half later the damaged package arrived torn open with a sorry letter from USPS. I tried to contact them to let them know it arrived damaged and USA bearings and they blocked me from contacting them? Tried calling a couple times and left messages for the owner Jo and no reply, then they blocked my number?? Really?? What kind of reputable business does that? I have bought many times from them in the past but will not anymore.It says right on their front page that the BEST customer service is their goal, sure doesnt seem that way to me if this is how they treat a issue over some $12 bearings.There are many bearing suppliers out there to buy from so their loss.EDIT Since they replied and then removed their reply.I had to file a claim to even get a refund and I was PERFECTLY satisfied, never gave them a reason to think that I wasnt? and never thought anything of it until I tried to let them know the package arrived damaged and couldnt. They NEVER asked me not to purchase from them which is a lie and dont know why they would?? They sent a package, it got lost, and they gave me a refund, of course I was satisfied. Again this company is trying to make it out like Im the bad guy which I am not, it is really confusing on why they are acting this way over a $12 order, what would they have done if it was a $200 order???

Seriously this is place is the BEST! Ive been searching for a specific bearing for over two months and they had exactly what I needed and shipped at lightning speed, I will definitely be doing business again with USA Bearings and Belts

A few years ago i made my own wooden treadle lathe, a MASSIVE beast with a monster fly wheel and I found USA Bearings and Belts and bought a thrust breathing, some other great bearings and even a adjustable belt that fit my purposes. Great products, fantastic service and the products have held up for 8+ years now. I’m a professional woodturner and a Marine combat veteran (no slouch by any stretch of the imagination and I expect perfection), I’ve beat these bearings up pretty good, abused them with large logs, spindle blanks, and bowl blanks and they’re still ticking without an issue. Keep up the good work. Semper Fi!P.S. I suppose the only problem is that USA Bearings are so good they may have engineered themselves out of a job because you never need to buy more! Haha.

Worst customer service I have experienced. Assistant was rude and gave no help whatsoever. Ordered twice and both orders were never shipped. DO NOT WASTE TIME with this disgraceful company. you will never see your parts from them.

Ordered two small bearings for lawn edger they came in 3 days before they were supposed to thanks great price & excellent service.

Special ordered a bearing,was supposed to be here last friday,i paid for priority shipping because i needed it by the weekend.found out friday was stuck in orlando and wouldnt be there until sat. and they where closed, so couldnt get until we opened on tues. that being said it DID NOT show up until thurs. at 2:30 i was told i had 15 minutes to pick up,even tho they closed at 4:00,then find out that they still charged me the 8.95 for the priority shipping.and had an angry customer
