Absolutely incredible experience! Olivia was very thoughtful with facilitating a dream experience for wedding dress shopping. She took the time to get to know my family and me during my appointment. I never thought I would cry when finding my dress but her attention to detail and magical touch brought me to tears! She has a gift and I feel so blessed I found her shop.

My daughter picked her dress today. The whole experience was wonderful. It was an intimate, joyful, and fabulous day. Olivia and her team are all about the details and making sure it is a one on one consultation without interruptions. Olivia is amazing. I didn’t end up finding my dress with her, but her overall goal is for the bride to be happy and she knows what she is doing! She actually recommended the place I ended up finding my dress after getting a sense of my style. That to me is amazing service! She offers such individualized, personalized service. She provides an intimate, one on one consult to get to know your style and show you dresses she hand picks for you. She was a delight and it broke my heart to not go with her, but she was so sweet and I know she is and will be around for a long time to come in Lakeland! Truly a gem!

I called Olivia two days before I was supposed to leave for my wedding looking for a pair of earrings. She quickly responded and txted me pictures of earrings she had in the store. We made an appointment for the next day and I found the perfect pair! I brought in my hair piece and showed her my dress. She took the time to explain what earrings would match best and also match my wedding ring for my detail pictures with photos. The boutique is beautiful and intimate. I left SO HAPPY. This bridal boutique is an absolute gem! The day before my appointment, Olivia reached out asking what I envisioned for my big day so she could have a few dresses ready. Day of appointment....first dress I tried on was the one! Olivia and her staff were extremely helpful in picking out my dream dress. The boutique caters to one client at a time which eases the overwhelming shopping experience. I have been to nearly five bridal stores and this was the best experience! Thank you Olivia !

10/10 recommend Southern Swan Bridal! I had a dress I planned on using from 5 years prior and it didn’t work out due to sizing. I of course panicked and Olivia and her team helped calm me down and found a new dress that day! I told her what I wanted and she found the perfect dress for me on the first try, within my budget! The customer service I received was incredible. Came back for my daughters bridesmaid dress. If you’re a bride, this shop is a must for wedding dress shopping!

We have had the most wonderful experience here, shopping for my daughter’s wedding gown. Olivia makes you feel like you are the only customer she has, and gives you undivided attention. She is detail oriented, full of ideas, and extremely helpful. Plus she is a designer, and will make changes to accommodate what you desire. So you get a one of a kind designer gown, that is absolutely beautiful, and reasonably priced. We are so grateful we found her!!!

Great bridal shop. I did not buy my dress here, but it was the first shop I went to and Madelyn let me try on some different styles to see what would fit me well. The gowns are absolutely gorgeous and the staff was helpful. They were very upfront with me about my budget and what would and wouldnt work, and they were very helpful all around with helping me find out where I needed to go for a dress that would suit my needs.Over all I would say this bridal shop is 10/10. The dresses are gorgeous and I really appreciate the staffs kindness and helpfulness.

Olivia at Southern Swan is amazing! I came to her looking for my veil & she took the time to meet with me, see my dress, and gather my vision. The Spanish style veil she designed for me was BEAUTIFUL and was so perfect for me. Her team is wonderful, I had great experiences with everyone that I came across. When you are in her boutique, she pays attention to you and makes you feel so welcomed and important!

I went there today and had the best experience. Olivia and her team are the sweetest people ever! I loved the fact that it is appointment only. I felt like I was the only thing that mattered. If you want a true bridal experience, then you need to go to the southern swan. Also the selection of dresses were on point. I can’t say enough good things about it.

The owner of the shop runs the store she does a great job her name is Olivia most recommended Bridal Shop shes very good conversation picked out all the dresses and did a fantastic job most bridal shops do not do their job well but the southern Swan did the best so most recommended for brides to go to

This girl I was supposed to buy dress for her and Im not going to give you with your dress you dont look like the person you did when you came in here and I ask myself what is that exercise 7 days a week all year-round Non-Stop of course Im not going to gain weight and Ive been eating cuz I dont have enough money to support myself so when I can get food I go a week without eating yeah Im probably not going to gain weight and having to be under stress anxiety she is judgemental and I hope she sees this and I hope the rest of you do too
