We bought pavers almost 6 months ago through our pool contractor that was supposed to have been delivered last week. They were not delivered and we were told they’d be delivered this week, then they didn’t show up this week, and now we’re being told they won’t be delivered until the end of next week.It’s the never ending saga of no pavers which is holding up our entire pool project. We’ve been sitting for weeks waiting for this and all they’ve done is deliver 1 pallet of coping. Why not deliver the whole order?Well, we wouldn’t know because when we called to find out, the woman said she’d call us back and never did. Super unprofessional and very unhappy. The longer this takes, the longer our project sits.Don’t use them if you get the choice.

Definitely not retail friendly! Waited over 2 hours for a 5 gallon bucket of sealer but Tremron was the only place I could find the brand I needed. They really need 2 lines, Semi Trucks and smaller orders. Even contractors finishing up jobs needing pieces of coping, a bucket or 2 of sealer or something similar have to wait in same long while they load full Semi Truckloads. Bought my pavers here 10 years ago and wasnt this chaotic! Needs some organization.

Their material is good, their costumer services is also good. But they make you wait a Long long time to get the material done and for delivery (?) they charge 300+ depending how far PLUS FUEL CHARGE ….

Walked into the office looking for pavers. Nobody in the office was wearing a mask, but they wanted me to wear one or wait outside inthe hot sun. They made me walk to a porta potty because their bathroom was not open. Got fed up and went to Lowes. Lowes actually had was I was looking for, they didnt want me to wait outside in the sun, and they let me use their bathroom.

Not too happy with the service. I walk in wearing a mask. I look around the entire office no one is wearing a mask ok cool I take mine off. I was trying to locate a paver they point me in the direction of a pile of pavers so I walk out couldnt get a help out side. I walked back in to try to get further help or the lack there of help. The guy walks up to me not wearing a mask and tells me I need to have a mask on. So I ask him OK why is no one else in the office wearing a mask if its required to wear a mask in here. He tells me thats only for customers. So then I ask him customers are the only people who get covid? His response to me was we dont have to wear a mask you guys do OK Whatever I put my mask back on. I then ask for help again trying to locate a paver. I am told to go back out to the pile I was just at and couldnt get help to look for the paver. Luckily there was a customer that was in there that guided me to the right manufacturer who made the paver I was trying to match. I think its kind of crazy I have to get help from another customer instead of the experts who manufacturer the products.

I’m so happy I came out to tremron in Lakeland!! Putting a pool in and a nice selection of pavers to chose from. What made this review 5 stars though was the service. Katlyn went above and beyond helping me chose my paver color and style.. I cant thank her enough!

Everyone was super kind and looked pass me wanting to rush and my ignorance. Never expect any employee keeping there attitude kind, patience, an on task. Even at the end of the day. The gentleman who got my materials was efficient with a smile

They were able to deliver my pavers exactly where I have requested unlike the pompano crew who rather take the pavers back to their plant which is over 1 1/2 hour away. Lazy driver from pompano prefer to ask me if I have ordered the right pavers. Thumbs up for the Lakeland crew. Thanks Julie you have been very helpful.
