I was at a lost this morning when I arrived only because I didn’t have a single clue what was wrong with my phone or if it was even repairable. When I walked in the atmosphere of the place was just welcoming, customer service was great, and service itself was quick. I walked out of there unbelievably happy with the work and how it was done!

Wow! This little repair shop is amazing! Tim, worked with me for 3 days on setting up my new computer. I had so much stuff to transfer and install back, passwords to reset, new accounts to make and so much more. Tim worked with me every step of the way. What I paid was half the cost quoted from 3 other places in the area.

These guys work absolute MIRACLES in your time of emergency when you are without a phone, and even better their services are very reasonable and affordable! The team is also very polite, professional, and understanding. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family and come back here in the future for my repair needs!

I called the store around 6:30 (when they close at 7) one evening just to see if they would have time to give me a quote on my cracked phone. Jacob did an outstanding job, he told me he could fix it in 10-15 minutes! I was shocked that he would be willing to spend the time to fix my screen when he could have turned me away because they close in 30 minutes!! Great service!! This is the place to go!

I mean they fixed it it turned out good and nice. But then the touch screen started acting up and they fixed it but then it started happened again.

Took my new, shattered Pixel 3a XL there and they said no problem. Took them about 5 days to get the parts in and then they finished the repair within a day. Highly recommend to anyone whos never had to go through a screen replacement, they were very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and prompt. They do all kinds of devices, not only iPhones. I will definitely be going back for any tech needs in the future!

I brought them a Samsung galaxy tab e with a cracked snreen. She took the device, gave me an estimate for both cost and how long it would take to install. From ordering the screen to completion took less than a week. Excellent experience all around. I would definitely do business here again.

Best place for computer repair. I brought my MacBook Pro here after spilling soda all over it and these guys were able to revive it. My sons iPad had a problem charging the battery and we couldn’t figure out what was causing it. Tim was able to replace the battery and later discovered that the home button was draining the battery and it needed to be replaced. This is my second device I have taken in for repair and will go back again. Great customer service, he even followed up with me with a time frame and an update on what services were being performed. I highly recommend his business for repairing mobile devices.

I brought Phone 6 plus in o be repaired for a cracked screen and the home button. After a while, the button start sticking again, and I asked for the guy took look at it. Not only did he replace it no charge, he also fixed my volume/power button because I told them it was loose and I couldn’t use them anymore. Very cool, and I TOTALLY RECOMMEND them! They are also the cheapest around for cracked screen repair!

Ive gotten my laptop screen repaired and a nasty virus removed off my PC here last week. Looks and runs flawless now. I will be returning to get my iPhone battery replaced. So thankful for these people! I dropped my brand new iPhone 7 plus in the pool. I didnt think it was any big deal since its supposed to be water resistant. I guess water resistant & water proof are two totally different things. The young girl was able to totally bring my phone back with no problems. They saved me soooooo much money because I was thinking I would have to go out & buy another phone, but thank goodness I didnt! Will for sure be coming to them for now on.

These guys are the best!! I figured they only fixed apple devices because of their name but they were able to fix my Samsung phone with no issue! Hopefully I wont be back too soon but I wouldnt mind if I was.

Brought my phone in for a cracked screen repair and was tried to be talked into replacing the battery when I dropped it off and when I picked it up as well. I told them no, my battery was fine for an older iPhone 6 and lasted practically all day. As soon as I get my phone back it will not charge past 3% despite different chargers and outlets. I was unable to use the phone as soon as they handed it back to me, and I thought it might have been the battery not placed right or something not attached properly. I had it taken back the next day due to them being closed after I left, and they tried to charge me another $70 to fix the problem that was their fault. Unfortunately I was unable to take the phone back myself and had a friend do it, who was able to get them to agree to the cost of the battery ($35). It may just be my opinion, but you should not be told youre going to have to pay for a service if its to repair the damage caused by the people supposed to fix it. My friend agreed to the price before I was contacted to be able to say no, otherwise these people would not have touched my phone again. When you pay for a certain issue to be fixed one would expect for that to be the only thing altered in the phone, not to have it returned with something else broken no matter how old or bad the original battery may be. My phone screen is fine and the battery is apparently working but be wary because they just want to make a dime off of you.

Today I dropped my phone and after all this time recommending Lakeland IPhone it was my turn to use them! I dropped my phone off at 4:10 and with no complaint it was finished before 5 (closing time in Sunday’s) Brooke was fantastic!

Prefacing this. If you have a device from iPhone 8 Plus or newer, I would not recommend their services.Beginning with the 8 Plus, Apple introduced True Tone to their displays. A feature you do pay for when you purchase the phone. My wife cracked her screen and without AppleCare, it would’ve cost $180. So I chose to come here.I was promised an Apple Certified screen, water gasket, and that all functions would be restored to like new on the phone. The service was completed for $120, and in the daylight, I tested the device and all appeared ok.That night I noticed my wife using the phone and the Ambient Light Sensor wasn’t working. I did some research and found if you repair a device from a 3rd party, they don’t have a calibration tool required to fix auto brightness and True Tone, both did not work.Attempting to contact this location failed. The manager was very condescending and stated that this would be fixed with the release of iOS 12 in a matter of weeks. All my research and myself loading a beta of iOS 12 stated this was not true (and now, after the release, it is confirmed it did not fix the issue) and that it was a calibration issue with Apple and 3rd Party installers.I was met with more aggression from management and was told that if iOS 12 didn’t fix the issue, I’d get my old screen put back on. This wasn’t going to work. I went to Apple. Confirmed the screen was 100% not Apple certified, that this location did not replace the water gasket in the device, and replaced the screen with them at $180 and regained functionality in the screen.As management refused to help here, I was forced to initiate a chargeback through my credit card company as the services promised were not the services received.So, in summary. I wouldn’t come here myself. The install would be fine for older devices (not water resistant ones) but absolutely not for newer ones.

IPhone repair has helped me multiple times between my shattered screens, computer repair, and data transfer services. These guys are fast and fair !

Took my daughters iphone in to have the battery tested. Got it back and the front camera and phone speaker was broke. They proceeded to tell me it was not possibly something they did. I took it to Apple Store in Brandon and they ran diagnostics test and said it would have to be reapaired and it was something that was done by them. Do not trust them with your iPhone!
