To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I went in and opened a new line. I ordered two of the same iPhones, 13 max pro, they had a really good promotion going on with 800 dollar trade in for my phone. Fast forward a month later. When I called Verizon to find out why my phone hasn’t shipped, I was informed that my order was cancelled by the store when they added the phone to the other line,that phone came in two weeks ago. Verizon told me that they couldn’t honor the promotion and would only give me 300 for my trade in. Now I understand why there is never a wait at this store and I will never be back!

My wife and I went into the store and were immediately greeted by Tan Nguyen who welcomed us to sit down and help us with any questions we had. We wanted to upgrade my wifes phone and when he pulled up our account information, it showed that both of us could get upgraded for a good price. Tan was knowledgeable when it came to transferring info from the old phones to the new ones and he also helped us with screen protectors and cases for the new devices. All in all, we went in thinking it would be a long process but Tan made it very easy and I would highly recommend him and this store! We will definitely be back!!!

Could not help me. My new phone i bought 10 24pm is locked 🔒 they could not unlock it. I called it and they told me they couldnt take my phone call. Im disgusted. Motorola

By far the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. This isn’t even the closest store to me, but my family all agreed we would gladly drive to this specific store purely because of the incredible service Jordan gave us yesterday! He explained everything clearly, helped us complete exactly what we came there for (upgrading some iPhones on our plan), and just went above and beyond. A prime example of excellent customer service. Will gladly come back to this store just because of him. Amazing amazing amazing! Highly recommend this location!

Brandon was absolutely amazing. We have never had a good experience at this Verizon, but Brandon completely changed that statement. If every salesperson was like him, these processes would be much more tolerable. He went above and beyond and was so easy to work with!

Normally this store is a good one. But I hate being lied to, so 2 stars it gets. We have a family plan with 8 lines and 2 iPads. After upgrading 6 of our 8 phones to the new IPhone 13 with the promotion going on, we were told we could make all the changes and not have to sign up for autopay. We were extremely clear on that detail which is why we made the changes. Nope, now we’re stuck with autopay. 7 people now have to Venmo, PayPal, etc every month their bill portions and I get stuck with having to wait on all those payments, then making the credit card payment to pay them off. Thanks but no thanks Verizon. It’s an inconvenience I’ll get over, but I hate being told one thing to have that not end up being true.

Jason Marchant sold phones to my husband and I two years ago. We were very happy with the service we received. Now it is 2 years later we went back to Jason to upgrade our phones. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He has once again made my husband and I happy customers.

We came in on 2/5/2021 to just get a quote on a new phone plan we were helped by Archie S. and he was fantastic! He helped us right away and answered all of our questions. We came back the next day (2/6/2021) and Archie came in on his day off to help us. Again he was very knowledgeable and friendly and did everything he could to ensure we had what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Archie to everyone.

After having a very rude experience at a Verizon company store. I went to this cellular sales store. It was the 2 sales associates, Jordan Terry and Shiann Griffin that kept me a Verizon customer. Their knowledge and professionalism is the only way I stayed a Verizon customer. In fact that is why I purchased 3 phones. I was so upset after my experience at the corporate Verizon store after being a customer for over 20 years I was ready to switch to ATT. I did file a formal complaint with Verizon and will wait to see if I get a response. I cannot praise your store enough though. Store is a joke. They have phones you cant buy because they are outdated. Phones you cant test because they are fakes. Cant answer any technical questions (what is the wifi mbs rate?). Bait and switch comes to mind...lack of phones available from Verizon..demo phones not on wifi..just the lowest level of service possible. Very unhappy for a 20+ year customer of Verizon..

I went in to the lakeside village location needing a new phone. Jason was very helpful, he had my phone ready when I got there to be set up. He also made sure my stuff was backed up and everything went smoothly. While I was there we went over my bill and he set me up on a new plan that saved me money. The team work between the employees at this store was awesome.

This is the best and only Verizon that I come to. I came to the same store to see Jason M. a year ago and I called him again today and got the best deal on my new iPhone. I had the greatest experience here with Keicha ! She was helping my daughter and actually helped us both get 2 new phones! She was very patient with me and my phone because it was acting up she even stayed after her shift to make sure I was all set and happy with my phone. Hands down one of the best experience I’ve had. Starting my Monday with a broken cell screen was not the way I wanted to start my day. Walked into to the Verizon store and Im so thankful to Jason Thompson for taking time to answer was my questions. He was very patient and informative. Helped me find the right phone and accessories and helped me walk out in a much better mood than when I walked in.

Jared, the store associate was amazing, however we had to take our business to the MyVerizon app. The store had a promotion displayed that they would not honor, luckily Verizon took the hit and was able to make the deal happen. The manager could have saved face and made the deal but didnt even feel obligated to talk with us. Stay away from authorized dealers, at least this one, and go with an official store.

Me and my husband were looking to leave AT&T to get better service, we come to this store and were greeted as soon as we walked in by Adrian. Not only did he explain everything and try to get us the best deal possible, but he stayed with us past closing time to finish downloading all of our pictures and videos with a smile on his face. Jason has helped me upgrading my phone and was so helpful I came back to upgrade another phone on my account. During this visit he helped me to manage my account and enable me to obtain an iPad as well as a HUM utilizing promotions to save me the most money. I truly appreciate his help and excellent customer service.

Associates are friendly just make sure you fully understand their return policy. When I made my original purchase they made returns sound very easy. However Im not happy with my case or screen protector but was 1 day outside their exchange/credit policy which was no where on my receipt. I wont be shopping at this location in the future.

Normally I dread going to buy a new phone. But between your new policies with being able to pay monthly and your very reasonable prices and your wonderful staff made buying a phone a pleasure. It was actually enjoyable. Notably a employee by the name of Augustin Y. was especially helpful polite and cheerful. He helped me to get the best deal and was very informative. With staff and financial plans like yours its no wonder you are the number one phone company on the market. Keep up the good work.

This store is horrible, they will do anything to sell you a phone but will not help you if you come back with questions about that said phone, I went into another Verizon store and they were ecstatic to help me with my questions. I asked the store why the other store didn’t want to help me they said that the reps there work off of straight commission. They only care about sales. Many of their reviews are misleading. You may have a great experience when you first go in and get a phone, but when you have questions they seem like you are the plague and don’t want you there.

I had such a good experience today! Originally went to Walmart to get a new phone and after an hour of the price continuing to go up and up I left frustrated and came here. Place is a rip off. They charge you higher prices on phones with programming fees that you dont need to pay online. Phone I received was open previously and they tried to pass it off as new. High pressure sales staff. They also attempt to force you to write positive reviews on google. Buyer beware.

I called the store today asking for promotions and was told the iPhone 10 was bogo! I was excited and made an appointment with Leslie who told me about the offer (Im currently with a different cell phone provider). I arrived at the store only to be told that the bogo offer expired yesterday. Are you kidding me? No one seemed to care that I was quoted incorrectly. I asked Leslie is it not her responsibility to check the offers daily and her was response was I just had 10 stitches put in my leg today. Not only is this completely unprofessional to NOT honor a quote (she made a quote in the system) but then to say there was nothing that could be done? I will not be back to this store and will be contacting corporate. There is a right way and wrong way to treat customers and this is certainly not the way to win over new customers. Additionally the company I work for has a corporate discount with Verizon so I will be alerting them to my experience as well.

Awesome customer service!! These guys go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your product! I came in for my upgrade and they let me play around with every phone they had and sat with me while I weighted the pros and cons of each. I took forever to decide and they were incredibly patient, friendly, helpful. I will definitely be a returning customer!

My Verizon experience has been forever changed by Matt at Verizon Cellular Lakeside Village who continues to provide exceptional customer service! Its so easy to make an appointment so you never have to wait! Pleasant and thorough, no hassle!

Got nothing but lies from the salesman that I dealt with. Promised me my bill would be $180 a month for two lines, unlimited data, including the cost of the phones taxes and fees. He even put the numbers in the system and showed me what Id be paying. Well my bill is $50 more than what I was promised it would be and the service is terrible because Im on the low unlimited plan. The salesman didnt bother to tell me that the internet would be extremely slow unless I paid more money for a higher unlimited plan.

Ismari was very helpful and found the best plan for my family she got me a new I phone XS max and the new Apple Watch and my daughter a new watch as well! Great service through her and Verizon!!

DO NOT BUY A PHONE AT THIS STORE!!! The sold me a refurbished iPhone instead of a new one! This is not a Verizon corporate store. They refused to make good, give me a new phone, or do anything to make up for selling me a refurb as new. Found out when I took it to Apple store to get a new battery. AVOID THIS STORE and go to a Verizon corporate store instead. Verizon will not take any responsibility for their sales.

Today I went in to upgrade my iphone for the first time ever(my previous iPhone was over 5 years old). Needless to say I was a bit nervous. An associate, Leslie Taylor, was so kind and patient and walked me through the entire process, answering all my questions and queries. Another associate, Michael Farmer, stepped in to help with the process of transferring all the data from my previous phone, which was a feat in itself as that phone was completely unresponsive(I still don’t understand how he was able to accomplish it). The General Manager was also very personable and stopped by several times to see how things were going. It was an enjoyable, successful venture in my opinion and I left with nothing but the highest regards for all involved. I would highly recommend Lakeside Village Verizon in Lakeland, Florida.

I always go to the Verizon Wireless location @ Lakeside Village for all of my cellular needs. Matt is spectacular. I love that I can make an appointment with him and avoid the long lines for a representative. Matt is my go-to guy for all of my Verizon needs. I know that he is just a phone call or text away. He handles all of my billing questions and just my questions in general for my personal account and my business accounts. I can always count on Matt for support in any situation. If, however, Matt isnt in the store and I happen to pop in, all of the representatives that I have dealt with at this location are more than willing to handle things for me. I will continue to count on Verizon Wireless Lakeside Village for all of my cellular needs.
