Very nice employees store always clean and stocked

A very rude girl treated me unkindly and thats sad, all I was asking is if she knew where a closer circle k and she kinda snubbed me! Should she not have at least tried to help me find the right one or am I tripping, the one star is the tone of her voice like a was a bother, even though she said have a nice night, if u read ppl u not only see but hear all but ok bye Im trying to go home! Hurry now!

I stopped here on May 29 2021 to get some gas and something to drink as well as use the bathroom. The men’s bathroom was closed said it was out of order so I left without buying gas or a drink. How does a brand new store already have a broken bathroom?

Terrible experience today at approximately 1:30 pm I was waiting in line to pay for my gas and the young lady who was at the register was texting on her phone which I didn’t mind I was giving her time to finish then after a few moments she realized I was there and asked me to come to the register I asked was she sure because I wanted her to finish her messages and I proceeded to the next young lady beside her and the texter was offended and yelled loudly in a sarcastic manner to the fellow behind me to take my place instead. I was being nice and she took offense and wanted to make a laughing matter out of it like really?

The store is clean and the workers are very polite and they treat the customers right I go to the store every morning

12/01/19 at 11:00pm restroom completely flooded. Outside was full of trash. Area around it isnt the best neighborhood either. Lots of foot traffic. Lots of people just hanging out. Fuel pumps had no paper in them for receipts. Overflowing trashcans. No window washers. No paper towels. Rude careless. Will definitely not be returning to this establishment

This store sales great cookies but never have any available for customers. I was told my management to call a head of time to order them and they would make them but that was a lie. Called today and the district manager even said no they not making any. Customer service sucks!!!!!!!!

Came to this gas station and there was a closed for 15 minutes sign on the door. I waited for over 30 minutes for them to open back up while Cara, Charles and Carol sat and did absolutely nothing except laugh at the group forming outside wondering why they were closed and theyre supposed to be open 24 hours. The three working were super rude and definitely shouldnt be working in customer service. I live 5 minutes from this gas station and will not be back based on this experience!

I am working grub hub and had time to get something to eat and gas however they would not sell me lottery tickets and Im 45 yrs old lol. So I went somewhere else. Love when ppl dont want to do their job.

Awful.. the girl on the register (nose ring/industrial piercing) is the worst. I would compare her sloth, but it would insult to the solth. The young man, maybe maintance, is always standing around talking, never see him working. No ex-large for coffee, no indivual sugar packets (for two days), no one to ask. Gave 1 star because thats the only way I could post. Great location, however, need improvement with the staff.

Store owner check your payment machines. I got fraudulent message from my bank saying that someone used my card from this location today. Buyers beware of this location while purchasing anything from this gas station. I was using credit card so nothing harmed me but you may loose your money. So please be cautious.

A black lady (she would not give me her name) that works behind the counter was very rude very unprofessional she was using very bad words.. I went to the bathroom afterwards and it was very nasty I told the same lady it needed to be clean she told me we dont have time for that right now... And no one way wiping anything down.... Some very nasty people work there and that lady is one of them.. wish I could give this no stars

Id give them no stars if I could. The people who work here are rude and should not be in customer service. At least everyone in the morning shift around 7am. The only good thing is there coffee. But id rather get it from racetrack.

10am and no breakfast the attendant standing there was on her cell phone and when she saw that I was there to order went to the back room to continue her cell phone call....wow! Real Quality Employees thanks for nothing!

Would recommend going to another gas station the area seemed shady and place was crowded and lotto machine not working. A guy was soliciting right outside the circle k didnt like that at all. Made a mistake going to this location will not go here again.

Absolutely the worst Circle K I have ever been to there is never any hot food and when there’s hot food like hotdogs and the buns are always nasty and steel or wet how that happens when they’re supposed to be sealed is beyond me the customer service at this place alone is nasty their fountain drinks are never up to par many times I come in the store they don’t have what I’m looking for this will be my last visit to the CIRCLE K unless I am in dire need a fuel

Ive rated this place before and I was shocked by the ignorant staff workers I still am but this one sweet lady Deborah is awesome. The lady with the blond weave was rude and uncourteous she had another customer come to her register but as soon as she was done with that customer I stepped in line and she said Im hold on one second had me step back in line and she took the next person. Rude r u d e rude she really dont need to be working there! Big Ups to Debra!!! And if I didnt love the coffee so much I would not even step foot in the store.

Friendly service, Great Location right across the street from Lakeland Reginal Hospital...see all walks of life at this location including hospital employees...nice clean store stays busy, fair prices. Love it!😀 ATM outside walk up.

The people who run the 1410 Florida av store in Lakeland are unhelpful and discourteous. pump advertised free water coupon. Did not print out . no one knew anything or cared to help. You need to close this store or get people who know something there. I come here several times a day .I will go down the street to Race Trac now. Will not return.
