Came in today to get my son some pizza when I got to the counter there was and elderly lady standing there. She said she had been there waiting for almost 10 minutes for assistance. The store manager Edwin was as the hot dog machine so I told him there was no one at the counter he decided to roll his eyes at me get a attitude and say I’ll be there when I’m done. Mr Edwin came to the counter and continued to give me and the lady attitudes. To be a store manager he didn’t have very good customer service experience.

This is my gas station. I’ve been a customer here for years. This is a very clean reliable store. The staff is usually very friendly.

You are not always open. I have come by before work to get a cup of coffee on several occasions and doors were locked and your employees inside. I won’t waste time stopping by for disappointment anymore, 7 11 is right down the street.

They kicked my husband out and told him they were calling the cops for leaving our daughter In the car while running in just for drinks. First of all The law gives you 15 minutes. I would like to see where their policy states anything different. She was not in distress or in danger. It’s a gas station. Terrible customer service. Good thing we usually go to Circle K.

The whole grab-n-go-box-cant-go-inside ordeal is inconvenient. I thought this was a convenient store. Im def going to boycott. Wawa serves hot food 24/7 and made to order. Smh.

Not one of the higher class RaceTracs

Went there to ask for a sandwich and the employee just ignored me and when I asked her if they had sandwiches it looked like my question was a bother to her and was rude. My son recommend the sandwiches here but I guess I’m not trying this race tracks food anytime soon. SMH no customer service skills at all.

I was at this RaceTrac tonight. Very courteous employees and on spot. I couldnt ask for a Better experience! Thank you RaceTrac!

VERY RUDE CASHIER was on her cell phone the whole time and ignored every word I said to her.Young black girl curvy girl with pretty eyeshadow when I commented on it she ignored me when I asked about duck in parking lot she ignored me when I said thanks she ignored me talking on her cell phone the whole time RUDE

Great prices. Good gas. Restrooms, drinks & snacks and hot dog type fast food.

Clean and well stocked. Attendant was helpful and very courteous. They have flex fuel!

Second time here and restroom out of order again

Very clean and new. Bathrooms could have been slightly cleaner but where still much cleaner than most gas stations.

This is the worst Racetrac for customers service. Im out on the road all day every day working and when i stop to fuel up or get a drink sometimes i need to use the restroom. At night every night the night crew closes the bathrooms to customers. No one is in there cleaning they are just roped off so nobody can use them. Several times i have asked on different occasions to use the restroom and i get told they are closed. Now i have come in at different times of the evening only to hear the same thing every night. I cant tell you how much money i have spent buying gas or items from Racetrac in whole. We have a fleet of vehicles that we gas up evey day. I am no longer going to buy my gas or items from Racetrac any longer. Blocking off the restroom or closing them both down at the same time is ridiculous. Just so you dont have to clean them or let someone use it. The other stores do not do this. There should be no reason to close them down for hours just so you dont have to clean them.

Clean, quick, friendly staff- worked right after the hurricane to be there for the community when many many others were closed

So I just had pretty disappointing encounter at this racetrac. First let me give anyone whos reading this a little back story so you can understand my situation, I work across the street usually at 2 a.m. but today everyone was supposed to be there at 4 and I messed up and came in at 2 anyway. Now normally this wouldnt be a problem because I could just nap in my car for 2 hours, but lately I dont have a car, so I longboard about 45 min in the morning to get to work. About an hour in to waiting outside in the cold I decided I should get some coffee and a snack from racetrac to warm up. Immediately when I got in there I get called budy in a somewhat demeaning tone, I didnt think anything of it got my coffee and a snack payed with my debit card, and the cashier said alright you can go ahead and go almost like he thought I was homeless and I was going to stay there indefinitely, I was offended but I just left. The point is he was judgmental and preemptively made me feel unwelcome even though I didnt plan on soliciting at all. I usually love race track but please tell your employees not to judge a book by its cover.

Very nice store with made to order pizzas, subs, smoothies, and cappucinos, frozen yogurt with a toppings bar, and of course gas and snacks. Staff is very friendly and store has lots of options.

Ive been a Race Trac customer for 17 years and Im happy to see theyve started selling pizza and sandwiches. The pizza is great, but Im sorry to say the sandwiches are not up to par, I ordered a ham and cheese, they had no swiss cheese, so I settled for another white cheese that I didnt like, the bread and the meat had no taste, please see Wha Wha is using, they have great tasting sandwiches.Sorry,

At 8:35 3/28/19 the register attendee when confronted if the closure of the restrooms didnt respond, being a frequent customer sees race track diminishing to a level of a 7 eleven that has not been taken care of with incompetent employees.

They have regular three gas flavors, and e80?, Which they really warm not to use unless your car calls for it. And they have Diesel.

Sweetheart of an associate this morning and amazing coffee promotion for January!!! Any size one $!!! So $1.07 for a beautiful cup of coffee!!!
