Im not one to leave bad reviews, but this company has taken an order of nearly $1,000 from me in March. It is now 7/1/2021 and I still have not received the shirts nor a refund. I have called numerous times and have been ignored. I have sent several emails. As a business owner, I am one to make all attempts to resolve the issue with the company directly before taking to publicly shaming them as I understand things arise. At this point however and with nearly 3 months of a lack of response from them I feel others need to be aware so they do not experience the same issues.

I have called, texted, emailed numerous times and have still not been contacted back. I’ve tried every way to get in contact including your social media accounts and still no response. I ordered a shirt that’s was around 60$ and have still not seen any update on your website. It has now been 3 weeks since I placed the order and it still says processing.

Have been waiting for response from this company for a very long time. They processed payment for my order over 3 months ago and now are not returning calls or emails. I have still not received any product or even a lead time estimate. Feel like I just had my hard earned money stolen. Really really bad experience. Please beware before sending them any payments.UPDATE:Items finally arrived. Great product, poor Customer service.

Working with these guys was a solid amazing experience. From the initial consultation, to the design of the art, to the production time, to the quality. I can not be happier with their service and quality. Roger was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely order our dealership apparel from Toplevel Sportswear again. Im looking forward to the Team Ferrari Collection we have in production.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This company stole $1,500+ from us. Hector was very attentive during the design and PURCHASE process - he was VERY eager to help design a shirt and place the online order. He was also very eager to TAKE OUR MONEY (he required a full payment not just a deposit). Then.... everything went downhill fast. The order was months late - he kept indicating they had manufacturing issues. I was very patient and understanding for the first 6 months. Then, Hector stopped returning my phone calls and emails. After months of waiting, I requested a full refund on the order. But, no word from Hector. Our credit card company had to get involved. On a recorded line Hector acknowledged that he had manufacturing issues and they were not able to fulfill the order. He acknowledged the issue was on their end. He then confirmed 3 times (on a recorded line) that he would be issuing a full refund back to our card for the shirts that were not manufactured. Needless to say - there has been NO REFUND issued. And, as you can imagine, he has not returned a call or email. DO NOT purchase a single item from this company - they will take your money and run. Such a shame, as we really liked their products and we were very excited to work with them on this order.

Great experience, great customer service, amazing value. Our shirts look great, the material is super comfortable and our customers love the look. We placed our order online and everything was on-time. We would highly recommend this company and for sure have earned our business.

This company took $494.34 from our charity. We have had to file with the BBB and contacted our charity bank account to recover these funds. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS with them. Emails and daily calls not returned.

Amazing High Quality Performance Shirts. I love to wear mine fishing, as it keeps me cool and dry all day long and its light enough to wear even on a hot Florida day! Awesome prints to choose from and even after many washes its keeps its color without fading. Highly recommended!!!

These are some of the best graphic designed shirts you can find. Each shirt design is individually done and uniquely identifies various groups - basically they are walking billboards of your group/product. In my case, I always receive comments on the great design and identification properties of the shirts Top Level Sportswear made for me ... ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SHIRTS AND DESIGNS.
