I was very impressed with the cleanliness and neatness of this store! I can see the care the employees take in the condition of their store! The shelves were neatly stocked and fronted, I very much appreciate a clean well stocked store! Well done!!!

Decent store good furniture selection good prices on toilet paper and stuff like that. Good financing on big items. Store could use a remodel kinda looks outdated. But they said inventory rotates pretty fast so the products are new and fresh.

First time here. The store is nice. I found most of what I was looking for. Didnt like the large roach in the ladies room. I did tell someone about it.

Works in a quick pinch if you need something and there’s one close to you. Looks like they’ve remodeled a little and are trying to do better. Decent selection of furniture. Definitely not your go to store for all your grocery essentials or anything, but it’s middle of the line and good for browsing if you’ve got time to kill. Absolutely better than dragging yourself to a Walmart to get something like baby wipes or cat food when you run out.

They had me open a new points account and it. Took 5 dollars off my order then they sent me a 15% off coupon to use the next shopping trip.

Better quality items at a lower price. I was purchasing pillows. Customers and staff were wearing masks, and it was not terribly crowded. Social distancing was possible.

I like Big Lots, and it is a very clean store. But it could use better organization. Clothes by the electronics, shoes by the housewares. Had a hard time finding anything. Other than that it was fine.

The had imported Italian cookie that we like and the lemon ones have only 4.5 g. of sugar. Thayer hard to find but Big Lots had them.

I honestly wish I could give this store 0 stars! It’s absolutely HORRIBLE! The store first off is filthy, secondly the management including THE REGIONAL AND DISTRICT managers are VERY rude!My husband and I purchased a sectional from there in October 2020, when we got there 2 store associates loading the furniture on my truck and trailer upside down, on the way home it poured the rain, I have complained for months to get it replaced they voided my warranty, and only replaced half the couch with no discounts or anything.Advice- DONT PURCHASE FURNITURE HERE!!!!On a side note, progressive leasing however is wonderful to work with.

The employees were friendly, but few and far in between.. besides the 2 casheers it took me quite some time to find (what appeared to be) the only other 2 employees in the store, to help me locate an item... But other than that it was quite a pleasent trip to big lots....

First and foremost I have to start by saying that Ive never been in a Big Lots until today!!! I was completely and totally blown away by what I felt that I had stumbled across. Heck, I had hardly heard of others speak of this place. For me it was like discovering a new world... Literally. It might sound outrageous but thats how I felt. They had so many items. I found things from groceries to furniture, holiday decorations, bathroom good to vacuums. Needless to say I intend to come here often. I even got a card with them!!!

I always end up spending more than I plan on spending. Suprising quality for the price on electronics. Furniture selection and quality is a bit surprising as well. I adore shopping at this location... even if my wallet doesnt like it so much.

I love Big Lots. They have interesting foods I dont normally see in other stores, and lots of cool items from housewares to electronics, to furniture, and bunches of stuff at discount prices. I love checking out their clearance sections. You never know what you might find!

I had a very bad customer service experience in this location. I called to make them aware. Not only did the district manager called me but the store manager called me the day after as well and invited me to come in to speak with her face to face. Excellent people committed to ensuring their customers are well taken care of!

The store is easy to find and the staff is very helpful. Steve in the furniture department, is very nice. He helped us locate an item we wanted, that they did not have in stock at another Big Lots in the area.

Dont have what Im looking for half the time. Bought a couple mattresses from there and have had no problems. Had to return one, and had no problems exchanging it.

If you are looking at furniture, make sure Steve is there working! Great guy, helped us on several occasions, even playing along as I chose throw pillow colors to go with the new sectional we bought and didnt mind that I was rearranging the display temporarily!

Big Lots is great for discounts. I usually buy my balsamiq vinegar and sauerkraut here. I usually go in for a couple of things and end up spending $50.

Sometimes its awhile between trips, but I always get what I need and usually at a bargain price. Certain things are same price as retail places, but overall you can get some steals at Big Lots.

I am a BIG LOTS lover for more then 15 years.. This was the worst ever experience for me in this store. The store manager Peggy is a very poor manager... she has no quality at all being a store manager. She treated people like garbage. I bought a Vacom machine from N. Lakeland store and this Vacom had an issue not working properly then I returned to the store the manager name was Jack. He is a awesome person he tried his best for me but he didn’t had anymore in the store for swap with my old one. Then he called the S lakeland store and hold one for me. When I go S lakeland store for pick up I saw there price is way higher then I paid in N store. And the S store manager Peggy Act like she doesn’t care about her customers even though I explained her everything.. please don’t go to this store....

I just have never been that impressed with the store. But then again I dont have one really that close to me so dont shop there that often. I shop at stores close to my home.
