Its like having a brand new door! Eli came to repair our 44 year old sliding glass door. It was difficult to open and close and sometimes came completely out of the tracks. Now it slides smoothly and easily. This is a great company - honest, professional and courteous.

Today was my third time having service from ASDL Door repair and I have been very pleased with every service call!! Eli was courteous, prompt and efficient. He removed a security system sensor that had fallen in between my sliding doors. His work was so good that now the door slides better than it ever has. He cleaned up completely after the job and even made a return visit the same day when I had accidentally dropped the same sensor in between the doors when trying to reinstall it! Eli is wonderful! He was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. He replaced the wheels to our large 3 panel sliding glass windows and cleaned out the tracks. They are now sliding better than they ever have. If I need repairs on any of my other sliding glass doors I will certainly call him again. Great job!

Eli was absolutely meticulous when working on my sliding door (which took 2 arms to open and close before he repaired it.) He completely refurbished the door, track and installed safety locks. I can now open it with one finger. Ive had 4 homes with sliders, and this is BY FAR the nicest working one we have every had! It was also the oldest. Did I mention also how pleasant Eli was to work with and how he went over and above to ensure that my new and old locks were just the way I wanted them? After multiple attempts with hired handy personnel, window repair experts and even you tube dyi efforts, all proved fruitless in the long run - the 2 4x4 doors were just a perpetual problem. Finally, I called ASDL and new rollers, the correct size, and multiple aligning adjustments were made and they are perfect. I mean better than new if that is possible. Prompt and proficient! These guys are the best!!! I called Monday and was told next day service - unheard of. Then was given a window of 10-11 - again, unheard of. Eli showed up promptly at 10. He assessed the problem and gave me a price. It was very reasonable, much lower than I expected. He got to work and 3 hours later my sliding glass doors worked and looked brand new. I had a front door that was not sealing, letting heat, sunlight in around the sides and rain water in at the bottom. Eli replaced all the weather stripping and installed a new under-door seal; he also adjusted the strike plate and shimmed the hinges so that the door seated correctly in the door jamb. Just had my sliding patio door repaired by Eli. The door has been a problem for years and as of lately I was the only one who could open it. My sliding glass doors are original doors to my 1972 house. The doors had gotten to the point that they were coming off the track and extremely hard to pull open and shut. Our original sliding patio doors from 1986 have been giving us issues for quite a few months now...it got to a point where it would take both my wife and I to slide the door together to get it open enough to let the dogs out.
