Honestly I heard a lot of negative feedback about this location, till I finally gave it a shot!Its a clean store, neat, plenty of Associates, they are helpful and kind.Edwardo was really helpful and kind, thank you!

I found the staff to be very unfriendly. I revisted the store 2 or 3 months ago. Got very good service this time. Got a LG q7 phone. They tranfered EVERYTHING for a small fee. Phone is fantastic. Wished the price was $150 instead of $300. Changed them to 4 stars.
On May 28th I went to this location only after giving them a call about needing to replace my phone. Ive had MetroPCS service for over 8 years. Was told by the associate that in order to upgrade my device I would have to come into this store. I couldnt go into an authorized dealer location. (This was their first strike) I went into the store purchased a Moto e5 play (Biggest Mistake I Could Have Made) the associate told me I got a case with it (This was their 2nd Strike) Yes he got me out of there quickly. Yes thats because the associate never explained to me that an upgraded device WAS NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND OR NO CREDIT (Their 3rd Strike) I came in just a few days later with issues with the phone it would not keep a charge, it gets very hot, AND I NOTICED ON MY RECEIPT THAT THE ASSOCIATE CHARGED ME FOR THE CASE THAT HE SAID I WOULD GET WITH THE PHONE! The store associate told me that there wasnt anything they could do that I would have to contact MetroPCS Customer Service! Going to that Corp Location WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. they treated me as I was beneath them and didnt understand what the policies were?! REALLY. THIS IS THE PEOPLE THAT TMOBILE AND METROPCS HAS REPRESENTING THEM. A JOKE!!!
This is the best MetroPCS store in the Central Florida area that includes all the corporate stores in Orlando and Tampa areascombined. The store manager is amazing.
Every time I visit this store they are extremely helpful and always explain everything to me. They are always willing to answer all my questions and are always friendly.
Pat was very helpful to me. I have learned that Chrome takes up a lot of space so he switched me to Opera. Thanks Pat and crew.
They took care of the issue of porting over new number to Metro they were extremely helpful
I will suggest they put this new phone and car thing right up their reer. They tell me that it will change nothing on my plan and they changed my entire plan. Dishonest or inept sales person.
One person said they had the phone I was looking for in stock, and another said they were out of stock. One said he saw a bunch in the back the other day. NEITHER OF THEM WOULD GET OFF THEIR DEAD BUTTS AND GO BACK AND ACTUALLY LOOK!

Heads up people - I went in to get a new phone told her what phone I wanted and she walked to the phone cases and brought back 3 asking me what color I wanted. I assumed they came with phone as I did not ask for a case. When I finished up I found a $25 charge for phone case on my bill. That is just wrong in soooo many ways.

( about this store experience ONLY) Explaining that I had not received the proper information about a plan I signed up for led to my services being interrupted, even though they had been paid for. I simply asked for how my services could be switched without paying for the service that was already paid for again or pay the smaller sum difference so I could continue using a the line I just paid for, because the service plan was not properly explained, to wich I received no help, no refund, no real explanation other than we assumed you already knew that, so we didnt explain because we dont have to. The manager reiterated the same.With no solution to my phone service problem, other than pay more money I was shown the door. Frustrated I headed down the road to another metro pcs store to see if I could get better help, I walked in explained my situation to the girl at the front and within seconds she explained that she couldnt do anything in the store but gave me a number to customer service and said they should be able to help fix my problem. Within minutes of explaining my situation to them my phone was on and I didnt pay a single cent more than I already had. This store and its management(Amber) ruined my experience with metro pcs, but thanks to others doing there part to make sure customer satisfaction was met I will be a return customer for a long time.
Worst metro store Ive ever been in all there employees are VERY rude and i know more about there phones than they do. Id go to a dealer any day of the week before Id give them a dime
I bought the new zte max pro last friday in a zephyrhills store. It wont update. The battery sucks. But metro will only send me a new one. Ive read up on the phone an a ton of others are havin the same problem. I have done everything it has said to do plus reset factory settings. Still not workin.

I think the employees can use training in costumer service, my experience was like going to the motor vehicle service in Trenton,NJ.....😕just saying.....

Working on getting a phone replaced for 3rd time for melting the charger cord into the charging box . 2nd time screen failed . and first phone had a button getting stuck . should have kept the phone that had the button getting stuck.
