Such a great fabric shop. Love shopping local. If you go ask for Bear. She is so knowledgeable and helpful about every machine. She says sewing is her passion and wants everyone to love to sew like she does. She is also an instructor. I am currently enrolled in a class and have learned SO much in two classes. I will be a forever customer as long as she works there!

Always a fun place to go when I have time to kill. Found a great sale on panels and such. Like their machines very much. Ladies always helpful there too.

This place was great for first time fabric buyers like us. The woman who assisted us was very helpful, understanding, and kind. Not sure who the woman was who just stood there like bump on a log delivering nasty looks and an attitude to match but she’s not helping this business at all. We ignored her but did take note that she was an employee. To that woman, “You’re in a service industry and you’re paid buy people like me. Go find another job, if you can, if you don’t like being there or the people who patronize your employers establishment.”

This is a great place to buy material. They have a super selection and the staff is helpful and friendly. If yoy quilt, they have classes.

Took my moms sewing machine in for service. Well the sign on the door said where mask please so we did and the workers inside was not wearing their masks. But they expected us to wear our mask.

Absolutely LOVE this place! It’s definitely more of a quilting store than a warehouse, but that being said I adore it there! Just recently had issues with my machine and Brandon repaired it, so it works really well now! Definitely will be back soon

This place is old. I tried to get credit for a sewing machine however, it was not approved which I was shocked because I have good credit. So the person who bought me the results she was loud and everybody in the store heard her. That was not a good experience for me

This place is more than just fabric. The staff is amazing. My daughter is taking a class to become a pro on her serger. We both will be taking quilting classes. They go above and beyond to help you make beautiful and creative designs. (I have my eye on a sewing machine that works like magic!)

The customer service is AWEFUL. My machine was supposed to be triage at the store and then let me know if it was in need of repairs. 5 weeks later I called them and they had sent it to a Sud contractor Never triage the machine nocaa nothing. I stopped and was told it would be returned and asap 2 weeks later I called again still not back. LAWYER TIME

I have nothing but rave reviews for the Fabric Warehouse and their staff. I first went into Fabric Warehouse to find out why my Designer 1 was not operating properly. Becky (the owner) took the time along with Colleen to triage the machine and spent quite a bit of time finding out what was wrong. After resolving the issues the machine worked like a charm. She neither charged me nor recommended it be sent out for service. It was at that time I decided to take courses and signed up for Machine Operations and Embroidery instructed by Melody. Melody is definitely a professional sewer and knows every Viking like the back of her hand. She insures everyone is on the same page and spends time with those of us who struggle. After a month I did decide to upgrade and bought a wonderful machine. I have always been leery of salespeople telling me one thing about a product only to find out it was part of a sales pitch. Melody was totally truthful about all aspects of the machine and gave me a fair trade on my machine. After dealing with her I will only buy from Fabric Warehouse. Not sure why there were negative comments but I do know when they are with a customer that the customer has their attention and the staff member does not just leave and help someone else. Im sure that if they had found a staff member they would have been helped. Thank you again Fabric Warehouse!

Im so glad that I stumbled upon Fabric Warehouse a few years ago. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. It is clear that everybody who works there has a passion for sewing along with great product knowledge and creativity to help you with what youre looking for. Visiting this store is something that I really look forward to and happily drive 30 minutes for! I highly recommend Fabric Warehouse if youre looking for higher-end beautiful fabrics, supplies and expertise! Family owned and operated and you will leave feeling like family as well!

So helpful here.Aid is given without judgement. That is a great bonus. Whether you are a novice or hugely experience you can find anything to start a sewing adventure. The materials here are beautiful.

After reading the reviews, i just have to say how much i loved this store. Im not a super social person, so i adored the fact that I could just walk in and look through everything without having to say Im fine ten times when asked. If I DID need help, i just found one of the ladies and asked, and they helped right away. They had a great deal on lace so I bought a ton, and the women rolled out over 20 yards of lace for me without a complaint, laughing and socializing with my three year old the entire time. If you havent already been, I definitely recommend you stop in and look, and be sure to check out their buttons, lace, and clearance closet. And if you need help, dont expect them to read your mind, just ask and they will assist.

Total disappointment. It is a QUILTING warehouse. NOT a fabric warehouse. If you are a quilter, I am sure this would be the place for you. However, for a sewer in general, all you will find is quilting fabrics and supplies and no other types of fabrics.

Ok place but only deals with quilting goods.

Went in looking for a thick canvas material and was greeted when I walked in the door but when I had a question about the fabric on the back wall the girl behind the counter refused to stop reading her book and get up to help me. She said that everything was 15.99 back there which it clearly was not bc there were items marked 8.99, 6.99 & so on. I was about to leave when another lady came out from the back warehouse and asked if I needed help so I asked her about the fabric and she said that it was indeed different prices then called for a young man to help with the fabric I needed. Unfortunately the fabric is mildewed but it is the thickest one they have and they wouldn’t discount it for the mildew but admittedly had not sold it in a long time. I will not be shopping there again.

Excellent service. I cant believe they had the EXACT match of an embroidery thread color i had to have in a rush for a large project. I had no time to order from my regular commercial vendor, so i took a chance.So glad i did! Now i know where to shop when special colors of thread are needed for my contract embroidery. I have over 7,000 spools and cones - but only 1 of this color.Prices were great too! I expected to pay alot, but they were comparable to my commercial vendor.Thank you Fabric Warehouse!!!

Great little store, good selection of fabrics and machines.

My friend and I are very new to sewing, and my friend was given a serger we did not know how to use or thread. We walked in with the machine,and the owner spend at least an hour with us fixing,threading,and testing the machine. She did not charge us, ask us to buy anything, was super friendly, and did not treat us like idiots for having no idea what we were doing. The woman literally donated more than an hour of her time to us just so we could have a better time sewing the worlds simplest skirts. We left the store delighted that such personal, charming, small town service still exists.

If you are a quilter this is a must shop! Several rooms of good quality material. Went with a group and we all were taken care of quickly and kindly.

Great place to get Knowledge about sewing awsome people

I went into Fabric Warehouse today looking for a specific fabric. During my time there, and I looked at every bolt, so I was there for a while, I never heard a hello, can I help you find something and I was looking for about a 1/2 hour. I was very disappointed in your service. I passed at least 8 people doing various jobs in there. I would like to remind you this is a customer based store. I guess I will have to take my business to Plant City or Winter Haven from now on.

I went here to see if I could find an easy to thread serger. The serger queen was sent to help me and she did. Great service and very friendly people. I saw a lot of interesting stock but couldnt take the time to check it all out. Ill be back.

I wouldnt be able to say why the other reviewer was not greeted properly as any time I was there everyone who walked in was greeted and asked if they needed help. I would give the place another chance no one is perfect, we all have bad days. As reference to the overcharge of the other reviewer all she had to call and tell them and it would have been taken care of. How can she say it was done on purpose, did she call them with the problem? They have great fabric, classes and etc.

Wide selection of prints, but more limited on fabric types. Definitely a perfect place to get fabrics for quilting or making bags/wallets.
