DO NOT BUY IF YOU PLAN TO USE A DISCOUNT OR ONLINE!! COULD NOT TELL ME MY REFUND... TOLD I HAD TO WAIT 5 DAYS TO SEE MY MONEY BACK! Called customer service and they told me they couldnt help me and I had to wait to receive an email... sounds like they dont care about customer service to me... just about the money.

I’ve just had my ears pierced from Destiny at piercing pagoda in the Lakeland square mall and I was pleased with her service. She was very pleasant and helpful. She did such a great job with precision to make sure my ears turned out perfectly. I even decided to get them pierced with a second hole after the first because I was extremely satisfied with the first results. It is obvious to see the dedication Destiny has and thrives for nothing more than satisfaction.

I had second hole on my lobes and cartilage done in the same day by Destiny. I had a great experience! She was so nice and very helpful, when deciding on jewelry. And she did a great job, from placement, to calming my nerves! I absolutely love my piercings!

Last purchase I made here - I was charged for the replacement plan that they offer without being asked if I want it or even being told that they were charging me for it. I ended up returning the item I bought the next day and spoke with the manager there who was very apologetic and gave me a full refund for everything. I really appreciated how friendly she was and how willing she was to correct the issue the employee had created during my initial shopping experience. She even showed me other items that were similar to what I had purchased to see if there was anything ele I might want instead.

Customer service cant be beat. I will only buy jewelry from this store here on out. The manager did an excellent job helping me pick out my jewelry. All the employees are so nice.

I got my ears pierced here today and the experience was amazing! the piercer Vanessa was such a professional, she helped me, calmed my nerves down and her hand was so quick and smooth, didn’t hurt at all! will be coming back for my next piercing, loved it xxx

Theyre only nice when your going to make a purchase of course. I wanted to return something and I got the stink eye. They told me I had to wait a while. Then one of the girls takes care of someone else that just came rather than me that was standing there waiting first. They seriously acted like me getting my money back will make them lose their job and its all my fault. Thats not how their store policy is set up though. Very rude and unprofessional. When I want to buy some jewelry Ill go else where or a DIFFERENT pagoda.

Omg horrible experience I was dealing with a sales associate Lindsey meinke, she was rude she responded with uh I dont cant you google or something response, just terrible when I asked what types of jewelry the store carried.
