Great service from this dealership..I really dont understand any of the neg reviews. JR and staff one of the friendliest, honest people I have ever met. Ive been dealing in golf carts over 15 years and these people are wonderful. I realize some people you can never please ever and others just dont have any concept of how difficult it is to run a business and of course there bound to he some pot holes along the way. Truly a 5 plus star business.

We just had our batteries replaced, the service tech Henry was very pleasant and seemed quite knowledgeable. JRS has also replaced our tires and steering linkage. Their prices always seem fair and they show up in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business.

We purchased a new golf cart. The ladies in the office were very helpful and knowledgeable. Sue was especially helpful with the details we needed to make our choice.

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady who waited on me went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Supurb service. She even took the time to show me the new models (which I will probably buy). I cant say enough about the friendliness and professionalism.

I went to buy 4 golf cart tires, I am in a wheel chair and every one was helpful the man in the parking lot said call inside, place your order and the clerk came our with my receipt and he loaded the tires. I did not have to unload my wheel chair. Great day.

I truly wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Lets start with the fact the communication at this place is at a all time low. I was supposed to get my cart checked out on a Friday. Got a call Friday night about them running behind I stated I didnt mind im home and to still come get it. Long story short I didnt hear from them until Monday morning when they decided to call while they were on their way. Which was inconvenient but fine none the less. Wednesday I got a call saying everything was fine just needs new batteries. Okay great I finally get my cart back THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I go out to get on the cart none of the things I asked for was done like my battery gage being correctly placed and addressing the exposed wire, WHICH WERE ALL THINGS I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR ON THE DAY OF PICK UP WITH 3 WITNESSES. Okay so I run a business I know mistakes happen and I could have gotten over the miscommunication but they way they handled my mother and I when we called about it was unacceptable. So I tried to pull the gage out myself and got electrocuted, I immediately called I asked them what all was done during the 95 Dollar diagnostic, the lady told me I said okay well my lights are not working and the things I asked to be done were not done she apologized and said the only way to correct it was send a technician out to my home but I would pay another fee plus paying for anything he fixes. So what was the $95 fee for she said to be sure your batteries lights and basic functions were working correctly! Which was exactly what was not done. Then some guy got on the phone being so snobby and rude because I was truly trying to get a understanding of what was done and what I needed to do the money wasnt the issue this guy was super rude and nasty like I wont come up there just stay away from this place.

Bought our cart from JRs had it 4 months and it developed a high pitch squeal. Took it back 3 times and was told noise is normal. I said it just started and again said high speed motors make that noise. After complaining the 4th time they decided to change motor and I was told never bring it back for the noise again even though it was still under warranty. After getting the cart back and still making the same noise we called Arts golf carts and they told me the rear end was shot. Called JRS and he didnt believe me so he called Arts and told Arts to put a rear end in and JR called me and told me he was done dealing with me. Thanks Arts for having qualified people to work on carts. You now have a new customer thanks again.

Jrs did an awesome job on our golf cart! They went above and beyond!

I bought new tires from there and when I got it home, we found it had 40 pounds of air in each of the tires. In addition, the reason it was brought there was that the front tires would not stay straight causing stiff steering and wobbly ride. I got it home and it still wasn’t fixed. After spending over $1000, I gave up on having them fix it and will be taking it elsewhere.

Asked for pick up and diagnosis of a used cart. I was assured by Norma that there would be no repairs made unless authorized by me. Received a call a few days later... said I would be there in a few minutes to discuss the issues with the cart. When I arrived a few minutes later the work had already been done. Im not pleased as the repair I could have done much cheaper myself. Instead I was billed over $400.

We just bought a Cricket from them today. They are so cool. They break down into a size that fits into the bed of our pickup. We bought rails to drive it up onto tailgate and then started to take it down in size. Norma had it all ready when we got there. It holds 4 people. Fun to drive. We are fulltime RVers so this makes perfect sense for us.

Poor customer service and worst communication skills. Had my cart picked up and didnt hear from them over a week. Had to call them and then was given an estimate of over $500 for things I didnt need. Requested cart to be returned. Very dissatisfied.

J R Golf Carts through Norma and J R went above and beyond our expectations to assist us in the repair of our Cricket. Unable to get service in Fort Myers, we made an appointment and drove to Lakeland to drop off our golf cart. Norma, who I had spoken to, offered to see if we could get in and out that day. J R, the owner, upon learning we had driven up said, “I’m going to help you and get you turned around today with your unit. “. To do this he had to get parts that he didn’t otherwise have but lo and behold, he got them from another source and we were on our way. The same day.They set a standard that all service providers should follow in making the customer feel valued and appreciated. Whatever your golf cart needs, whether sales or service, this is the place to go.

Jr is converting my gas cart to electric. He has not arrived at a final design/cost yet. Will check back in 3 weeks for his final design/cost.

Always seen this place by my home but never stoped by; well as of this morning (4/5/2013) I called well over 20 different places needing a set of wheels and tires for a surprise for my father-in-law that is coming home for 2 weeks from Afganistan. I told him how I just bought a 6 lift kit but was on a budget and needed some bigger to make it stand out. We talked over the phone for a few mintues and with-in that time he had me hooked up with a used set (almost new) of 22x11x10s on wheels for a fraction of the price every where else just wanted to charge. He understood my situation and enjoyed to help out the cause for someone fighting for our freedom.I highly recommend stopping by here first before anywhere else; I didnt have much luck over the phone anywhere else but here and once showing up in person the service was excellent.Thanks J R for what you did for me today, I will get you some pictures of the cart before & after and the look on my father-in-laws face when he gets home tomarrow afternoon.
