These guys are Awesome people had no water for a day, couldnt find the right parts for my well pump, took them my pump then rebuilt with new motor, seals in couple hours. And worked out great. I really appreciate there help .

I called Polk Pump and Irrigation because I wasnt getting water to the house from the well. I admittedly know nothing about wells, so I of course assumed the worst. Their Technician Mike came out to the house to assess the situation and without hesitation and knowing my lack of Well knowledge, determined that the tank, Bladder I think he called it, was leaking. He returned with the tank and had it installed in a matter of minutes. He did a great job installing the new tank. Knowing that I had no idea about wells, he could have sold me anything and I would be none the wiser. Mike was up front and honest with the price he quoted and actually returned with a lower price than originally quoted. So, thank you Mike and thank you Polk Pump and Irrigation for hiring such an honest technician. You will definitely be my first call if I ever need well service again.

Polk Pump & Irrigation has been around many, many years, but its not the same ownership as before. They were bought out and are now owned by Flora Lawn. Most of the people who were there before have left. They used to have great service as far as well pump repair but now they are only open Mon.-Fri. 8am -5pm and if your well pump goes out in the evening or on the weekend, they are not available. You can leave a message but they wont call you back until the next business day. My father was left without water all weekend. It would be great if they would bring back the emergency service. Also, I understand they have only two technicians who work on pumps right now. So they may be too busy to get to you even if they are open. I think they must be losing a lot of business because of these two issues. Too bad, because Rick is easy to deal with and very competent as is Mike, their best repairman.

From the call to the service the entire experience was great. I misdiagnosed the issue and was expecting an expensive resolution. When the service team arrived onsite they diagnosed the issue and fixed it in about an hour. They were very honest and only fixed the current issue but provided things to be careful of in the future and things that may need fixed down the road. My water pressure increased 4x and I spent less than $150 to fix a leak and got a complete well service and was educated on my system :) Thank you to the folks at Polk Pump & Irrigation!!!!

Carmen, the OFFICE MANAGER was exceptionally rude. She hung up on me 2 times and just kept yelling and screaming, but never answered my question. She answered something totally different that I didnt ask and refused to let me speak to someone else. They need a better OFFICE MANAGER. The receptionist answered the phone and I told her my issue and then was put on hold. Carmen answered and said, this is Carmen, how can I help you. I told her that I just went through everything with the prior person, then Carmen restated why I was calling because the receptionist actually did tell her why I was calling, so why she answered the phone like that is beyond me. She really needs to have some lessons in phone courtesy. Horrible customer service!

Absoulety the worst costumer service you could receive. They are unprofessional, completely rude and awful at getting the job done. Dont waste your time with this business there are better businesses around.
