Great selection of mobile homes. Just looking at the moment. They beat any other place in Polk county for mobile homes. Calm and peaceful, they let you look by yourself but are near outside to answer any questions you may have.

Only single wides. But the guy is awesome and has great prices. Hes not pushy like a salesman is honest and will tell you how it is. No mumbo jumbo highly recommend

We purchased a single wide for our lot in an RV community. We had no clue what we were doing, Mr. Banks was full of advice and extremely knowledgeable, he guided us from order t o delivery. We had a couple of small challenges after installation, these were handled quickly. A year later we are still very happy with our purchase and our choice to use Banks for our vacation home.

Overall experience was good. It took a little over 5 months for the punch list repairs to be completed but the repairs where done well.
