Great individual service. Suzanne listened and addressed my life style and needs for appropriate footwear. Its only been a couple of days, but I am already experiencing improvement in my stability and balance.

Kianara took care of me, she was extremely professional & knowledgeable! Understanding of my needs & my situation which was appreciated! The only reason I didnt give five stars is just because Im going to have to see how the insoles actually work for me but as for the business & the store and the staff, all fabulous!

I have been a Good Feet customer for many years and am thrilled there is a store in Lakeland much closer to home. Jordan takes wonderful care of me every time I stop in. I was referred to Good Feet by my podiatrist after seeing him for what turned out to be bunions and a lot of pain. I own a pressure washing company and mainly wash Supercenters so I’m on my feet a lot. Suzanne was my sales person and I could tell she was great at what she did. Suzanne measured and took pressure prints of my feet. I was however really surprised at the pricing, as it what way more than what I expected. I chose not to purchase them then and proceeded to go to Howl o Scream at Busch Gardens. I was so miserable in line and walking, I was worried I’d have to be “that guy” and have to leave. I stuck with it and “the dogs were freaking barking” all night! I went back the next business day and purchased the active pair and work pair. I’ve worn them 5 nights at work in my deck boots and I can honestly tell a big difference already. No kidding, I was surprised and not disappointed. Don’t be cheap and postpone the inevitable. Go see Suzanne at Good Feet in Lakeland! I’ll update in 2 weeks.

Andrew(South Lakeland store) was great the first set I had was to strong and called and went back the following week got another set working great so far no pain i work in a warehouse and walk all day in a large warehouse all day . I know if I have any other issues I can go back and see Andrew to help me at any time .Great place and worth the money for pain relief in your job and life . Very Happy !

Thanks to the good feet store for helping me with my pain. My feet were hurting me so bad I could barely walk. After being fitted with my new insert I was feeling much better after about a week.

She helped my wife by measuring her feet, discussed her feet pain and explained the different types of insoles available. I have been having foot problems for awhile now. I have tried many different shoes that say they relieve foot pain but had now luck. I kept seeing ads for The Good Foot Store. I finally decided to try it. It was a great experience from the start. My feet were measured and I gave a foot print so my foot could be fitted properly. I then was brought foot inserts to try that were fit for my feet. I must admit they were not very comfortable at first but I followed the regimen that I was given. After two weeks I am having less foot pain. I am sure that if I keep following my plan I will soon be pain free. I highly recommend the good feet store. Be sure to give it time to work.

My husband and I went into the Good Feet store not knowing what to expect. Kianara greeted us and she was awesome. She listened to our concerns and she spent the next hour explaining and walking us through the process. Walking with the custom arch support inserts was surprising and amazing! Leg pain I had been suffering with was gone! My husband had been dealing with burning and tingling in his legs. He felt a difference at the store but after a few days he can feel a huge difference. It’s an investment but it can definitely change the discomfort of leg and foot pain and how you feel.

After using arch supports for many years, your 3 step system is the best! Jeffrey evaluated the proper inserts for my feet and I noticed immediate improvement. Six months later, still walking pain free.

Friendly, polite, and informative. Answered all my questions. Listened to my foot problem, didn’t rush me and even gave me a bottle of water. I gave only 4 stars not because of the product but because I was disappointed in their shoe selection BUT was told the inserts can be used in any shoe even sandals. Contacted me in a few days to see how i was doing and if I had any questions. Great service!

I used to be mad that the heels of my feet constantly hurt, now Im mad at myself for waiting so long to go the the Good Feet Store. Just like that, pain is diminished greatly and will be gone very soon. Finally. The employees in this store are incredibly knowledgeable and professional and Im very happy I went to see them. So grateful to be able to walk without hobbling anymore!!

I am so glad that Lakeland FL got a Good Feet store in our town. That way we wont have to go all the way to Brandon FL. The staff is so courteous and helpful to get you in the right shoe and insert. So you can feel better on your feet. And they also have Hey Dudes for even more comfort when your relaxing.

A week ago, I decided to check out The Good Feet Store. I had been having pain in my left foot, and hoped they might have the solution.After wearing the various levels of arch supports for a week, I am already getting used to the supports, and have less pain when walking.

While the product is good, it would have been nice to know the price before the salesperson rang up the transaction. Poor communication.Also very unprofessional people working in the store making comments about the customers that were calling for information.

I purchased my 3 step system here approximately 7 months and I love these! I had back pain and foot pain for years and these have changed my life! I highly recommend if you have plantar fasciitis to give this place a try. My feet literally are 💯 better.

Just started the system. Jordan and Jeff were very nice and know their products well.

Jeff was thorough in assessing my gait and combined that assessment with my history of pat and current pain.I am still adjusting to my new hair but my low back pain isSignificantly improved. I can’t believe the relief I have felt from these Good Feet inserts. Truly amazing.

I went to Good Feet at a time I was experiencing pain in the heel of my right foot due to walking in shoes that didnt provide good arch support. Jeffrey, my salesperson, explained to me the Good Feet 3 step system. I tried each arch support in the store and felt it would be a good investment. Ive been wearing the arch supports for about 4 weeks and Ive noticed considerable improvement in my foot. Jeffrey also checks in periodically to follow up on my progress.

Jordan was amazing she helped me out getting fitted and everything else and very knowledgeable about the products I was unfortunately not able to purchase anything at the moment but I will be back in the future to buy more products from her!

We originally got our insoles at the Sarasota store, however, this location is more convenient because we live in Sebring. We came for our one month follow up today and was very pleased with the customer service Michelin gave to us. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable. 5 stars for her.!! :) ....These insoles are the best and you will not regret spending the money. They change your life!

Michalin gave great customer service and was very knowledgeable about the shoes we looked at.She gave great options and was very helpful and patient during the visit.We will definitely return to this store.

We were treated very well at the store but I can’t wear the products now . I was open about my issues with my knee and feet. The shoes and inserts caused me to fall 4 times the first week and my knee is very painful and weak from hyperextending. That is completely new since wearing these shoes and inserts. I have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor to discuss this injury. I urge you to check with your doctors before pursuing these products.

I was helped by a Mr. Jeffery Wise with fitting my inserts. He answered my questions and really knew what he was doing. My flat feet don’t hurt anymore!I look forward to getting a set inserts for my work boots as well as the dress shoes. Thanks Jeffery!

Excellent product helps if you are on your feet a lot but expensive

Cnstorm experience was delightful. The young man that waited on me was very thoughtful had a good manner about him he was also very polite.. he called me in a week to see how I was doing. I told him my foot very sore and he suggested I come in and get a softer inner soul. Dont think you can get better than that.

The inserts are working well. The technician knew what she was talking about. It was my own fault, but I paid way too much for them.

Very clean store. The staff was amazing, helpful and explained everything. Be mindful that the shoe inserts are expensive, about $300. With that being said though, I have been using shoe inserts from various companies for years now and have always had feet pain. The shoe inserts here fixed that on the first day that I wore them. I am now foot pain free for the first time in roughly 6 years.

I came in late hopefully to be seen. Due to Covid-19, a month after purchasing a set to solve plantar fasciitis and minor things, I was lax when I went on furlough. Meaning I was not on my feet 12 + hours. A month ago I went back to work, using the three steps. By the end of the night, I was walking like an old lady, to get to my car. The main pain, even with the insoles was my heels and knees. I explained that to Michalin, a customer service person at the Lakeland branch. We reInked my feet, to better assess the problem. Michalin brought me out stronger inserts to take the pressure off my heel and farther up my arch. The stabilizer and the relaxer, followed the stronger lineup. Very empathetic. We will assess how it works this weekend at work. I will be sure to let her know. Comfort is the whole point. Thank you very much, Michalin!
