Not happy with this company. They send out surveys, you take the time to complete them and nothing changes. I have talked with them, sent an email, and answered a couple of surveys and still I get no where regarding a refund of over $200 due to me. I get excuses! “You must have a co-pay” NO, I have NO co-pay with Medicare. Or “Medicare has not paid us yet”. I even had a conference call with Medicare and Apria to discuss the fact that I have no co-pay. It is October 10th, I have been waiting for a refund since July 27th!
Something must have changed because my interactions with Apria were great. Phone answered promptly, the employee was informative, answered all my questions. Needed to call back today and the same quick response.
Horrible..... Cant give them a zero star. Customer service is horrible. They charge you 10 times more than what the product costs. When you question them, you get the run around. My doctor refuses to have them in his office, they are that bad. Shame on the insurance companies that partner with them.
Weve Been waiting for a wound vac for a stage 4 bed sore 2 months! Its fixing to rain on the Lakeland branch-when someone walks inside there! They have their excuses, for sure; so I can willingly stand or sitdown all day and listen! I HAVE SOME PHOTOS to show too!
If I could rate this place a zero I would, they dont deserve 1 star. Warning DO NOT leave an open credit card with them. When I purchased my CPAP machine I was told there would be a monthly charge of $12.50 for 12 months. I wanted to make the payment in full at the time. I was told I could not pay in full and needed to leave a credit card on file and the would bill me monthly which didnt make sense. Now I understand why I keep receiving random charges almost monthly on my card with no explanation of why over 3x on what was agreed. Ive called several time and have not been given the same answer once. The billing here is terrible. They have so many bad reviews for a reason.
My doctor ordered my cpap on October 28th, 2020. I called Apria and they stated that they had not received the order and that they would call the doctor. I provided all of the doctors info and my info.November 18th I had still not heard from anyone. I had another appointment with my doctor. He asked how I felt since I had been using the CPAP. I advised him that I have yet to hear from the company and have not seen a CPAP.
Worst company ever to try and get a hold of! They never answer the phone and send you to a voicemail and never return calls. Wish I could give a 0 star! Wont ever use them again!!
The reviews Ive read are shockingly different than what Ive experienced. Immediate response, incredibly fast same day turn around, and kind employees that really care about your needs. Be willing to look past previous unhappy clients to use this company. You wont be sorry!

Waited forever to get confirmation on a order, then was told it would be delivered that evening. Then got call saying no it would be two days later. The supervisor I spoke too said thats all they could do no concern of apologizes . Sorry company from beginning to try deal with.
If I could give this company a 0 star, I WOULD! My son was unexpectedly born at 24 weeks and 1.2 lbs. for an entire week they said they would be over night shipping me my hospital grade breast pump which I need desperately since he is so young. I was going back and forth to the hospital to pump and finally found someone who let me borrow their regular pump until this company could get it together and send me mine... which I STILL don’t have. I’m furious, no one gives the same story. I’m convinced they are only in business because they are contracted with insurance companies. If I want a free rental of this pump I have no choice but to use them. Shame on them for so poorly caring about their customers.
Called the 800 number today to speak to someone about getting a mask.. the lady I spoke to was very rude when I ask to speak to a supervisor she told me no. When I insisted she asked me why when I told her because the way she was speaking to me she gave me the run-around. Saying that a supervisor wasnt available they were too busy and then told me she was having a bad day that she was very emotional having issues over a death in the family. I told her I was sorry to hear that but I still wanted to speak to a supervisor.. when I finally did speak to one I really didnt get the feeling that the matter will be handled or that they even cared at all.. After thinking about it I called back to ensure that I was going to receive a call for an appointment to be fitted for my new mask... good thing that I called it was never put into be called for me to get a appointment..
Customer Service sucks to say the least, I faxed in a script for a cane, they claim they sent messages not once but twice to my Surgeons ofc. And also claim they contacted me by phone and left a vm, I have my phone by me 24/7 its even next to me in my shower, No one has called me or left any vm on my phone!! As far leaving messages for my surgeon ofc thats a bunch of lies too. I will take my business elsewhere
We’ve dealt with offices in MD and DE. Friendly and efficient. This office is inefficient. Order lost. Numerous calls and still no O2?Medicare needs to be informed!!!!
The absolute worst company to deal with ever. 0 customer service at all. If they need additional information, it is up to the customer to wait and wonder why their equipment hasnt arrived, then call and get transferred 50 times before getting through to somebody, just for them to argue, talk over you, and then hang up because you request they actually do something like call the doctor or call the insurance to get any issues resolved. Judging by the service provided and their rating, the company doesnt even care about the service they provide or they would improve but hey...as long as youre getting paid at the consumer and insurances expenses.Update: I received a phone call from a GM name Gigi during December who advised she would research the reported issues and follow up with me within the week....still no call back. Since then we have been denied DME and you even tried to deny my monthly refill until I got my insurance involved. Once insurance TOLD you I was authorized for my orders for the next 6 months, I called back to order and did have some luck with the 1st but then I got transferred to the Refresh support line where I was placed on hold and then disconnected after 30 minutes waiting. I had to call back and then waited 10 minutes alone just to get through to another representative. So far, I started this ordeal at 10am...it is currently 3:15pm and I still havent been able to complete a monthly refill order....and this is only the short version is the hell this company has put me through just in the last 5 hrs.Additional Update: After waiting for the next representative,CSR SATERIA answered my call. She proceeded to not only speak over me continuously and then get smart with me when I asked that she please show me the minimal respect of finishing my statements. She then proceeded to advise me that she was allotted 20 minutes to assist me and could not take longer than this. I have never experienced a company that put a time limit into solving a patients issues. Maybe if you wouldnt cause the issues, there wouldnt be such lengthy inquiries.4pm Update: Yes Im still on hold. The current update from CSR Sateria is that the male supervisor with an accent known as SANDY is refusing my call. Supposedly he transferred me to coorporate earlier in the day and because Ive had too many calls to them today, he is unwilling to speak with me. *The supposed transferred call from earlier sent me back to a floor rep who then refused to transfer me to a supervisor and disconnected the call. I was then told that an email had been sent to the manager to provide me with a call back later in the day. I asked for the managers name and was then advised they werent sure who was calling me back and that Id just have to be patient and wait on them to provide me with the information when they are able to have someone follow up with me. Sateria also found it necessary to remind me each time that she returned from placing me on hold, how long exactly we had already been on the call.
Can you actually give them no stars? One of the worst companies Ive ever had to deal with. Days of dealing with people in customer service who have no clue what theyre doing. Incompetent service reps, broken processes, and hold times into the hours. I will be filing a vendor complaint with my insurance company, Aetna. They really need to dump this company and find another vendor.
If were possible to rate less than 1 star I would, service is not even in this companys vocabulary.The people answering the phone (off shore call center) are awful, dont ever plan on talking to a person in the Lakeland branch unless you drive to their office.
Wish I could give this company NO star!!! Customer service has no idea on what they are doing!!! My specialist sent/fax an order to them w/ an auth per my insurance on June 1st yet I kept hearing that they was waiting on an auth/referral which they already had since June 1st. I finally received a call June 15th that they now have the auth and they will email me paperwork to sign asap I receive that on 16th of June emailed it right back, by the 25th I still had no equipment mailed out so I called customer service they stated it was not sent out so to a change to an new order on the 18th and they will have it sent out asap. So I called back on the 28th they stated it was just mailed out on 27th so now Im PO called my doctor they have me local sales rep Neil he looked into it and told a completely different story that the equipment got loss in shipment but I should get it by the 30th of June which I did but with the wrong size now Im getting the ring around from local office to get another (not by Neil) but Neil is not returning my text!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND REPORT THEM TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY SO THEY ARE AWARE!!!!!!!

The customer service representatives are rude. The one I spoke with actually sounded like it was a bother to speak with me. Unless you dial the 1-800 #, your call will not be answered. Then you have to deal with un-trained people.
Literally has not once answered their phones to get me my oxygen. I would be dead if I didnt get off my ass and get it my self from them.

Picked up an oxygen machine 3 days before my husband could pick up his prescription. Almost caused a medical catastrophe.

This company has been a very help with me and i would highly recommend them to anyone at all that needs oxygen or a wheel chair, but i am said to report that my insurance will no longer accept them and i really from the bottom of y heart hate to see them go cause they have met my every need i have needed!!!
It is hard to get anywhere with this company. It took me 3 months for a machine. Phil promised me to call him and he would send a new mask. I hate dealing with them.
