Worst place to deliver parts besides they switch my pallet jack and want to give me a old, bit up one vs 2 months old what I own. I been left with somebody else pallet jack # 13. You need to ware a mask when Biden say clear...fully vaccinated no need any longer to ware a mask. Im NOT coming here to get boss around and stay 1 hr in line when 3 other doors are free. 👎

We go to Advance Auto Parts because it is conveniently located close to home. However, most Sales Associates are very helpful and kind and provide great Customer Service. Dave, Dave and Dave are Awesome and Amazing and provide the best Customer Service to any client along with knowledge and expertise experience on any question or part request you might have! We are disappointed every time Mike attends us. He is very rude. I asked for a part price for my vehicle. He said it would have to be ordered. I asked when would it arrive. He said “they have one at the Burnsville store!” It’s not the first time he is rude to my family or I. Very Disappointed on today’s visit😒

Will not stand behind warranties or accept core charge returns willingly. Nice that the warehouse is local so the parts are usually there but due to bad service they are losing a lot of business from the professional community.

Searched the Lakeville dist. Center store on Google for Sunday store hours, says they close at 5:00 but got there at 4:45 and the store was locked up tight!
