Stopped in for an alignment today, it was a little on the expensive side but not too bad, service was fast and friendly and took care of my problem, i would recommend to a friend.

I know I can go here and not be hustled because Im a female. They do great quality work and have a great oil change deal. You can get 10 oil changes for around $100. Staff is always friendly.

A few days ago I had bought new chrome rims for my trailer and needed my old tires transferred to my new rims. I called around to local auto and tire shops and got estimates from $15.00 per wheel/tire up to $35.99 each. I was about to settle for the cheapest one but that was all the way out in East Saint Paul. When I called Premier Auto/Pepboys. They gave me an estimate that was far below all of the other shops, so I went and dropped off the new rims along with old rims/tires. I was told that I would be called the following morning when they were finished (I dropped them off just before closing) The next morning around 10 I was called and was told they were ready to be picked up. I got there and they had them ready for me. They were mounted AND BALANCED (balancing would have cost extra at some of the other shops) so I paid the insignificant bill and they helped me load them up into the back of my truck along with the old rims and sent me on my way. By far the best service I have received in the twin cities and will be referring all of my friends and family to this shop and will continue there for all of my tire needs!

This is the first time Ive ever taken the time to write a review, but this place is well worth it. I took my vehicle there for a routine oil change and they noticed my brakes needed to be replaced. They quoted me a very reasonable price and did an excellent, professional job. They accommodated my work schedule and were very pleasant and helpful in answering all my questions. Great service, helpful, and took the time to sit and explain the issues with my vehicle and even gave me a coupon to use on my expensive fix. Stopped in today with no appointment to see if they could check out my tires and they got me in right away and took care of the issue! Chris and his staff have been nothing but great and Id recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

First time at this location and a Premier Auto Service in general. After calling around Monday morning to try and find a shop with some availability with no luck, Ron was more than willing to let me drop my car off for the day without an appointment. Ron and Dan were both very helpful and friendly. Service was fast and the price is very reasonable. They also didnt try to upsell me on random repairs, which is something I appreciate. I will definitely be going back to this location.

I just had four new tires installed. I was impressed with the serviced I received while I was trying to find the right tire for my vehicle. Ron was very helpful and shared several options with me since my tire was not a common size.Their pricing was very competitive and their service is top notch. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

This location is apparently changing to a Pep Boys location. They are not off to a good start. Left a set of tires and wheels to be mounted on a Monday, mid day. Tires still not mounted and balanced on Wednesday night. Received a phone message Monday evening they were backed up, and they would be done Tuesday morning. No phone call Tuesday morning. Stop in at Noon, told they need another part for their tire changing machine to avoid scratching my wheels. Its on the way, theyll have them done that afternoon. Also told my number was not working. Made sure to verify the number before I left. No call Tuesday evening, no calls Wednesday. Stopped in at 6, told the tires are not done and they dont know why. Mechanic indicated nobody told them what to do with them, or he would have had them done - they had time. This was a set of OEM wheels for an F150 and snow tires - not low profile or aftermarket wheels. Bread and butter stuff. Not a good start under their new brand. Take your business elsewhere...

I bought tires here, and stayed for routine oil changes, tire rotation. They have great coupons periodically for oil changes, radiator and transmission flush/fill, brake service.People nice, helpful when needed, easy to schedule service times.

As someone who knows nothing about cars, they make the service very simple for me to understand. In terms of: what they are doing, what they are going to do, and what was wrong. Detailed enough for me to know exactly whats going on, but simplified enough for me to understand. As a college student pricing is a very big factor and so far, they have nailed it each and every time for me. I trust them and will keep going back to them!

Worst experience of my life. I would give this place a negative 5 rating if I could. I made an appointment and went in to get a leaky Goodyear tire fixed due to a bad bead seal. Instead I got a rude customer service guy at the front who wanted to lecture me on why they couldnt fix my tire. He went on and on about liability and the tread wear was too low to fix the tire. I told the guy that I wasnt prepared to put new tires on my vehicle yet and this really seemed to annoy him. My current tires are only 3 1/2 years old and still have tread left on them. Long story short, this Goodyear employee should not have any contact at all with customers. Ive never been treated like this before anywhere! If they wont touch my tire because they cant guarantee the new bead seal will hold, fine, Ill take my business elsewhere. Just leave it at that, I didnt need to get a lecture. Ive been a loyal Goodyear customer for many years and Ill never take another vehicle to this shop again.

I have been using Goodyear / Premier Auto Service for all of the family vehicles for about 2 years now. I used to go to different shops based on convenience, a coupon in the mail etc. I have found over the two years that the combination of quality service, convenience, and fair market pricing available at Premier have simplified my auto service / repair needs. The staff is professional and friendly. They are now very familiar with each vehicles service history and the facility is great. Caribou coffee, clean restrooms and customer waiting area with wireless internet, numerous magazines to browse and TV to watch. Getting the family vehicles is no longer a hassle and inconvenience. I believe that they can do the same for you.

Have used this location for 10 years. Was better when owned by Paramount. Wifes truck takes 6 qts of oil, never used to pay for the extra qt. Went downhill after Roger left.

I will never return to this place with my vehicles. MANY things were not done as said were performed during oil service. I have been taking two vehicles here for a couple of years; the last time both vehicles did not have service items completed that were specifically marked as done. One of the vehicles has NEVER had an oil issue at all and managed to end up with the red oil light flashing on the dash because the car was completely out of oil. At this point I wouldnt be surprised if the oil wasnt even changed as stated it was. VERY unhappy with service.

Other automotive shops in the area are better concerning pricing and level of customer service. Would recommend another shop.

Worst experience in my life not only do that do what you ask they also like to leave oil finger prints in your car......Im never coming back here they need be responsible for there actions.... and I dont know maybe put gloves on when you in someones car... I know they probably dont work on there own cars so they dont care about how they take care of other peoples

I just recently moved to Lakeville. I always took my car to Goodyear in Shakopee, so I decided to try Premier Auto Service, in Lakeville. Very pleasant and helpful employees! Will definitely go back!!

They wouldnt give me the oil I wanted. I have owned 3 cars in my life since high school (nearly 40 years ago), a 75 Maverick, an 86 Thunderbird, and now a 97 Thunderbird. I KNOW how to maintain a car. I use 10w 30 Penz in the winter, and 10w 40 in the summer. They would only put a lighter weight oil in despite what I wanted. I asked them to fill the coolant (which was low), they said it was ok. No, it wasnt ok, it was low. My tires were low also, and they never even checked them.Plenty of other places to go. I wont be back.

By far the worst customer service ever. I may not be a mechanic, but when you charge $30 more for a oil change is crazy.
