Came into this store today to see what my options were for upgrading my wireless plan and phone. I spoke with Abigail, who explained that I could upgrade to a plan with much more data, hotspot, and included HBO Max - all for the same price I was paying before. However, we concluded that I was not in a position to fully take advantage of their latest phone upgrade promotion, and that Id come back later to finalize everything. When I got home 10 minutes later, I get an email saying that my account has been upgraded and that Ill be paying $90 more each month moving forward! I immediately called back and talked to Abigail who did not have a clear answer for my situation and said I would need to call 611 to get it changed back. Ive had my wireless account with ATT for almost 20 years, and have not had such a deceptive interaction with an salesperson.

BEWARE!! This store will add features to your account illegally. I use to work at a wireless retailer and I’m familiar with certain sales tactics but this store added a $5 feature and said the phones comes with insurance and that I would have to cancel with customer service. This is completely false and very unethical. I can’t imagine what else this place does without the customers knowledge. I highly recommend going to a corporate location or purchasing the devices online.

They are asking me to go into the store where I received my phone. Will be contacting the office of the president to get this resolved. Not wasting another minute on this.

I just turned 37 last week, and in all my years of walking into cell phone shops, whether it be T-Mobile, AT&T or whatever, Ive NEVER had such impeccable service. I was helped quickly, and politely. I had smashed my phone with no access to the system. Ty, the guy assisting me, helped me find something in my budget, and set up my accounts. Its was magical.

Offered promotional for new customers wasted my time completing process to a credit check in the end. I have nothing outstanding on my credit and they then said promotional was not available due to my credit. I did not even want to put the phone on lay away. Wanted to pay the full amount owed on device after the discounted price(money said to be taking off Samsung galaxy as promotional for new customer)But non it could not be done had to pay full price for both lines. Last second switch amount Due from 580 To 1700 something to 1700 something. I would suggest against the store promotions are just a con to lure u in wast of time

Came into the store to purchase 2 new phones and Adrianna was extremely kind and helpful! One of the phones was broken & she helped us set up the phone and get it going. Such an easy process and I’m so grateful for her help!

It’s process to switch 4 family lines, and my husband and I were astonished at the professionalism we were greeted with and taken care of. Me and my family sat patiently waiting for about 30-40 minutes without even getting a nod of acknowledgement. Was looking to open a corporate account but thanks to the lack of attention by the employee working, I guess they don’t need the business.

Sales staff are scam artists. Don’t trust the people here. They actually make you call and remove insurance. I wonder what else will be on my next bill? Found out they are not a real AT&T. I guess they make up their own rules. Verizon here I come!

Absolutely the best experience in a phone store. Kei-C and his staff were fantastic and so knowledgeable about their products. Definitely worth the extra 10 min drive to come to this location.

My wife and I had an exceptionally good experience at this AT&T store - we switched our cell phone service (four I-Phones) to AT&T and the store rep there did a fabulous job - Adriana Medina - we could not have been more pleased with her help.

Can get a little busy during certain hours. But from the times Ive visited this store, I will definitely wait even the 30 minutes because I know I leave with a peace of mind that I was taken care of. The guys are extremely caring, friendly and they seem to go the extra mile to solve my issues or answer any questions I have. I wasnt very good at using my iPhone emails and they explained with so much patience

Went in to upgrade my boyfriend’s iPhone SE to the iPhone XR. They were pretty busy but greeted us and told us it would be about a 15 minute wait. 10 minutes later, Kei-C approached us! He was very friendly and eager to help! He explained everything to us from phone comparison to insurance to monthly payments. And never tried to oversell us on anything. In and out with the phone we wanted in about 10 minutes! Thanks Kei-C for the great experience!

Longtime AT&T Wireless customer whos admittedly technology-challenged. My iPhone locked up and I couldnt access it all. I planned to go to the Apple store, but feeling desperate, I dropped by my nearest AT&T store. Was greeted by Ikaika, who was extremely professional and immediately solved my problem. Unbelievably fast service. Ill buy my next iPhone here!

I have mixed feelings about this place. The customer service is great and the store is always clean. The problem is that it takers a long time to get someone free to help you. If there are more than a few customers in the store it can take write a while to be helped

I purchased a new iPhone from Byron Farrior at the Lakeway AT&T store. Even though I was the third customer in line, Byron greeted me and said he would be right with me. He assisted me backing up my phone since I had pictures (10K+) and didn’t want to lose any. For some reason one of my apps was not allowing the back up to finish. Byron stuck it out with me and got it backed up. He is very good at multi-tasking, assisting customers and getting me taken care of.Byron is an asset to AT&T, the Lakeway store and deserves recognition for a job very well done. I will recommend AT&T, his store for anyone needing a new phone.A very satisfied customer, should have been a 10-star rating, I would have given it to him. He is manager material

Mathew brought me in at 8:00 right at closing and was super patient and nice- my brothers and father have all bought phones from this location and it is the diamond in the rough- if you need a phone, go here. It’s a no-brainer.

Omg someone working at this store committed felony theft by stealing almost $3,000 from our bank account. I went into this store one time one month ago to make a payment on my AT&T account. The bill was $120. This past Friday someone working at this store made five transactions of $575 each, draining our checking account. Wells Fargo and the police are involved. Dont shop at AT&T Lakeway unless you want to be robbed, literally.

Do not use the ATT store! I bought a phone here for my daugter and it had a defect on the SIM reader. They wouldnt let me return it even thought I brought it back a few days later. I called ATT and was told that they could return it but it is up to the store discretion. I asked to speak to the stores manager and they wouldnt even give me a name. Neither employee in the store had a name tag on nor would they give me a business card to know who they were. ATT corporate says that there are two kinds of stores retail and corporate and retail cannot take returns. So dont use this store!

One employee there is rude, confrontational, and combative. His better-than-thou demeanor is not at all customer centric. I do not go to this store if he is there.
