With the new pharmacist, who replaced the abysmal male pharmacist, the experience is leagues better than it has ever been.The new pharmacist actually cares about you and respects your time, helping you out if needed and fills scripts fast. Plus, the other workers are great too.

I have no idea who this new pharmacist is but all I know is that he is extremely rude!!!! Technician had to ask him to speak to me 4 times. I was practicly ignored. I will be switching CVS since whoever this pharmacist is doesnt care about patients. ridiculous.

The pharmacy excels at being slow and making sure only one person does all the work while every one else back there does practically nothing. Ive been using Rite Aid for years, and its been like this since day one.

Used to be really good, with great costumer service, but hired really young people that have no manner what so ever! Sucks because it was a convinient store close to my house.

Worst pharmacy to get your medication. They never answer the damn phone. And you can go inside and wait in line forever. They see you And just ignore you.

Pharmacist was too lazy to transfer script at 2pm. Glad it wasnt life threatening! Disgusting and pathetic.

The Pharmacy the closet to my home. Unfortunately, it is the worst service in the pharmacy department I have ever experienced. German- looks like he just got out of bed! And this is every time, doesnt matter the time. The little waiting area chairs are hideous, GROSS! The water cooler is so dirt is just as bad!Every time I go to pick up my prescription and German is helping, my prescription is always not called in its not here whats your bday checked voicemail-not here and I have to wait 30 mins more so he can figure out to get it ready and charge my card! DEAR MANAGER-look at your potential to grow the department with better customer service!

The store is okay, but over priced..The pharmacy sucks! You can literally be the ONLY person needing to pick up a rx and you wait 15 min or more! And dont even try the drive thru rx!

Everytime they take forever and they dont have any manners they see customers and ignore them they cant see my mom right now like uh its 2:15p.m
