Staff was excellent. I received the information needed to complete a successful visit. I was offered supplies to assist with my efforts which turned out to be exactly was needed.

Quiet and big store. Place doesnt seem well known but paid $2 for a 5 gallon fill up with their filtered water

We were so excited to find this place. On our first visit many years ago, the owner gave us a peak behind the scenes. We witnessed a well designed filtration system that produces the best tasting water in the AV. If you think water is water then this place may not be for you. But if you care about the water you drink then this is the place.

Always able to get my questions answered. Always able to pick up supplies for my water softener system.

Hes not to nice he dont help the old people with the bottles, not even to rinse bottles.

Always get my water refills here, the water quality truly is A quality.I was running many errands that day and as a new mom to a 2M old, getting water was last on my list of a very busy day. She doesnt do well in her car seat yet either, but Im very happy about the service I received when I was ready to leave. The gentleman who is always there offered to help me to my car and placed the gallons of water in my trunk. Sometimes there is good in people and Im very grateful for his assistance. He could have just let me do it myself, and I could have definitely done it myself, but boy was I tired already from going here and there and having my LO (little one) strapped to me on my carrier puts more weight on my back. Plus the anxiety of having to drive 30 minutes home with an uncomfortable, crying infant is just bonkers!Thank you kind sir. You will always have my business.

On a recent family trip from Mammoth, we made a pit stop at Aloha Pure Water. My 11 year old son said it was the best water he ever tasted. And the staff hooked him up with a cool bottle. I was happy in not having to buy soda! We had a great experience, the staff was super knowledgeable, and the water was so refreshing! The store and selection is huge! Nothing like it were I live. If we lived in the area, Aloha would be our store! (Which is why we are picking up one of their home units.)

The experience was okay. Considering it was my first time I think it could have been better if the customer service was more on point. The guy behind the counter wasnt involved as I would have like him to be. On the other hand, the prices were reasonable and the water good.

I have been using this water for 6 months. Best investment I have ever made. The water in the alkaline system passes through filters which cost in excess of $40,000. Thats right, your water is being filtered by a system which costs tens of thousands of dollars. The owner is extremely educated about the chemistry of water. By asking a few questions, he can give you an in-depth education on the science of water technology. He sells home purification systems if you can afford the investment. I have personally never tasted better water than his alkaline-purified product.

Good prices on 5 gallons of water, only 2 bucks a fill. Clean environment. Highly recommend.

Very rude customer service. I called to see what time they closed around 10 min before closing, they answered and told me. I let them know I was on my way I got there 3 min before closing and he had already closed down knowing I was headed his way. I couldn’t believe it honestly especially during times like this when we are on lock down and our outings are limited. Never coming here.

Going there over one year, the water is good tasting, but about the same as all the other water stores in the A V., The customer is neither good or bad, as You are the Customer Service.. The very quite person (maybe just extremely shy) taking your money, always stays behind the counter..and almost sounds annoyed if a water related question is asked. I think they probably have the best water in town 5 gal bottle of water is $ 2.00 dollars i think thats maybe more than other places but the place is nice and clean so im still going to keep buying my water from them

I have been getting my water here for many years good customer service and the purest and best tasting water in the valley! I would recommend Aloha pure water to everyone that wants a good Quality good tasting water!

The Customer service here is horrible. If you come be ready to figure things out on your own. Like someone else posted, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Once I find another water store I will never return.

The water taste like tap water. At first we thought it was our bottlles so we bought new ones. Then we even bought a new dispenser. Got 15 gallons of water on wed 2-20-13 and it taste nasty. Just like city tap water. We are going to pay to have it tested. Dont use this place.We are going to call them to see what they have to say,will post their response.
