I returned from a vacation to find myself needing a tire AND battery. They took me immediately with no appointment and completed the work by lunch. You can not beat that! Prices are always fair. Fantastic service. I HIGHLY recommend!
Truly relieved to know that they performed a job well done on my 2009 Jeep Patriot! They took the time to inspect & reconfirmed that I needed a wheel bearing hub which eliminated the rattling noise from my back left tire! The crew is mature & wise mechanics...they know what they’re doing!
I just moved to this area,. Went to Lansdale Auto to check my car. They ran a diagnostic report. They quoted me at $3700. I decided to go to my mechanic in Philly. On the way to my mechanic my tire almost came off. Mechanic at Lansdale Auto forgot to screw my tire. Their negligence could have cost me my life. My mechanic fixed all of my car problems and the total cost was less then $700. The owner of Lansdale Auto called me and offered me five free oil changes to take down my bad review. My dignity cost more then five free oil changes.

DON’T GO TO THIS SHOP, THEY ARE A SCAM.We had our front brakes and rotor changed here 13 months ago and a recent inspection required the exact same parts changed again. It is completely unreasonable to change a rotor AGAIN in just another year after less then 10,000 miles. We suspect foul play. The owner of this store was unwilling to work with us in any way and instead sent his mechanic out to negotiate with us. The mechanic was lovely but the owner was so dishonest and disrespectful that there is no way we would ever return to this shop and we highly recommend that all others avoid this shady business as well.
I send my car to them because drive belt makes noise (for two years). They said because leak in Power steering pump. They charge 280 to stop the leaking (forget to ask what they changed,but definitely not pump, I replaced the pump and belt later in another auto shop just 560 total). They send my back to my company (20mins away, so they do have a good customer service, so I rate two stars ) However, it leaks worse. Just overnight, I cannot turn my wheel. They charge 50 for a diagnostic fee. They said powder steering pump and rack both leak. To make it short, they charge 300+ to made my car leaks worse. I am just tell what happened non-emotionally.

So guys I want there for my car inspection . I ask if they check the car for inspection the guy says yes and then I was about to walk out than the lady call me and say they don’t check the car and just give sticks. And than I said ok I will do it and she said ok . Than I give them my key after 25 minutes they came out and say I have lots of problem on my car witch one I have to fix first and charge $40 for check. Witch I asked first Do they check or no and they say no . They are Cheat and fraud . All the reviews you see on websites read the name for people they are all Asian so if you smart enough than you should understand what I mean . And don’t go there if you don’t wanna get cheat .
I had a very good experience here. They were professional and very courteous. They offered us beverages while we waited in the waiting room, that was furnished like a living room! I came in for a oil change and about 30 minutes later I received a text saying it was done! I will definitely be a return customer.

Went in for engine maintenance......run into mechanic guy driving my car in a shopping mall, confronted them and Bob lies......welcoming front desk, but so much worse with professionalism, and car was NOT fixed

My car shook at high speed and my friend introduced me to this store; the boss drove my car home at night without asking for my opinion, and the one-way trip was nearly half an hour; the car repairer drove my car for lunch and was racing in retrograde on the trail; the master bob said Let’s pretend to see that this guy is too demanding and push him to the 4s shop.” He didn’t take the high-speed test drive before and after; the boss responded to my complaints very enthusiastically and agreed to deal with it properly. The hope is big and the disappointment is big, and its an inauthentic Chinese shop. Oh, all of these were taken by the driving recorder in my car.
