The guy named John. Extremely ill mannered. I believe he doesn’t know how to talk with a customer. Tried with him many times intentionally to see he changes his attitude or not but he remains with the same attitude and behavior. Morning people are extremely good. No problem with the morning shift people.

Extremely inconsistent on morning sandwiches, a real crapshoot..Some managers (1 or 2) seem to care, others seem to not be bothered..seems like customers are a distraction to them...Whatever happened to Wawas customer service ? Royal Farms just gained a new customer. its a shame, I grew up just down the road from Wawa corp near the Franklin Mint, I pretty much grew up on Wawa sandwiches...

Stopped in here tonight, the man working behind the counter making sandwiches was so beyond rude. He told my coworker to “Go away” after she asked a question about the menu. Also rolled his eyes and shook his head whenever someone asked him something. Made me not even want to buy anything honestly! Skip this location if you can avoid it especially at night time.

Great store and great service! Ive never seen such a good group of employees in a convenience supr store!

Ordered a chicken steak burrito bowl. Was made as a regular burrito instead which employee grudgingly put in a bowl with none of the toppings. Only later learned he didnt even put chicken steak in it. Will go to royal farms down the road in future.

Watched the guy clean, sign for deliveries, and prep a food order all while wearing the same gloves. Gross

There are a few extremely friendly employees that are wonderful to even who enters. However, more are less than friendly and some are rude. They often fail to send other cashiers when there are 3 or more waiting to checkout.

Stop selling leftover stuff

Between not keeping the coffee pots filled and not having ANY BREAKAST SANDWICHES to no bathrooms, this should be a priority to revamp. Losing faith in WAWA. Lets not blame the pandemic which seems to be the best excuse nowadays....

Hair in the food.. always.. everyone in there is a step away from special needs

I like to stop over here about once a week and pick up a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown. Unfortunately, more often than not, I usually have to wait for one or the other.This morning there was no hashbrowns and the sandwich I like was not available either. I just walked out.I don’t understand how they are not more proactive in keeping their breakfast items stocked when it’s a very busy store.

Quick service. Coffee is good, always stocked. Sandwiches are always great. Ready-made breakfast sandwiches are fresh in the early morning and there are enough of them. Cleanliness is just ok, could be better at cleaning the coffee/tea counter and the sugar containers. I was in there today and a middle aged employee was mildly arguing with a customer and walked right past the coffee and tea condiments counter without even looking to see if it needed anything, and it had spills that needed wiping. But she gave me a defiant look to see my reaction even though I had not been paying attention to their discussion. So there is a difference in service between the various employees. Most of them are great. The outside of the store is very dirty however. It looks like no one ever picks up the windblown trash in the shrubs or sweeps the buts and other stuff that is near the trash cans. There are no other operating stores in that strip mall either.

Best place ever. Customize your sandwich & get a latte all in the same place. Brilliant.

Sandwich artists at this Wawa are the worst. On multiple occasions when I request to toast my sandwich they forgot. Today they forgot to toast a sandwich and they put a cold bacon it. They often forget to put on sandwich what I request as well.I would not recommend getting sandwiches here. I am buying here almost every day, but I had enough.

Hands down best convenience store in the world. Not dirty like other ones and has the best sandwiches and hot chocolate. Dont listen to my Californian roommates who dont believe this place exists

Had to ask attendant to refill coffee pots more than twice this month at the Sumneyforge location. I would rather pay full price than to have it empty or cold. The pumpkin must be a fsvorite. Put two out then. The one is almost always empty at 3:20 pm

If youve been to wawa youve been to them all, being honest though this is a forgotten about wawa, the shopping center is basically dead except for wawa, the parking lot is getting gigantic pot holes

Coffee and hot food availability is questionable on a good day. More often than not, the menu on the wall, the one on the touch screen, and whats actually available are entirely different from each other. Im half convinced Wawa is trying to close this location. Drive across town to either Blue Bell or Kulpsville.

Locked us out and said they were closing. It is a 24 hour Wawa.

It is convenient, but the store is disgusting, and the only reason they have so many parking spots is because all of the other stores left because they were embarrassed to be next to such an unacceptable store!
