It’s a good place for groceries in North wales and Lansdale. It even has beer and wine. I like chicken and meat here.

Rude employees. I was at self-checkout with my light blinking for assistance because grapes would not scan. No one came to help. Listened to if your finished scanning, please pay about 7 times. Two employees walked right past my flashing light. I was told...Not my department. No offer to get someone to help, just letting me know they have very little people skills in their toolbox.Ive been very happy with Giant, Acme & Wegmans.I shop for my mom who lives at Brittany Pointe Estates and have heard many complaints about Weis. It shocked me to hear they would not accept return of expired item they sold because its up to the customer to check dates!!Refusal to accept return of an item likely valued at less than $5 and to have that stupid management decision spread like wildfire at a 500 person community 1/2 mile away...incompetence is evident.

Prices on the shelves do not match what is rung up. This happens with particular frequency in the Beer and Wine area snd and the answer is the same every time: The liquor board doesnt allow them to charge any price other than the price in the computer.If something says it is on sale, be prepared to pay full price.

I highly recommend avoiding the beer and wine section as almost all varieties of beer have been consistently sold out. No Corona, no Bud, only Miller left and of course I coulnt actually purchase any of it today because there was no one manning the checkout. We were on our way to the shore, where we arrived tonight. Some people left without paying but we just set our product down in the middle of the floor rather than steal and we found out the beer is cheaper in Jersey anyway.

A little on the pricey side hence the 4 stars but still a very good grocery store with everything you need!

This organization is run by stingy thieves who do not pay their workers the agreed upon amount and frequently pays experienced workers 30-40% less than new ones. Direct deposit is never set up and checks are sent in the mail instead of to the service desk, with incorrect addresses put on envelopes purposefully in order to avoid paying workers.Most of the shelves here are bare, checkouts are untended, and juveniles are permitted to buy alcohol regularly. They dont even look at IDs as long as there is a valid barcode, they just scan the back of the license.

Prices are sky-high, close to Whole Foods levels. Restrooms are atrocious and difficult to find, with one of the toilets ALMOST ALWAYS having visible solid waste inside due to a plumbing issue with the toilet itself, which is the first time Ive seen a home-style tanked toilet in a public business that gets so much traffic. My advice would be to build a real restroom with more than two toilets with high-pressure flushing and more than two urinals.Turnover for workers is as bad as its ever been, none of us have actually received our sign-on bonuses, at least out of the people I spoke with. Everything about the store is as done as cheaply as possible, the workers are incredibly lazy, and management, of course, is oblivious.Weis will be the first of many groceries to fall to Amazon and they will actually deserve it.

Weis has really gone down hill. A lot of products are regularly out of stock. Weis used to be my go to for value and convenience.

Really appreciated nearly having a line of a dozen carts almost plow into my car, which I had to swerve to avoid. When I honked at the cart pusher, I was sworn at.This location becomes an Amazon GO store and it deserves it.

Nothing really bad about the place, but every time I go I will have something on my list they are out of. Always end up having to finish at another store.

Its a basic supermarket with a wine and beer area. Fresh fruit, deli counter, and gluten free products available. Usually good service and in and out pretty quickly.

Must try blueberry Crisp ice-cream.

Do not expect them to pay the 500 dollar sign on bonus and do not expect to even be paid your nominal wages. You will probably get fed up with not receiving your pay well before when the bonus would kick in. If you ask me, theyre financing the bonuses by shorting people across the board. Employees, watch out, they will subtract 8 hours of pay from your check and they hope youre not going to notice.Pay never increases so whatever they pay you year one is what theyll pay you year five, assuming youre dumb enough to keep working here after being stiffed repeatedly by this company.

I love Weisimarket not only is it convenient because very local to me but they have a great variety of products their deli items are very fresh and their store made it salads pasta salads meals are not only fresh but extremely well prepared and cooked I’ve been to other grocery stores or you can get potato salad or meatloaf etc. and it was OK but Weis market definitely tops the majority of them that I’ve tried I went there this time to pick out some lunch meats and a few different side salads the staff is very polite and let me sample quite a few of them to see which one I would like the best no yes others supermarkets do that as well but it just seems like if you ask for too many samples you know maybe two or three they kind of get frustrated at Weis they encourage you to try and sample stuff they want to make sure that you pick out what you want and what you’re gonna like the best Weiss has a whole different atmosphere and their employees seem to be very positive upbeat and more than willing to help a whole different breed I love it I wish all retail/food service employees were like the employees if they have it wise maybe to special training or something only wise offers to their employees if it is I wish all supermarkets did so if you haven’t been there or you haven’t been there in a while I suggest you stop in anyway supermarket that I’ve been to has offered the same thing in hospitality and great food and pricesTheir weekly deals are free amazing as well they have a double points reward double coupon reward in a bunch of others so stop by stop in and see what they have to offer you might just stop shopping at your local supermarket and start shopping here I know I did

Weis is smaller than a lot of grocery stores, but it has good selection, a good deli and very nice seafood and produce.

Its a decent grocery store. Sells alcohol. And has a huge selection of ice cream for relatively low prices compared to other grocery stores.

Overall a good grocery store. The selection isn’t too overwhelming, the prices are fair, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. It can get a bit crowded at times, but the checkout lines all move fast so I never have to wait long.

Deli prices went up so much I wont be getting deli there anymore

The Go-to grocery store for people who live around the West point & North Wales Junction. People who work here are friendly and courteous.

This store is a waste of time. Poor selection, filthy bathroom, not in a convenient location, foul mouthed staff.

My first choice for a local grocery market. Prices are in line with the big name chain stores. Location, location, location!

I go because I live nearby but I dont love the store. I feel as though it is more expensive compared to Giant and Redners and I find the store organization to be a bit odd.

I love Weiss but Friday I went to just stop for a bottle of wine for a gift, wine and spirit on valley forge road moved, the cashier was totally rude and banging my wine bottles in the bag, where I said are youhaving A bad day, and she said no, I just dont like working with the beer and wine. I told her I was sorry but didnt need broken bottles.

Weiss Is always a good choice. Been going to Weis Markets since I can remember. They are a Pennsylvania company that prides its self on having a good product at a good price. Their customer service is too notch.

Employees at this store have issues socially distancing. They stop at ends of aisles or in the aisle to have long conversations. This has happened numerous times. Today I had it. After waiting a few minutes for the women to step away from the meat case I tried to shop. 2 feet behind me the meat man oblivious to the situation is carrying on a lengthy conversation with what appeared to be the manager on duty from the East Norriton store. He was talking socially, not business while he faced the meat guy and my back. I tried to shop but finally I had it. I said you actually work here. I dropped my basket on the floor and walked out. Corporate should play the security tape and see if its true. This happened 10/17/20 a little after noon in front of the red meat case. So I drove to Giant to shop.Regarding your responce. I called the manager of the store. Its his job to discipline employee actions and inact policy, not mine Just so we are clear. I am not afraid of the virus and usually stop at the store after the gym. On the other hand navigating employees blocking aisles is adding an unnecessary to risk.

Its a food store. Produce is okay. Deli doesnt have Boars Head. General grocery selection is fine. Weis brand is fine. Its a little expensive but not Wegmans expensive. If youre not that picky, it will do just fine.

Weis has a great selection, lots of variety and nice seasonal items. The staff is kind and helpful. Some of the staff are incredibly slow but trying. I do wish they would train new cashiers on bagging...today I had to ask 3 times for her to keep the cold stuff together (just like I had it grouped on the belt) maybe its just me but I prefer all 6 bags of cheese in the same bag...same goes for my veggies - please dont put my bananas with cans or my lettuce with pasta boxes or 1 bag of cheese with chips, 1 with cereal, and 1 with cans

Weis continues to improve, stocking more organic items. They definitely lose a star for eliminating the pharmacy. That was a horrible decision. While everyone is wearing masks in the store, I havent seen anyone wiping down the touchscreens or carts any longer.

Love shopping here for the most part. Management needs to get a handle on the deli workers. They work at a snails pace and close the deli before they should. The deli worker said he had already cleaned his slicer at 9:10 so it’s closed. It doesn’t close until 10pm.

Every time I come here, I feel like asking the employees if they have ever seen the movie The Shining. Particularly the scene were it says All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy... cause REALLY guys, you need to lighten up. I always come in and try to kid with the employees and get them to laugh and it is the largest group of stone faced no fun people I have seen! Live a bit and life is too short to be so serious.

Not a bad little supermarket. They sell beer too, and the selection isnt terrible. If youre really into beer, this might not be the best place to go, but you can find some hidden gems sometimes. Just make sure you check dates. Also, the people in the beer section are just employees, not beer folk. Still a decent place to check out if you want to look for beer. Oh, and I guess food.

It was ok but they was major problems .Where it says sausage but there is nothing that is sausage.Also there is only one lane at all times.The price of things is expensive.I could go to shop rite and eggs for 1 dollar or with coupon FREE!But I have to pay 2.50!

The store was the most expensive Supermarket Ive ever been in and Im never going back. Hennings in Harleysville is much cheaper and so is ShopRite.

If your of a darker pigmentation. You are watched like a hawk. An uneasy feeling of your just not welcomed here. How ever, I love there in store cooked chicken... imagine that. And, I still go and get it to piss them off. Its near my place of employment so its still one of my go to stores. Like me or not. Store is clean tidy, everything is fresh.Thats my only problem... As a black woman I can feel that I am unwanted in their store every time I go.

Check the expiration dates on your yogurt...they dont seem to do that. Also dont buy beer here, especially from the make-your-own 6-pack selection, unless you like old skunked beers.

Meh. Prices are a mix of high and low. Produce selection is limited, but not bad. Organic selection is very small and very expensive. The gluten-free options are pretty good. This location also sells wine and beer which is nice.

Parking lot ALWAYS full. Market has all grocery needs.Shoppers need to read checkout signs as I was in the 15 or less item line and the woman ahead of me had at least 35-40 items!! Also the cashier in the quick line was far from quick.

Weis is pretty much the only local grocery store in the Lansdale area, I think. The prices are pretty good, the store always looks clean, customer service is decent, they have a wide variety of household needs. Parking is plentiful. They are conveniently located on valley forge road and sumneytown Pike two of the main roads in the area.

Today I was purchasing some groceries at your store and as I was walking put I was stopped by a large man by the name a Juan. He treated me very well and very kind in his manner of speaking. I will 100% be coming back to this location from now on because if the way he treated me.

Do you notice Aldi has very low prices for quality food but you have to bag your own groceries. I counted the last 8 times I went to Weis different times of the day. Each time there is only one register open and you are forced to do self serve or stand in a long line with cold stuff in your basket. So not only are they probably twice the price as Aldis but I have to scan and bag my own groceries. I have become an expert produce code finder at the same time. Shoudnt we be paying stock warehouse prices. They will get away with for a time but people like me will catch on.

I was running from appointment to appointment and wanted to grab something healthy for lunch. The salad bar was neatly stocked with fresh salads and veggies galore.

Place is a dump. Poor selection and the produce is horrid. Expensive to top it off. Shop Rite or Lidl makes more sense.

They need to hire more checkers, after Im done work I dont want to check my own groceries. And they have a very small parking lot with 6 of the best spots blocked off for internet shoppers, are you kidding? Most of the clientele is elderly.
