Used Main years ago. Recently moved/ started using oil again. They were awesome then and they are awesome now. Twice now shes gotten me out of a jam. Will definitely be using them from now on.

Our family has been customers for many many years. Karin and her team are very nice and willing to go above and beyond for their customers! As for our family, she has a customer for life.

Have ordered from them and warm fuel oil for 20 plus years, suddenly cant find me in system and argues with me about it ?!! DONT BOTHER

Although at first Carin was very nice and accomodating, my last 2 deliveries were late. The first time it was late, we completely ran out and had to pay someone to prime the furnace. The second time she told us we would have it delivered by Friday or Saturday. We went away for the weekend and called on Saturday to be sure the oil was delivered. She told us we got a partial delivery of 50 gallons, but when we got home there was no delivery. When I called she said that my family was 1 of THREE houses that didnt get a delivery.I canceled our delivery and will not be doing business with Main Oil ever again.

Ive been a customer for over six years, and have yet to be disappointed by their service. Theyve always been courteous when taking orders, and have yet to make a late delivery.

I got in a real bad situation when my heat pump stopped working and my oil auxiliary got completely drained with the weather at 9 degrees outside. My house got down to 50 and with two kids i needed something to get some heat in the house. Main Heating was open later than anyone else, and Corrine (sp?) was probably the nicest, most helpful customer service person i have ever spoken with...in any industry. She initially gave me tips to troubleshoot the current problem, and even advised me on alternative options to at least have heat for the night. Then, she was able to call some oil delivery drivers and get one up to my house for an emergency deliver, and she even worked with me on the added cost of such a delivery!!As my house is a heat pump/oil hybrid system, we do not use a lot of oil, but for my future oil needs i will certainly be calling Main Heating again. Customer service goes a long way in my book!Thanks to everyone who helped me out and kept my family warm!

The worst, how is it you run out of oil when you are on auto delivery and are prepaid. Run to another company
