This is probably the best Dairy Queen in this area. Decent amount of seating inside, pretty clean, and a nice outdoor area for sitting and enjoying ice cream.

Says online that they are open until 10pm on Saturdays. I went there with my kids at 9:22pm and the doors were locked and the kid inside said they were closed. If the web site is wrong it should be corrected. If it is correct, then something needs to be said to the kids working there about closing early.

Great bunch of kids and good at what they do. Management takes split from the kids tips though; SHOULDNT BE THAT WAY! The kids barely get over minimum wage and the manager is the owners sister. REALLY?!

DQ had advertised that it was donating a portion of sales on 10/28/21 to the Childrens Miracle Network, so we decided to go that day. Unfortunately, the employees in the store didnt know anything about the donations. We hope that the corporation will follow through with the donations.

Went the other day and they did not have two of the three ingredients to make a extreme chocolate blizzard. Also couldnt get the brownie Sunday my son loves. He made it without having the brownies. Tells is after that they did not have the ingredients. What a joke. Never again. !! I paid for a blizzard with nothing in it and a brownie Sunday without the brownie. My husband felt bad so he paid for it anyway. .i would t have. .not

I am a frequent customer at North Penn Dairy Queen and have always been treated in a considerate manner by John and his staff. The store is clean and the quality of the food/ice cream is very good. The shakes and sundaes are the best and the service is always superb.

Parking sucks but that isnt their fault. The only employees I have ever seen there are children. To me that knocks off a star as there are a bunch of kids in a small area. They constantly are bumping in to eachother and joking around and laughing. Overall pretty decent place and the ice cream is always made well when we receive it so still a pretty positive review.

Store was busy on a summer Sunday Night. Kids behind the counter did a great job handling the orders. Flurry was very good!

It did hit the spot after dinner.

Love stopping here on my way home for a soft serve twist ice cream. Quick n easy n tasty.

I used to get custom cakes every single year. And it was great until this year. Now if you order a cake they dont call you when its done IF its done. They tell you to email them about images but they dont reply to the email. The customer service is just terrible.

Three times now I’ve gotten a large royal blizzard and only the top inch had any filling. I don’t understand what the problem is, maybe the employees need a bigger picture to go by or need to concentrate a little harder.

Weve been going to North Penn Dairy Queen for years. John and his staff have always been courteous and customer friendly. We enjoy all the DQ specialty products but we would like to share a DQ tip--buy a quart to go. Then youll have delicious DQ today and more for the days ahead. We would certainly recommend North Penn DQ with the highest rating.
