Im in charge of cleaning a large manufacturing facility. I was looking to purchase a walk behind floor machine so I called Penn Valley. The owner came out to see me. He saw what I was cleaning, recommended the equipment which worked out great. He also gave me cleaning chemical samples which were better than what I was using. I now get most of my supplies from Penn Valley. They are always reliable and my customer service rep Kate is terrific.

Kinda hard to find (it is BEHIND the Silk Factory apartments and NEXT to Fergusons Plumbing Supply). But once you get there, best supplies and super helpful people. I always leave with the products I need for a job. I wont go anywhere else for cleaning supplies for my business.

Penn Valley is a good supplier. Kate takes my order for my school every week, they send it out right away. If we have a problem or need it because of an emergency problem they always make it happen. We dont have to wait and they dont charge extra fees for a rush order. They also have a lot of different items in stock. They have something to recommend no matter what you are trying to clean. Kate is very knowledgable and can help me find what I need every time.The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because Rick was out on leave and we had a different guy come see us and he was terrible. He was really pushy and rude. He just wanted a sale not to help us or do what we needed. But if you dont have to deal with that guy then you should be ok. Everyone else I have ever worked with at Penn Valley has been really nice and helpful.

I have a cleaning company and Penn Valley is the only place I trust when I need solid information and advice. They know their stuff and they dont mess around like a lot of the other companies out there. When I started out I would buy my stuff from Walmart or Home Depot but they cant help you know the ins and outs of the industry. My rep at Penn Valley has actually come helped me spec jobs and if I call him with an unusual problem he always knows what to do. If he isnt sure he is the one to go find the answer. It saves me a lot of time. They also have a counter where you can go pick stuff up so when you get a last minute job you can go pick up what you need so they have that too. Penn Valley is a great supply place and I really recommend them if you have a cleaning company. They will help you.

I have worked with Penn Valley for years. Tom is always so helpful and will go out of his way to do all he canto help his customers. He has come out to my sites with emegency supplies no matter the time. He also always has so much good advice on how to fix problems with common cleaning problems. The office staff is always friendly and helpful too. Katie will process your orders quickly and get back to you with backorders and substitiute options if needed. She gets you quotes quick. The drivers are all nice and deliver where you want. THe whole team is great.
