Took my daughters phone in to get a new port and possibly new glass. He cleaned the port at no charge and let me take it home to see if that was all that was needed (and it was). I went back a couple hours later for the glass, and he replaced in the time I thought I was waiting for a ticket. Charged me $10. He could have charged more for his time, let alone the glass, and he could have sold me a new port, but he did what was needed in the fastest, most considerate way possible. I almost wish I had more broken stuff so I could give him some actual money. Amazing customer service.

I had tablet LCD damage......Samsung has complicated process and higher price to repairU break I fix was even worse charging me almost the amount of brand new tablet, just to fix LCD.Raj did the job, he repaired it with reasonable price and appropriate timeframe.I recommend him for electronic repair.Thank you raj!!!!!

Ranjan is good at his job. Really ready any time I walk into his store for aero. He treats his customers with decency. Honest. Reasonable in charging. I say bravo to him for being one of our Heroes during the pandemic. He left his door open.

DO NOTTTT pay your phone bill at this place. They obviously sell your number. I paid my bill here on a Saturday and by Monday morning i had calls coming from ‘scam likely’ numbers all day long. For 2 weeks straight. I had to change my number. I had that number 9 months prior to paying my bill there and had NO issues with scam calls

Broken Apple Mac was all fixed in less than a month for a very price. I highly recommend their services!

My 2020 iPad Pro (12.9) is was cracked BADLY! I went to the Apple Store in Philly & to the one in New York. Neither of them had replacements in stock. I drove past Nu Wireless & decided to give them a call. He fixed it in a week! It looks brand new! I use my iPad for my at-home business so I needed it ASAP. I was very pleased & satisfied. My kids broke a phone that had to be turned in and I was frantic all my pictures was lost, the phone was completely shattered. I took it here not only did he fix it in record time 2 days! Today I went to this store to port-out my cell phone number from T-Mobile to simple mobile I made mistake on giving account number so the port-in didn’t went thru so I came a back to this store the person who was working on this issue for a hour to get it thru to make this possible his patient of working is outrageous I appreciate his way of working definitely I recommend this store to all my people and friends

Absolutely do not go to this guy. My mother went there for a screen-replacement and he basically destroyed the phone. The buttons and screen/digitizer were falling off within hours of receiving it back from the shop. He refused to correct this or provide any refund whatsoever. The phone was in better condition before being dropped off to be fixed.

I being coming here from they open the store in 2015 I appreciate there service good people never gave me a chance for complain and repair is very cheap than other cellphones store I prefer all my people to go to the store at Lansdowne this is like our family store

When I came in the store, I wasn’t even greeted. Next time show respect and appreciation to all of the customers. Luckily, I wasn’t purchasing anything from this establishment but beware, not the friendliest.

The service technician/owner/manager who greeted me seem to be a bit aloof however I presumed since Astoria been there for a while but he was competent. After asking them to replace the USB port for my phone, I gave him a deposit and I asked him specifically to replace the USB port. Those who know me, know that I have experience fixing cell phones laptops and computers, however I did not want to risk this phone because it was so Important to my business.To make a long story short, he assumed moore was wrong with my phone, incompetently opened up my phone, and then damaged the wire to my screen. He tried to convince me when I returned that that problem at existed with my phone when I brought it in because it would not turn on.Everyone who knows me knows that my phone has been giving me problems charging and only charging for the past month and a half.The man opened up the phone, encountered technology that he was was not accustomed to, installedin the USB port as requested, however he never reattached any of the other sensors and, like I said damaged the screen connection ribbon while trying to open the phone. He took the money for the repair and refuses to accept any responsibility for the damage that he caused from my phone through his incompetence. Worse than that, he tried to convince me that the phone and I was using right up until the moment I could no longer charge it was damaged. He was arrogant and condescending not realize it but I had a background doing repairs on similar items albeit years ago.

Besides selling cell phones and accessories, they are a UPS drop offVery convenient.

There hours aren’t correct I went there this morning and let me tell u I was infront of this guy door sobbing because it said he was open but wasn’t I’ve gotten my phone fixed here and it was fine but the problem is they aren’t answering the phone I want to see if this small problem can be fixed the hours say 8am to 6pm but I went st 10am no one in sight the lights on the window were on but no one was there to help me
