Fantastic customer service & variety of products! My neighborhood store.

This store has a very large selection of different items to buy. The staff are polite. Its a busy place. limited parking on the street. Parking lot is small.

Cashier was rude about me using hamper instead bags (Its more eco friendly and easier to carry)became very combative about me explaining this being easier for me and made me slide over a hundred dollars down the belt to be ring up (even though belt was completely operational). Has good items but customer service makes you regret shop there at all.

Everytime Im in the area, I love to stop by. Store always stay fully stocked, and staff is always friendly and pleasant. Large Freezer/fridge section in the back of the store is very convenient.

A wide variety of reasonable items

I visited two of your stores today, they were both in the process of restocking. I did not get what I was looking for (garment bags and some bling ribbons) thats okay, I know Ill get them soon, the cashiers were a joy, at one store two of them ensured that my fragile packages would at least get to the car safely 🙂 Of course I got stuff that I didnt intend to buy but we all know how that goes, my condolences cards were low, so of course I stocked up. Very sad the number of these Im using during this time 😪.I love Dollar Tree and my friends and family are the same about your store. Great job!!

Pretty clean and organized, relatively speaking. The cashiers are what youd expect from a Dollar Store. It is what it is.

I was very dissappointed that ALL the employees behind the register were wearing their mask below the nose. That is not protecting anyone. When I complained out loud. The lady at our register finally put it over her nose and was not too happy about it. I said thank you for covering your nose. She did not say anything. When we were leaving she pulled it back down. We are in a pandemic... Hello people!

Good prices😁😆 without Dollar tree Dollar stores America would be worse off than we are during the pandemic unfortunately Americans are standing in bread lines like we did in the great depression and the depression of the not the 2000s... People have been hypnotized by Facebook and Google all their sites telling us along with Twitter that we have no freedom of speech no freedom of expression left because people are empowering these places by being addicted to them instead of closing their accounts and fighting for their rights again they have no idea what their rights are or how to fight we raised as Camilla Harris said in the last 25 years the most ignorant laziest group of Americans people, in the world they know nothing. We need to fight for our rights we dont need to stand in bread lines for food or church parking lots the government can give more food stamps keep the prices low because during the pandemic Acme and giant along with many others have jacked the prices up so high on everything that we cant afford to eat meat at all most people buy nothing but me. Oodles of noodles, really in America we have a shortage of food but we keep giving all our money to Israel and the middle East and we get nothing at all our stimulus checks are proof of that. Why everybody seems to be ripping off on employment prisoners and prisons are collecting stimulus checks. So thank God for Dollar tree a lot of older people go there unfortunately they have to try to buy food from there cuz they cant afford the supermarket prices shame on every white politician there is in America who have let down their own race, and every other race too.

Just opened back up and NO MORE VALENTINES BALOONS a day before valentines WHAT THE HECK AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY PUT ALL DECORATIONS AND CANDY IN ONE BIGG BASKET IN FRONT OF STORE TACKY AND PEOPLE ARE VERY CLOSE TO EACH OTHER COVID DID YOU HERE OF QHAT WERE GOING THROUGH, Then have some man up by the front door for security watching us shop like were kids what the heck in a doaller store Im happy there back but need MAJOR ADJUSTMENTS The doaller tree near bailtmore pike WAY BETTER TREATMENT AND PLENTY OF VALENTINES BALOONS 😉AND NO SECURITY NEED TO BE MANAGE BY WHOEVER MANAGED by them showing yall some ETHICS SKILLS .

This DT has improved greatly, ever since the new manager took over. I think his name is Rob. The store is much cleaner,and the shelves are well stocked and neat. Also there is more help with the lines. I live in the area, and frequent this location atleast 2 times a week.

Its small and dirty, but you can still find what you need and dont need.

This dollar tree is okay..ive been going here for 5 + yrs now..The staff for the most part can be helpful...But there are some that are not too nice..As far as the store itself..They can be a bit more organized and stocked..They seem to run out of items often..like eggs bacon frozen vegetables ..alot of the frozen food sections

The store is filthy it needs a cleaning and there needs to be better assistance when the lines are long. Both lines were backed up to the isles when i was there and they werent moving and the third register was closed needs to do better.

Best Dollar store in area and I mean 10+ mile radius. I used to come here when I was in college with my mother (god rest her soul) and she always said how good that dollar store was...she lived in west Philadelphia. Now that I live in the general area I have taken her wisdom to heart. Great selection of party goods, hardware items if you are in a jam, utility items, bathroom/cleaning items and Batteries. I have only once visited and they didnt have an item I was looking for. At one point I think they even had firewire 800 cables.

I absolutely love this Dollar Tree you cant tell from the outside that theres just big savings going on on the inside everything in here is $1 and Im telling you I had to look down several times to check the tag because I could not believe my eyes I brought storage containers from this Dollar Tree thats almost like Rubbermaid products which is a very good product and I got that all for just a dollar a piece and they give you so much for your money you can never beat the prices they carry a lot of useful things that you need for your household and your everyday life they give you quality and quantity I still cant believe this items are just $1 wow

On top of being well stocked, this dollar tree always carry a wide range of seasonal .For instance if it is mothers day it will have various supplies for a sit gift or just packaged gifts. And that is valid for many holidays or seasons.

Every thing that I went to purchase was convenient T the store. Both cashier was polite. When the line was getting too long the gentleman came and open the other register to assist the customer

This is my closest dollar storeAnd for years I was quite content, sure its a little messy and disorganized (and has become worse over the years) but it’s a dollar store. But then via YouTube I started to see videos on dollar tree hauls and I noticed the selection was better and the storesMuch neater so I started going to other dollar trees. This dollar tree suffers in comparison. My preferences are the dollar tree on city avenue in Phila and the dollar tree at Lawrence park shopping center. Also if you are more Mobile the dollar tree in south philly by ikea is pretty good. Hands down best dollar tree I’ve been to is in Atlantic city in the outlet section (though to be fair it had only been opened about a week when I was there)

This location is particularly busy due to high customer volume. The staff is always working hard - restocking inventory and ringing out customers but this inevitably leads to the store looking unkempt and waiting during check-out, respectively.On the upside, if a product is not on the shelf the staff will, willingly check for it in the back. I appreciate that.Also, this location has a large selection of food products including a refrigerated/freezer section.

This Dollar tree more likely have what you want. However the products items for holidays and celebrations does go quickly, so when you see it, you should get it eight then! More than likely it will not be there, when you come back.!

The floor was flithy and it was not well stocked. Island Ave is now my favorite. People take the carts and dont return them. The customer service is good. A very nice lady went outside to get a cart for me.

I go here like three times a week. I love it. Everything is really a dollar and I know the manager, hes awesome.

Very dirty, cluttered & unorganized. This is the most unkept dollar tree Ive ever been too. Most of them are pretty nice EXCEPT this one. This is in a great location, however, no matter what day or time you go, its disguisting. The manager Carmen I believe is the most unpleasant person ever. She has no management skills. The store never has the right change, the staffing is never organized. Its a mess. The sad thing is I keep going back to this location as it is the only convenient one in my area, therefore I can tell you this dollar tree is managed very poorly. Ive watch Carmen (the manager) have one cashier on the floor with over 20 people in line..Carmen refused to open another register or take customers herself. I attempted to report her poor management & didnt get anywhere. No one wants to work there, so they have to keep her. #Poorly managed.

Searched a few stores for CD/DVD case holders. Couldnt find them close by so I went to Dollar Tree hoping for the best. FOUND THEM... 4 in a pack for only $1... YAY I thought. I need to safely mail a few CDs TONIGHT. Got to the register and the women who was already rude tells me I couldnt purchase them because they were ringing up as .01 instead of $1..... wouldnt it have ONLY been $1.07 max? Why couldnt I just pay for them under miscellaneous item or something?... so annoyed. Its hard to find those things :( Would have been nice if their customer service was better and if that problem could have been solved while I was there. Now my search continues....

I have no problems with employees but management always has that hiring sign in the door but never hire anybody new that signed been there for two years, there’s always only one person in the building working, I don’t think I ever seen management; Does anybody evern bother to clean the store there be trash under the shelves, dusty floors like do they even have a janitor?
