Holt Auto is very quick and professional. I was able to easily set up an appointment and get my car in for service. They called me immediately when something was wrong with my tire and let me know what needs to be done. Will be coming back for other services beside oil changes and tire rotation.

Did timing belt service and front brake kit replacement here. Spark plugs are changed because all six seized so I cannot do by my self. They did very fast and no problem so far. The price is reasonable considering lots of professional efforts on it. Will come back to check if my second car needs fixes.

Went for a tire alignment. The price was ~$20 more than what was quoted over the phone, but they were nearby.I pick up my car the next day and they didnt perform the alignment. They said it was due to a worn radius rod bushing, and they wouldnt be able to perform an alignment until it was replaced. They were about to charge me $200 to replace it (Plus $100 for the alignment). I declined and ordered the part myself to have it worked on my mechanic friend. After waiting a week for it to come in the mail, my mechanic finds out the problem is with a metal bracket, completely unrelated to the bushing.They still charged me $40 just to look at the car and misdiagnose it.

Service was excellent. Completion and delivery of vehicle was earlier then scheduled. I will always recommend Holt Auto service center.

They did a great job installing my aftermarket oil catch can on my new car! I took a look, and even in a tight space, they managed to find an excellent spot to mount it and route the tubes!

I was referred to Holt auto service by a friend, I called made an appointment. Was able to get in when requested. I was greeted by someone immediately after entering. I needed new breaks as we were going a on family vacation and would be driving. I LOVED the text update system they used. Showed me the checklist via text and even took pictures of my break pads or lack there of!!! Gave the okay to fix and waited for them to tell me it was done! I need all new rotars and breaks and felt it was very reasonably priced and so did my husband!!! Also received an oil change as well. Will definitely be returned to holt auto service for all my automotive needs.

The guy was informed of which tire had the bad baring but he didn’t listen to me and checked all my tires. (Unnecessary time/labor charge). He was also informed that a noise is coming from the heater blower and it goes away when the heater is turned off. But I got charged for a full system inspection, instead of them just checking /confirming that the noise will go away when the heater is turned off (Another unnecessary charger). If he would’ve listened to me I would’ve been hit with extra chargers. I will take my vehicle to the dealership next time because they listen to me.

The team was very up front, honest and i did not feel pressured into services i didnt need. Friendly and accommodating.

I took my car in for a fluid and exhaust leak. I was assuming this was going to be a quick repair. This is our secondary car with over 100,00 miles and is mainly a back and forth to work vehicle. Upon inspection they found multiple general maintenance problems that needed attention. With retirement coming up in a few years when this car will no longer be needed, I asked for advice to make sure I wasnt throwing money down a rabbit hole. I was assured that this was all routine maintenance issues that arrive with high mileage cars and that the car would surely last until I no longer needed it. I am sure this tied up one of their mechanics for much longer than anticipated. While the repair bill was more than I expected when first scheduling an appointment and the strain it put on their schedule, they have always provided pleasant service and have gone above and beyond. I will always recommend them for the attention they give to customer safety on the roads.

They offer a Costco discount for repairs such as brakes (as a participant of Costco Auto Program) which makes me happy. The price is much lower than I was quoted at other local shops. They are usually pretty busy, so I had to drop off my car first thing in the morning and get it back by the evening. So I always have to plan to have someone pick me up and drop me off.Never had a problem, and they are happy to help.

This place is awesome. I recently moved to this area and was looking for a trustworthy place. When I first took my car in for a diagnosis, I didnt tell them that I am a mechanics daughter or that my ex husband is a mechanic and had already told me what needed fix now and what could wait.After they looked at the car, Dave called me to tell me their findings. He was very honest with me and, most importantly, their diagnosis aligned with my exs. He even gave my the same advice about what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait a little while. Truly grateful to find an honest mechanic now that my father has passed away... and so I can avoid dealing with my ex husband 🙂

They made me some offers other shops would not (per my financial constraint) and for that I will definitely return here. Very professional shop I called about 5 places before I got to them and no one does an A/C recharge on the new r1234yf Freon but this place does so if you have a vehicle that takes that this is the place to go because you’ll pay 3 to 4 times more at the dealer!

Dont deserve a 1. Put my jeep Liberty up to look at for a alighnment. They told me everything was off and they could not see anything bent. I told them I had hit a curb and then the alighnment was off . they said we cant see anything wrong 54.00 please . I got under there and could see the two arms that were bent by the flakes of rust that flaked off where the arms bent. I replaced the arms and came back to see if they would put the 54.00 towards the alighnment that I had paid for m told me no he would not do that. Thanks for your so called service. This is how they must make money. Thats why they say service . they must not be good at anything.

I was given thorough information about issues my vehicle had and they were fixed quickly and affordably

I was charged 542 dollars and was never even given a definite quote. The mechanic gave me a difference of 2500 dollars. This is totally unacceptable. I obviously couldn’t approve the work with that much of a difference in price. So I was charged 542 dollars and they did absolutely nothing to repair my vehicle. I intend to file a complaint with the attorney general’s office and the Better Business Bureau. I’ve taken my vehicle to another repair shop they gave me a guaranteed price and I’ve approved it. I will also be voicing my opinion across all of the social media platforms.
