I have a 2014 Silverado 2500hd that I bought new and always had problems with the front end because of a leveling kit I put on it. They suggested I switch to a 3 1/2 lift to eliminate the problems. Now it rides like a new truck. They will always get my my business. Glad I took it to them.

Said they would call when part came in, didnt hear from them for almost a week so my husband called and they said they lost his number. (My husband paid for the part and service in full at that time.) When we went in to have part put on, we were charged over $100.00 more than original quote.

This is the best shop in Lansing for trucks. I took my truck here and got a lot of work done to it, it cost some money, but I know its fixed and fixed correctly. They use top of the line parts and made me aware of how bad box store aftermarket parts are. If you have a vehicle, especially a lifted truck, and want it fixed correctly, this is the only place to go.

This place chopped up my bumper on a already lifted truck.....$5200.00 on a $3900.00 scammed quote... my insurance wont touch him I paid out of pocket Im an Ariel welder and this was the only 4×4guy in town... hes an insurance fraud and a customer crook and the reviews you read that got him the points are because he keeps changing the biz or name... hes now under investigation and If he doesnt replace the Vandalized property damage he did to my truck I hope too sue him and sell his shop for the truck parts he owes to not just me but the unfortunate others they continue to drag in there and try to cover up.... This business not only mis-diagnosed a problem as a bad GEM module, they also said that the problem could only be fixed by a Ford dealer. When the Ford dealer worked on the truck they said it was not a bad GEM module. This cost for the work at the Ford dealer was only because of the lack of good diagnostic work by the Michigan Off-Road Center. The mechanic at the Ford dealer mentioned some other possibilities that could be causing the problems (4 wheel drive and cruise control did not work). The problems were fixed by pulling the cover off the top of the dash and simply correctly plugging in a relay that was not properly plugged in.This web site states “Customer satisfaction is our goal”.DO NOT believe it. After numerous phone calls I was never able to speak to the owner about my concerns. When asked what it was I wanted I explained that I was not asking for any money back for the work they did, but felt it would be fair if they helped cover at least some of the expense incurred at the Ford dealership since they were the ones that said only a Ford dealer could fix the problem and they were the ones who misdiagnosed the problem in the first place. I was told “thats never going to happen”. I then explained that if they were not willing to work with me my only recourse was to write a negative review on their web site and also contact the Better Business Bureau. This business will NEVER get any more of my money and I will not hesitate to share my negative experience with others.
