I cant remember the two employees, but it was yesterday roughly around 5:20pm in the toys area. A white female and a African American male I cant remember their names. They helped me so so much! I was looking for Pokémon cards or images for crafting. They went beyond what I couldve asked for. They definitely need something in return for the help. Ive been struggling trying to find something for days, hopping stores. And here, there was some in a board game! Im so happy!

I utilize Targets online ordering 2hr service. I have used it twice.its quick and convenientespecially late in the evening. Im pleased with the speed of service and how quick your order is completed after ordering.

CSR are not very friendly and they have a tendency to be short-patient with customers, speak to them with an attitude, cut them off when they are speaking, very argumentative, dismissive, rude and the managers arent much better.

Target team had my item ready for pickup within an hour of ordering even though the store was about to close.

Its always a treat for me to stop at Target when Im in Lansing. I live in a small town nearby and this is the closest store.The quality of the Target brand items is superior over any other store brand option. Prices are affordable and the variety is all to live for. I love this store.

Drive up is such an excellent service, love that its free! So grateful for it being free, and for a stronger kid than me to load my car for me (I injured my back and needed dog food!) What an incredible service you offer, and its run so so smoothly. I did have an item canceled, but I completely understand why and it doesnt bother be at all! :)

It was quick and easy to do. The only other thing is I wasnt for sure where I had to go to do this pickup. There should be signage telling you. I asked someone working there and they very politely took me to where I needed to go.

I absolutely love the drive up option. It saves me time and money. And its very convenient now that its getting colder and were in a health crisis, I dont have to get my baby out and bring her in to shop.

Just left target!! We went in just to grab a last minute Halloween costume for my daughter and have never been so disgusted. Several of their employees followed is around everywhere we went profiling us like some thieves! Even after she asked my husband if he needed any help and he said no just grabbing something for my son but thanx...she continued to ask him questions and follow him around store...i myself needed to use the restroom and was followed aswell until i entered restroom...but as i exited there they were....its situations like this that will make me never shop there again....

Placing an order today with Target online was a great experience. As we were driving down the highway, I pulled up Target stores in Google Maps. I located a nearby store and placed the order. And within minutes of our arrival, I received the confirmation email that it was ready for pickup. This Target was laid out a little differently than our local store. But their very helpful staff pointed us in the right direction, rung us up, and had us back on our way in no time.

The general product quality here is good. However the managers are snotty and most of the employees are in need of dental work. One older lady needs dentures and I left the place feeling sorry for her.

Shopped within 10 mins and was out. They also had a toy I was looking for to give my son ( which not a lot of stores carry) but this Target in particular did have it.It was the Indominus Rex but they also had other dinosaurs I thought my son would like so gave him the option between the Brachiosaurus or the Carnotaurus and he chose the latter.Kudos for having stuff not a lot of retail places have.

Had great help picking out a prepaid cell phone. Anthonee was knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience!

Very rude asked a simple question about a fitting room and the guy ripped into me. Never shopping here again hope no one else does either.

It so dead silent/no music on intercom/that there’s no desire to keep shopping. If you had music on overhead people would enjoy shopping more.

Very good selection of toys, clothes, and electronics. Much better selection of stuff over Meijers. The staff was very helpful also to help us find what we was looking for.

Despite being induced into some Time Warp where I exit a Target hours after I entered (with the goal of *only* buying 3 items), I love Target.From the Dollar Spot items that greet me to the welcoming colors to the prices to the Cartwheel offers to the friendly & helpful (yet not intrusive), guest experience...actually, for my visit last night, all of this met my expectations except the last one.The guest service was so disappointing that I am writing this review. At different times, I asked two separate Team Members two different (Target related) questions and both answers the exact same way “I don’t know”. Now they did not have a rude tone at all, but due to my own extensive customer service background coupled with Target’s model, I expected an answer along the lines of “I don’t know but let me find out for you”.I asked follow up questions to one of the Team Members in an attempt to get my question answered (about changing info for my Red Card), yet she still didn’t attempt to find the answer.When I later asked someone else a different question and he answered “I don’t know”, without asking any of the 3 Team Members who were 5-6 feet from him, I had to check to make sure I was actually at Target and didn’t make a wrong turn in the blizzard only to end up at Walmart.I still love all things Target, and hopefully next time I’m in this neck of the woods and stop in, I’ll experience more helpful Team Members who emulate the stellar guest experience Target is known for.

Sent one reminder email then put my order back the very next morning. So even though I paid they couldnt manage to my item for three days. Now my item is out of stock . Was a christmas gift. Who checks their email excessively. So annoyed! And it was a holiday weekend even!!

No iPhone Really Instock for Online Order. I drove 30 miles to the Target store after placing my order for an iPhone XR and got confirmation number and instructions how to pick up the new phone. When we arrived the first time the first employee was covering the techs break and made us come back 45 mins later to have the tech give us our phone. Ok an hour later we came back and The Tech said we do not have that phone here and I cannot check other stores inventory. Ok guess their phone was broke too...I ask if could ship us the phone and answer was no.what a complete waste of time and money. Piece of advice Go Somewhere Else to do your phone business this was a complete unprofessional mess that Im sure is not over yet when I go to the att store tomorrow there will be a problem with that numbers upgrade because of Target. Lesson learned!!!!

I dealt with a woman named Ashley. She is in dire need of training in customer service skills. I was mortified to learn she is the store manager. Needless to say....that was my last target purchase/return.....ever. Target has lost a valued customer (not that they care), because I will never shop at any Target ever again.

I took my mother who is 81 to Target for a new phone,the young man in electronics Shaun/Sean ( not sure of the spelling) was so helpful. knowledgeable and friendly,his knowledge was awesome,he helped her find the perfect phone (for her) he called her old provider,and got everything switched,he moved everything from her VERY OLD phone to the new one ( contacts, pics...) he gave her an awesome crash course on how her new phone works. He literally did everything, so when we left she was ready to use her phone and was confident she could. He told her if she forgot how to use any part of the phone to come back and he would help her again. I hope TARGET knows what a gem they have with this employee, he REALLY SOLD her on the phone and made sure she could use it. We went to the West side of Lansings Target first and left feeling defeated,the guy didnt know what we were talking about when we asked for a certain phone service we thought Target carried, he just said I have never heard of it,then he just stared at us as the silence got even more awkward we left the store empty handed...when we went to the south side and met this happy employee named Shaun we asked him the same thing,he too did not know what we were talking about...but instead of awkward silence,he showed us what they did have and boom,we just had the wrong name,that is when Shaun went to work did his job above and beyond... Target I hope you value him ...he is a great employee!

I called asking for the magic jack product they had no idea what it was if they carried it or could get it. Then someone told the guy who was helping me on the phone that they probably do but might just be out of it horrible customer service why would I shoo there if they dont know what they sell and cant find it

Employees like to scalp products from actual paying customer who wait in line like they were told for a release date absolutely garbage. On top of that its probably the dirtiest Target in Michigan that Ive ever been to absolutely horrible.

I went in there to pre-order a movie they basically refuse to let me do it. Troy who is a higher seniority person there came up acting all big macho say no we can’t do it and every other store let you pre-order online which I said to the other girl I said it sounded funny through the store and I don’t understand why they wouldn’t pre-order it for me online. They Didn’t give me a very specific reason at all and Troy was rude
