Classic downtown bagel shop! My mom use to take me to daily bagel all the time. Now I visit there with my kids. Love love love this place. Family ran and owned. Get there early because all the best flavors go quick! I got the last cinnamon crunch 😁.

This may be my new favorite bagel place! You can tell the bagels are fresh each day. Crisp on the outside, fluffy chewy inside. The bagel breakfast sandwich I had was only $3.50 and tasted amazing. Simple yet efficient. The customer service was top notch as well! The lady working the register was so nice, then a man helped me choose my dozen bagels for the weekend and gave me suggestions on how to store them if I don’t eat them all. The whole experience gave a really personable feel. He treated me as though I was family and it was only my first time here. I will absolutely be back and I can’t wait to try all of the different cream cheese flavors!! I mean just look at that veggie cream cheese on that garlic bagel! Wow!

The bagels were perfect! Delicious! The cream cheeses were outstanding!!! The vegetables cream cheese was incredibly tasty. The corn beef cream cheese was amazing. The best part was the super friendly and fast staff! First thing in the AM you are hungry and sleepy and the entire crew is awesome and treats you like they have known you for years, even though it was our first time here. I wish I could give them more stars for our great food . Well done.

I stopped by this afternoon for lunch and was incredibly impressed by everything. The menu was great and had so many different options. I would suggest looking ahead of time, because youll have a hard time deciding since everything sounds so good. The service was amazing. Everybody was so nice and the food was made very fast . I made my own sandwich on a bagel that was fantastic. All the toppings were fresh and high quality, and the bagel was the best I have ever had. Will definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone!

The top place in town to get a salt bagel. At first you start getting bagels for the office, then you come back and try out their denser sandwich experience (when lox is dressed up with red onion and cappers it just tastes better, I dont know why).

If you are looking for great customer service, friendly environment, and literally the most delicious bagels youve ever had please stop in. I recommend the everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. One is enough to fill you up, the cream cheese portion is extremely generous. The bagels, hand made fresh every morning are seriously knee buckling.For lunch, the only thing you need to try is The Herald. A classic club sandwich very generously stacked. Great pickles too.

First time trying this place. And I was pleasantly surprised with the helpful fantastic service I received. In this day in age were I consistently receive impolite, incompetent, and incorrect service and food. I cant emphasize enough how pleasant it was to get help and friendliness that was above and beyond. Sandwiches were very good.

Cant say anything rude about the staff or food, but their hours are a little random. Theyre supposed to be open when theyre not. That only makes me sad because they are so great.

The bagels are so fresh and tasty. I have stopped in on many of my short lunch breaks. They are super fast very friendly and family owned. The variety of bagels and cream cheeses or the sandwiches are numerous. Since they make all the bagels fresh each morning they sometimes run out of the kind you wanted do not let that deter you from trying one of the other kinds. Thats how I found out that wow I really like them all. Mix and matched my favorite with different cream cheese spreads. I would post a picture but they never last long enough 😆

Most honest place in Lansing. The bagels are all natural, and taste like real food. The one good thing about this whole pandemic thing, is it made me explore my own town. Didn’t see all the beauty till everything went away. I feel like I’ve rediscovered Lansing. Always Support local, family owned, real people, no more fast food for this guy!

I ordered 2 breakfast sammies and 12 bagels today through door dash, and although I didn’t get a few flavors of bagels I received some awesome customer service.Door dash isn’t necessarily always correct on item availability, so they were out of a couple bagel flavors I initially ordered. The Daily Bagel tried calling me a few times to let me know they were out (I didn’t answer because it was an Arkansas number lmfao). The gentleman on the phone was super friendly, offered to make one of the sammies on a croissant free of charge, and then when I got my order they threw in some extra bagels with a nice little note :,) it made my day. You guys are great and that was some grade A fantastic service.Also take a shot for every time I typed bagel 🤌🏻

Staff is friendly and service is good. Prices are a bit much considering sandwiches include no side. Grilled sandwich was rather greasy and bread soggy when taken to-go. Was a staple of my rotation until daily specials went away, now its tough to justify given the new cost/quality equation.

Decent bagels and sandwiches. Just got a bagel with only cheese on it when I ordered it with egg and bacon. It’s a simple order that apparently wasn’t worth paying attention to when making. Anyway, the food is usually good, but you can’t always count on it being great.

The food is edible, that’s the best I can say of this place. Don’t expect your food to come with what it says it does on it, don’t expect it to be hot, don’t expect the soup (that’s almost $4 for a very small container) to have anything but greasy broth in it. If you order from here, stick exclusively to the bagels. The one delivery driver is nice 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great place for a quick bite. Great friendly staff and food. Can be a bit busy between 12pm to 1pm but the the staff get keep things moving. Their French fries have a crispy crunch that I have never had before, definitely recommend the fries along with a sandwich.

My absolute favorite sandwhich shop in Lansing. I usually order the chicken salad sandwhich but everything I have ever ordered from them has been delicious.They have quite the menu. They also make the best macaroni salad Ive ever had. There chocolate cake is also amazing. Such a hidden gem for lunch! (Not to mention their bagels are so great). They have really good prices and everything is fresh. They do deliver but ordering in person is quick as well even when they are busy.

Initially one of my favorite places to have lunch delivered with my coworkers, but I will NEVER order from them AGAIN! Ordered a chicken salad wrap on tomato basil wrap and it was 2/3 stuffed with tomatoes(which I didnt order.. only the wrap pita was supposed to be tomato flavored), some lettuce, and maybe a spoonful of chicken salad. When I contacted the business, the employee asked the manager what could be done and the manager told him nothing could be done. Have they heard of customer service? Thats not it. Obviously they dont care about their regulars or losing business by fixing their mistakes.

We have to stop here every time were in Lansing. The bagels are amazing, and so is the service. If you havent tried the breakfast sandwiches yet I highly recommend them!

The best place to get food on the lansing strip.The reasons being because it’s very quick, clean and affordable. The staff inside is mostly family. They are great people. Mike and his sons are the best.NOT JUST A BAGEL SPOT- I discovered that the whole menu is amazing.People complain when they run out of bagels..(which happens at times) but these people do not realize that their bagels are prepped fresh each day. If they run out, then you were too late! Get something else you won’t be sorry.Tuna, Harold, breakfast sandwich’s, Ruben, egg salad, etc... Must try!

Fast, friendly service + delicious breakfast – highly recommend!When I’m running late and don’t have time to make breakfast, this place is my go-to saving grace on the way to work. They have a wide selection of cream cheese spreads and bagel choices, and although I haven’t tried their lunch menu yet, they also sell a wide selection of yummy-sounding sandwiches and subs. The employees are always very friendly, and service is fast. My personal favorite is the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a jalapeno cheddar bagel. (Definitely try the jalapeno cheddar bagels!) They also have frequency cards. Love this place!

In my opinion, best bagel sandwiches in the city. Bagels have always tasted freshly baked. The staff is friendly and courteous. The prices are better than other stores that sell bagels. You will not regret a visit to the New Daily Bagel.

I have a total weakness for a good salmon lox bagel, and this place does an excellent job! They make a variety of bagels and have a large selection of flavored creamed cheeses. They are really yummy! The coffee is meh, but even average coffee tastes good when the bagels are that good.

The place to go for bagels and deli sandwiches when you are in downtown Lansing. Order by number off the big menu board, and your sandwiches will come out quickly. I had a club sandwich that was served on a wrap that was meaty and filling. This is also the best place in Lansing for fresh bagels, particularly downtown.

I usually stop here for a toasted salt bagel every time I am downtown Lansing. I like it because it is simple, clean, no-fuss, no-muss. Get a bagel prepared the way you like it,.. eat it,.. then you are GONE! Simple as that,. quick, easy, good.

Incredible breakfast or lunch spot. Delightfully fresh bagels, mine was stuffed with a bacon cheddar cream cheese, also picked up a sandwich combo for a very reasonable price. Sandwich had light onion bread and was assembled with a wonderful Russian dressing. Highly recommend!

Ive been here twice, got sandwiches both times and Im fairly certain theyve left a key ingredient off both times. It doesnt completely turn me away due to the relatively fair prices, but the product could be better.

My favorite early morning breakfast stop downtown Lansing. Their bagel breakfast sandwiches and coffee are delicious! I always add the bacon cheddar cream cheese to the bacon, ham, turkey and swiss.
