I talked myself out of an online deal so I went to the store to see if it was still available in store. I was able to get everything on my list, and I scored the special purchase box!!!The staff was amazing, manager was outside greeting the line and conversing. The staff inside was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable!The store was clean, bright, well organized and as expected, smelled great!!!I like this store in particular, because you can get right to it. You don’t have to walk through the mall to get to the store!

IT WAS GREAT TO BE GREETED AT THE DOOR BY A FRIENDLY YOUNG LADY. I TOLD HER OF MY NEEDS ANDSHE TOOK ME RIGHT TO THE PRODUCT AND TOLD ME OF SOME NEW PRODUCTS I MIGHT ENJOY.. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Plenty of products to chose from in here but I really didnt care for the organization of them at all. I am assuming there is some sort of recognition for the sales that the employees get because I felt swarmed with helpful employees suggesting this that and the other. However, when I looked around and didnt find a replacement for a specific item I keep in my office, I just got pointed in a general direction rather than showing me where it was.The set up is in collections but there are soooo many products in here I just wanted to find a pump of hand sanitizer for my desk and ended up not buying any because I couldnt find it.

The candles are amazing! There are scents for everyone. Always better during sales of course but either way, a great way to turn your home or room into a spa, meditation room, or just a great smelling stay-cation.

Typical B&B store. Crowded with product. Not easy to find what you want(example: not all wallflowers together, same scent lotions in multiple locations).

Just stopped in to pick up 3 for $9 on the auto intense which are amazing. My only disappointment is that they discontinued Shae butter ☹

Love Bath and Body works. First rate parking for handicap. Wasnt to busy. Got right in and out. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite Bath & Body store! The associates are extremely helpful and know their stock extremely well. Today, candle day the staff were going above and beyond to assist while chatting with those of us in line. Store is always spotless!

Bath & Body Works will always be in my top 5 stores to go shop at. So many great smelling lotions, creams, body butters, sprays, candles, soaps etc. Every store Ive ever been smells amazing and the staff are always cheerful and friendly. Overall, awesome every time!!

Went to Sleep Number hard to find and when I called them just answering machine. Ads 60 months at 15.00 which went to 150.00 a months. Very nice beds but way out a retired person budget.

I’ve always liked this specific store location. The workers are always very friendly and helpful. Sunday 10/11/2020 I had an amazing experience. I was buying my things when I realized I was a little short on change (so embarrassing). But the cashier was willing to give her own change up for me!! I wish I remembered her name. She had a s’mores hand sanitizers holder.

Love this place..... but the workers werent to knowledgeable

Didnt get cashiers name, but shes the one with beautiful arm tattoos. She made my whole day. She had a wonderful, bubbly personality and her attitude was contagious. You couldnt help but be in a good mood. I hope she is paid well because she deserves it!Store was clean and set up nice. Workers were cheery and helpful. 10/10 shopping experience. Lol.

Love Bath and Body Works. One of my favorite stores. I love the body spray. Never can go wrong. For exampleThe body spray smells good all day long. I like to go to the store at the Meridian Mall. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This is a good Bath & Body location. The staff is always as friendly and helpful as any commission based staff would be. The displays are starting to show some wear and could use a refurbishing. Overall a nice shop to get all of your smelly products from.

Awesome Christmas sale

Was greeted at the door, talked about my dry skin, sales girl took me to the sink asked me to get my hand wet then she put a dab of exfoliate in my hand. Oh Wow what a big difference. Yep was sold. If purchasing the exfoliate and lotion got the third product free. Then a 10% off. It was my day😊.

While the store was neat and the staff was knowledgeable, I was disappointed that they did not have what I wanted. The prices were higher than in the past. Gone from the company are the single scents like lemon. This was not a promblem caused by the individual stores.

The first time I went to.nath&body works I was in their 1 hour it smells do good.the only disappointment is they only the staff is wonderful plus they.gave me a coupon have vanilla bean around christmas.so.i went their before Christmas and purchased 12 vanilla bean body Cream &plug ins plus hand soap everyone in my family loved it they all wanted it I gave it to them for christmas.now their out of it .vanilla bean should be year round.
