Order online, pick up in store was super easy. Sampling was available in store again, so I was able to try my Fenty shades to make sure they were absolutely perfect. Definitely worth the special trip!

Today was the first time ever and irritated right off. It appeared I was shopping my store online before I headed over. The product I was looking for listed as Sephora exclusive was in stock. Had to battle all the construction getting there only to find out the Adwoa line has never been carried “in store” at this location. The ladies were super nice and offered samples. Not sure why the website didn’t list as not sold in stores in my area. Nice that the store has pictures representing other races. But the products for black hair care is about the equivalent of one shelf.

Everyone was helpful and fast! I didnt know that picking out a color foundation was that quick and easy! Very happy and satisfied.

Super friendly staff but I asked for advice on skin care and they really missed the mark.

If fleek had a form it would probably be tSephora. Not much help in terms of available products here but the wife loves the place since they stock her favorite hair care products (yes for an exorbitant price but it helps her be happy and this is the only place that sells it and online is even worse). They followed the covid rules quite well for admittance but people seemed to bumble around do what ever they wanted after they got through the door.

The gentle man with the fabulous lashes and kickass eyeliner who helped me was super awesome and knew how to sell sell sell! I bought what he directed me to and was exactly what I needed. A bit pricey for my budget but in this store (Eastwood Town Center) they carry a ton of great products for every need. To bad they discontinued the glitter eyeliner and disappointing to find out that they are not affiliated with the Sephora in JCPenneys so I could not use my card

I love Sephora. At this particular store everyone is very knowledgeable, but it’s very hit or miss whether you get someone genuine. When I get matched for a new foundation I happen to get the same person frequently. The tone makes me feel like I have just ruined her day by showing up “again”, so I try to be super nice. I always get the vibe like I need to hurry up and leave instead of shopping around and enjoying myself (especially if I’m about to drop way too much on cosmetics!).

Had a bit of a weird issue/complex problem and very one in there was beyond understanding and helpful. Especially Taylor went out of her way to help me resolve my issue. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Very unfriendly staff. I just never feel welcomed or like an appreciated customer. They are always fully in stock and I can always find what I need. Just wish the service was better. All the employees always look annoyed.

Quality products but very pricy. The Staff is alright but if your face isnt caked in makeup or you dont dress a certain way you can feel their judgment. Some employees are good but some are too much

Yesterday I had the best experience at Sephora that I’ve ever had. I went there to buy everything new and I know very little about make up. Eli was not just super friendly, but very knowledgeable and helpful. I finally felt that someone understood my needs and wanted to help me in the best way possible. Thank you, Eli. A little stressful if you arent sure what youre looking for. The staff is often a bit overbearing and sometimes it feels like you dont get great service if you dont look like you have money/already have makeup on. Theres certainly a lot of prestige makeup, so its great if you have a few specific items you are looking for - but it isnt really suited for those who are learning/not very serious about high end makeup.

Great selection. High end cosmetic prices. Can find some little things reasonable. They do your make up and a rewards system and free gift on your b-day.

Eli is fabulous! Its nice when you meet a trained professional that makes you look great.

It was almost closing time and the staff didnt try to rush me out. They were very helpful and kind. This Sephora has a nice variety of items, compared to the locations in mall JCPenneys.

Being a VIB rouge, shows I am totally obsessed with this store. I agree SOME of the employees are very nice and helpful. Others are too busy either talking to each other or touching up their own makeup.

Great place to get cosmetics and skincare. Huge variety, friendly and helpful staff.

I had an appointment for a custom make over for weeks and the day before they canceled on me without any form of compensation. I recently went in looking for help with a couple things and no one offered help. I tried to seek out an associate and no one was available. Very disappointed.

I was very dispointed! Went in with wanted help with make up ideas. The first Young Lady started helping I told her I wanted lipstick that would last all day, I explained that I had read about one. She said no this one over here will last you 24 hours! Well wore it today, it lasted 2 hours! Then after helping me pick out a few things, I ask is I could have her show me how to apply everything! She said she couldnt but someone would! Then when I ask if could have them show me how to do eyebrows. She replied no we are only suppose to do one service and that is your eyes! Ok! The store wasnt that busy and man I was in the mood to buy anything they suggested!

LOVE Sephora! Sometimes the employees get in the way or try to talk to me to much when im not feeling like chatting, which is why im giving a 4 star rating but they are knowledgeable on the products and always give me great recommendations for my needs.
