Everything is so close together in this store that I couldn’t even fit my small wheelchair. My husband had to move things out of the way literally all over the entire store for me to get through. I tried to address it with a manager and she passively said they’d look into their spacing, but honestly that didn’t sound too promising. She just seemed annoyed that I even brought it up. No “I’m sorry about that” or anything. So not okay. So disappointing for a store to not be accessible in 2021 and for the manager and other workers to not even really care. Very ableist of them. They can get through so that’s all they care about. They clearly don’t care about people with disabilities. Again, very disappointing.

I called and was able to have a console table shipped to the store for 24.99 versus 199.00 shipping online to my house. Very friendly and helpful associate. Bedding and all linens have always been excellent quality!

I like Pottery Barn products but have had so many issues with their online ordering that I will never order from them again. In the last month, I asked for help from customer service to get some bridal registry pillow cases monogrammed, she told me she would put my order through, add the monogrammed ones and then cancel the non-monogrammed pillowcases because they had to be on the order first to get the item marked as completed on the registry. What??? But ok...she seemed to know what she was saying. Yep...I got and paid for, double pillowcases, monogrammed and plain. I let that one go. Now I am waiting over a week for pillow shams that were suppose to be here in 3 days. Tonight I ordered a gift for a shower in 6 days that said it would be here in up to 5 days. After I placed the order, I got a notice that it could be 7 days. I called customer service right away (no more than 10 minutes) and she said it was too late to cancel. So now I have nothing to take to a bridal shower. For such a high-end store...they don’t treat their customers very well. Not worth the hassle!!

Great place quality products and friendly service. Just remember everything is negotiable, no matter what it is. I once purchased a hitch listed at $1050.00 for less than $500.00. All I had to do was ask.

In the past Ive had a great experience with their products. I bought a big lounge chair for my dorm and after only having it for about 10 days it ripped. Theres a pottery Barn store in town but the wont pick it up, I dont have a car, and I dont have the original box. Theyre not very helpful with returns. Very unhappy with the product and the return shipping accomodations.

Very helpfull staff. The lighting ia a tad expensive... But their selection was great. They have a couple of really cool reading lights.

The clock I purchased is alright. Quite pricey for something that is made in China and takes a battery. As everything in the Pottery Barn is made in China. Sales clerk could have been more congenial.

Over priced laminated solid wood funiture. If youre going to pay these prices you can find much better quality.

I am a huge fan of Pottery Barn and got some rewards and a coupon, but when I used them at the store, a cashier was unware that the coupon is still valid and denied accepting it without reading the information on the coupon and she reacted so unkindly whenever I gave her rewards. I felt so embarrased with using rewards and the coupon that I earned by spending lots of money for Pottery Barn. She should have been updated with the new coupon policy and asked me if I have any more coupons and rewards to use before complaining that I gave her in a wrong order. I am so disappointed with the service that I experienced at Pottery Barn.
