Didnt find the boots I wanted today but they have great sales going on all the time. I noticed for mens athletic shoes they probably have a bigger selection than Dunhams Sports across the aisle. Lansing Mall is always worth the visit

I called 2 times before arriving explaining my needs from losing everything in apt complex fire,they pointed to the size section and that was it. The cashier was the only one that did his job. When I left two people just still standing around.

Pretty cool store. I noticed that it had a ton of different shoes like the name projects its literally hundreds of different shoes and affordable I might add. I didnt buy any shoes at the time I was there but the next shoes I buy will be from there. Thank you Shoe Carnival for being there and providing me with so many choices in shoes 👟

I was sent here to get my shoes but unfortunately they didnt have my size, I wear a bigger shoes that places dont usually carry. I really liked the shoes but none fit right!

Fine selection but they didnt have any of the shoes I wanted in my size. I know from shopping at other Shoe Carnivals that they can check other stores stock but the staff working the floor seemed to be avoiding customers with questions, very inattentive.

I have 8 kids and myself and my wife we shop for at the store and love the sales and rewards

The prices are pretty standard compared to everywhere else, but th sale prices are a joke. The items are marked up to be marked down.. the one guy I dealt with acted as if I inconvenienced him when I was asking about other sizes. My best experience was the cashier kid, he was real and very friendly.

Just tried to buy shoes at this location. The line to check out was very long. 2 employees were there. One checking out customers and the other wandering about and making announcements about great deals. After 30 minutes in line and 3 announcements she made no attempt to help guests check out. I left handing her the shoes I was going to buy. She didn’t care at all and made no attempt to care for me, the customer. So I purchased shoes elsewhere. Sure hope those announcements worked for someone because I’ll never return.

So after accideny playing a duplicate order I immediately went to my order status to cancel. No such avenue exists. You have to contact them. Immediately I reached out by email (no response), phone (no answer, waited for an hour and a half), chat now option ( no answer, waited with it up on my computer for two hours), then tried opening a claim through the contact page ( you guessed it!! No response!!! says someone will contact you in 24 hours !) this goes on for DAYS, A WEEK! I literally wake up everyday and try to contact them all the ways I mentioned above. No response. I continue to try to just simply get in touch with ONE person from their company. Everyday, multiple times a day. Then (still without contacting me back) they decide to ship my order and charge my card. After 5 or 6 days of pleading them to cancel the order. FINALLY after a two hour wait I get ahold of someone in the chat now option. Says “that’s their system so they can ship items immediately” well my order wasn’t shipped immediately. Days and days of communication and THEN YOU STILL SHIPPED IT. Arguing for a day with this company they won’t just refund my money. Want me to ship the items back, take time away from my day to do so and then I have to pay $6 to send them back???! Then wait two weeks for a refund. I tell them no, they say we will send you a prepaid label and it will take weeks to get to you by email ?? 🤷🏻‍♀️ And then another few weeks to get a refund. Just pure craziness. Omg any other company I’ve ever ordered from just allows you to cancel the order. I just am at a loss for words

Hard to find help. Very limited selection. Rather frustrating when you would like to buy a pair if shoes, but are told All we have in stock is out. But we can order some for you.I realize its not the fault of the staff. Thats a corporate problem. Depending on the manufacturer, going to a shoe store to buy a 10 or 10 1/2 wide should not be difficult.

They need more shoes and boots. Went in to get boots they didnt really have any wide except for the really expensive one. You can find better selection other places.

Got my fiance boots from here for his birthday. Theyre still in great shape and I think worth the price. I bought sandals from here about two years ago and they still look almost new

Lansing Mall locations manager is very short with customers and is in no hurt at all to assist. I have had a few experiences with him. I shop there often because the shoes and prices are truly great. The manager seems to go out of his way to avoid customers. He is very short and seems irritated by having to help.

Was looking for a pair of shoes for my son and had to wait a long time just for the worker to stop talking to the other worker just to help me get his other shoe from the back so I can purchase them. Thought that was a little rude but other than that great selections of shoes/socks/hats

Selection was bad not what it used to be

Try to buy a Nike shoes ... sticker price was 39.99$ their was a bogo offer going on entire store ... I walked to checkout ... then all non sense happened ... manager came ... she started telling no bogo offer, original price was 59.99$ it was wrong sticker... it was miserable ... so I returned the other shoe I bought and didn’t use my coupon ... time waste ... they are not giving the offers that they hold.

Sales were well labeled, sizes were organized, staff was friendly & helpful! Both my husband & I found something we like & thats almost unheard of, for us!!

I had a pair of shoes, Asics that got a holebin them after two months. They are warranted for a year so I went to the store to get my purchase date. I left with a no cost pair if shoes. The manager Debbie made it right. I just expected to deal with Acics.

Staff was very helpful, and although we were there a little after there closing time didnt feel rushed!! Plenty of kids shoes to choose from but not many choices of toddler winter boots which is the only reason for a 4 star instead of 5
