Its always an amazing experience when visiting any Williams-Sonoma! The staff was very friendly, and they had a TON of markdown items on clearance! The store (as usual) was extremely clean and smelled great! I love this place!

Great selection, the staff could use a little more personality, they werent rude, they just didnt seem to be there.

Lots of cool cooking toys. Samples to taste of oils, spices and sauces. Very attentive employees from what I saw but seemed a bit overwhelmed. There were 4 people in the store and they were pretty frantic. Otherwise, Im excited to go back and get we cookware.

One of my favorite places in Lansing. If you a chef a baker or just live to cook and experiment this the place to go. They have specialty cooking wear as well as top of the line knife sets. They also do cooking expos and classes. A must go to.shop for all cooks home cook and restaurants cooks a like.

This place is super fun. I enjoy shopping all of the different kitchen utensils but I dont know that I would ever use any of them at home myself. The quality is amazing, and the associates are very good. You make find something unique or interesting but it will always come at a price, the store is not cheap.

This is HEAVEN for cooks, no matter what kind of edibles you cook! I could spend $1,000 every time I step in the door. They have space devoted to gadgets - things you can never imagine needing until you read the tag on an odd-looking item and realize that you needed that very thing just last week! (I had to get the dual task pomegranate tool!)The staff is knowledgeable and VERY helpful, but they dont hover. I am going to be back many, MANY times!

A great store for people who love to cook. They have a huge selection of kitchen tools, small appliances, spices, dishes, etc. I have always found the staff to be surprisingly knowledgable and helpful. They carry the All Clad brand, which I love for the quality. I went for a large non-stick griddle, but it was not in stock. They ordered it for me, gave me a bit of a discount for the inconvenience and had to shipped for free.

Very helpful but spendy, if you cant find it there ask. They have a lot in the back that isnt displayed. I was looking for ravioli maker and they had great choices in back that were not on the shelf yet

Prices high nice stuff had a problem returning stiff finally after a lot of effort got credit left as bad taste

Staff were argumentative and crass about pricing of items, which was incorrect each time. I had to prove to them the prices were completely different on their own website. When checking out, the woman behind the register became loud and rude. After being asked to lower her voice several times, which she refused to do, we left without purchasing any of the items we came in for.Very poor customer service and I will not go back to that place again.
