There garlic bread is rock hard and there blackened chicken Alfredo is ok but I wouldn’t recommend. The only good thing I really had was there lemonade.

Go to Big John Steak & Onion.The “philly cheesesteak company”Is just you regular warm dry steak on a hoagie.

Worst service ever. I ordered shoes on feb. 9th never heard anything from champs so on feb. 14th I called them just to find out they don’t have the shoes I ordered or something went wrong she wasn’t sure. She said I can cancel your order I don’t know what happened for whatever reason the shoes are not available. I just got a email today feb. 15th about my order was cancelled due to the shoes not being available. This is the second time this happened to me it also happened about a year ago.

Its my birthday and I am headed back to Boston via Lansing airport. My daughter and I thought it would be nice to have a bite to eat and a bBloody Mar. We ordered our food and made the mistake of asking far another Bloodymary. We waited for quite awhile and finally see the waitress and ask where our drinks were. She proceeded to look totally bewildered and stated she has too many tables to take cared and will get to is when she can. Next thing we see she is crying and telling her manager I freaked out on her. I am 63 years old and only asked where our drinks were. She made us very uncomfortable as she stopped every Co worker pointing us out. She slid the bill on our table and walked away. We wanted to just pay and leave but now I have to seek out someone else to please take my money.. What a horrible experience this was. For the first time in my life I put a 0 under tip. I tip 4 dollars in the drivedrive-thru for an iced coffee so this is new for me.I will never visit another one of these restaurants again.And I am appalled at the management as well

Terrible service and terrible food. Don’t get the blacked chicken Alfredo. It was cold and bland and the veggies weren’t even cooked all the way. Definitely won’t be going back anytime soon.

So I came into this perticular location looking for a specific shoe, there were only 2 associates working at the time to my knowledge. One was friendly, helpful and as efficient as she could be under the circumstances. She was balancing multiple customers, however there was another associate, posdibly a manager that had a HORRIBLE attitude btw. I am not sure what she was but I watched her follow a male into the changing room after standing around with him for a long while... I’m not sure what was going on but I think management needs to be more careful with who they leave in charge of their store. Public displays of affection should not be allowed while on the clock, especially when you have a coworker busting their butt and customers in the stor do appreciate the females sales person that was doing her job though!

Prices are to high. Its a sports bar so expect the noice. Better choices to eat at.
